I didn't understand or appreciate the need for the receptionist skulking around checking on me or Annie- it was so awkward. Not just once either. Like 3 times! I've been here many times and have always had a good experience without any issues. I spend a lot of money and time at this salon, so today's experience was especially disappointing. I would expect better communication and treatment, especially as a returning customer. I went in today under the impression that my nail fix would be free. I've never had an issue with them fixing my nails before, so I was very very surprised by my experience today. After the service, I went to the front desk and the lady told me that I owed money for the nail repair. I explained that the only reason I came in was to have the broken nail fixed and that I understood the fix to be free. She was not helpful and was very rude about the situation. I also wasn't given the normal slip from the technician showing a bill or amount due, which further led me to believe that I didn't owe anything. I watched my tech and woman argue back and forth about whether I should be charged, and ultimately the woman at the front desk said that I owed money for the fix. I ended up paying, but I left feeling very confused and upset. I'm not sure why I was charged for a repair that I was under the impression would be free, especially since I've never had an issue with getting my nails fixed before. The lack of communication and the way I was treated at the front desk was extremely disappointing. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for a pedicure and chose the fourth package, which is not the basic option. As soon as I selected it, I was questioned about my choice and felt like I was being pressured to upgrade. After I declined, the technician became noticeably rude and dismissive. The quality of the pedicure was extremely poor. My heels were barely addressed and actually looked drier when I left than when I arrived. The massage lasted about a minute, which was disappointing considering the package I paid for. I also upgraded to gel polish, but the finish is full of bubbles, and I don't even think it's the color I selected. To make matters worse, every single toenail was filed unevenly (see photo). As I was leaving, the technician patted me on the back in a way that felt rude and dismissive. Overall, this was by far the worst pedicure I've received in Gilbert. I left feeling like I paid for a service that was rushed, poorly done, and far below expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon. read more

My sister lives close to this place and has gone there consistently for several years. She decided to take my mom there for Mother's Day (who never pampers herself or gets her nails done) and this is my moms hand. They didn't even comp this service at all! My sister kindly called later and told them what happened and the owner said that when they both come back, my moms nails would be free. So 2 weeks later my mom & sister go in for their fill. THEY WENT BACK ON THEIR WORD!!!! Both of them had to pay AGAIN! Both my sister and i are business owners in the service industry & this is absolutely terrible business practice. My nails didn't look any different when I walked out, as when I walked in. Made appts online for my friend and I. Took us back 15 mins late, which was fine but my Gel-x fill felt incredibly rushed. I asked for them, specifically my pinky, to be slightly shorter by filing down. I always get a sharp almond shape. My nails ended up the same length as they were when I sat down and they weren't sharp or fresh looking. Genuinely looked like same overgrown and dull nails but with a new color. Originally tried to charge me $10 more than what online said at $56, argued they shaped them so had to charge me an extra $5. Total of $60. I tried. Reviews looked good. I called in advance and when I arrived. The place was clean but only 3 techs. We were there for gelx and acrylic and we had our colors picked out. After waiting 20 min we were given water bottles. Only a few more minutes we were told. We had to leave after 10 more minutes because we had an appt to go to that's why we called ahead. FYI while I was sitting there the sign says they have a 3% charge if using debit and credit cards plus a 2.29 fee. Another sign said Tips were requested in cash. So bring cash. read more

I was a walk in appointment right when they opened so I wasn't sure how long I would need to wait or whether I would be asked to come back at a later time (was fine with either) but then they called me back and put me in a chair with my feet in the water so I assumed it would be just a few minutes for someone to come over and start. I waited nearly 40 minutes for that to happen... when the nail tech finally came over, I didn't have a color picked out because I had never been here and didn't know their process so then she brought me the tray of color choices which is super limited. I actually didn't like any of them and probably would have gone elsewhere because I had a specific color in mind. I picked a color that ended up looking far different on my toes than on the board and I was not happy with it. Also the polish job was not one of the better ones I have had. Overall a disappointing experience and I won't return to this salon and a lot had to do with the wait time -which again had they said they couldn't take the walk in or needed me to return at a later time I could have made a decision but I wasn't given the option. read more
