horrible horrible place. i've been here years ago when i lived in Gilbert! They were rude and did a bad job on my nails, the place was also very unsanitary. My sister lives close to this place and has gone there consistently for several years. She decided to take my mom there for Mother's Day (who never pampers herself or gets her nails done) and this is my moms hand. They didn't even comp this service at all! My sister kindly called later and told them what happened and the owner said that when they both come back, my moms nails would be free. So 2 weeks later my mom & sister go in for their fill. I asked for them, specifically my pinky, to be slightly shorter by filing down. I always get a sharp almond shape. My nails ended up the same length as they were when I sat down and they weren't sharp or fresh looking. Genuinely looked like same overgrown and dull nails but with a new color. Originally tried to charge me $10 more than what online said at $56, argued they shaped them so had to charge me an extra $5. Total of $60. I was a walk in appointment right when they opened so I wasn't sure how long I would need to wait or whether I would be asked to come back at a later time (was fine with either) but then they called me back and put me in a chair with my feet in the water so I assumed it would be just a few minutes for someone to come over and start. I waited nearly 40 minutes for that to happen... when the nail tech finally came over, I didn't have a color picked out because I had never been here and didn't know their process so then she brought me the tray of color choices which is super limited. I actually didn't like any of them and probably would have gone elsewhere because I had a specific color in mind. I picked a color that ended up looking far different on my toes than on the board and I was not happy with it. Also the polish job was not one of the better ones I have had. Overall a disappointing experience and I won't return to this salon and a lot had to do with the wait time -which again had they said they couldn't take the walk in or needed me to return at a later time I could have made a decision but I wasn't given the option. read more

I started going here a few months ago and have not had a good experience at any appointment. My first appointment, the nail tech could not do simple flower art on my nails and kept saying they wanted the flower to look more natural, I just wanted the dot like flowers. Just felt like I was getting brushed under the rug for what I wanted. From there on, trying to request a certain nail tech or booking them in particular online did NOT matter. Everytime I went in they put me with whoever, no matter who I was scheduled with. Kind of seems like they just want to take as many people as possible without caring about your experience. The white nail polish they used for my gel pedicure oxidized and turned YELLOW in 4 days. It wasn't a smooth surface either and looked super bumpy. Their prices make no sense either for pedicures. You can do a basic pedicure for $35, or the next year that includes get is $65? Maybe someone doesn't want all the extra stuff on that teir and just want gel?? The final time I was there I had 2 appointments scheduled 2 days apart because I had other appointments. I told them this and they kept pushing my to let them do both at the same time. I caved and I knew I shouldn't have. My nails were rushed through, fingers are super uneven surface, the tips aren't nicely rounded. I literally just did nude color and they did terrible. The manicurist didn't drill under my nails after filing so they started separating from my natural nail at the tip. The guy doing my pedicure was so rough cutting my cuticles with DULL cutters, then he was being really hard buffing my toes (to it being painful). I ended up with contact dermatitis from my pedicure from the gel polish touching my skin. I've had to go to the doctors to receive diagnosis and treatment. If I could give zero stars I would. What a horrible experience. Will not be going back again read more

I tried. Reviews looked good. I called in advance and when I arrived. The place was clean but only 3 techs. We were there for gelx and acrylic and we had our colors picked out. After waiting 20 min we were given water bottles. Only a few more minutes we were told. We had to leave after 10 more minutes because we had an appt to go to that's why we called ahead. FYI while I was sitting there the sign says they have a 3% charge if using debit and credit cards plus a 2.29 fee. Another sign said Tips were requested in cash. So bring cash. read more

I generally do my own gel manicures at home and have gotten pretty good at it (IMO), but I recently took a trip with a group of people and the girls within the group invited me to get my nails done with them as a special occasion. We decided to come to this salon and booked an appt 2.5 weeks in advance for a small group. When we got there, only I was able to get started on the service, the other 2 girls had to sit and wait for another 10-15 min. The service tech was extremely rough my hands and made me bleed on 4 nails, two on each hand and 1 was bleeding so bad that it went all the way down my nail folds. I got a cat eye gel mani, and 1 finger on each hand was supposed to have a heart design within the cat eye, I was charged $20 additional for the design which I can't see until a very awkward angle and can't even see in pictures. Every time I washed my hands for 3 days my fingers stung due to the cuts. Well I ended up getting engaged on the trip and every single photo (especially close ups) have the scabs in them, and have little to no heart design. I genuinely think that I would've done a better job at home, even learning cat eye technique from scratch, and it definitely would been cheaper, less painful, and wouldn't have thinned out my nails as much. read more

I usually only Yelp about positive experiences but I have to share a negative one. I will start by saying this place is super new, clean and nice but that's about the good things I can say. I just paid $30 + tip for the pictures you see here. I told him I liked the shape of my current nails, just to file a tiny bit to even out. He filed them ROUND so I spoke up and said no please leave the the shape. He went back to same nails and then filed them so short that it looks like I bite my nails. The polish also looks like crap and isn't even down to my cuticle. The edges don't match with each coat either. I told the 'manager' I wasn't happy when she asked me how everything was. She didn't say a word except 'that it will be $30'. $30 for just gel polish on bare nails, nothing had to be removed so $30 for him to paint my nails. I'm so upset I just paid for my nails to look like my 9 year old painted them AND the fact I shared my frustration/unhappiness and they did absolutely nothing!
