First time at this nail salon. I was greeted promptly and requested a pedicure. Was also seated promptly, but the massage chair wasn't working. The nail tech was friendly and attentive, but she cut too deeply into the cuticle of my big toe and caused bleeding and some stinging. The hot stone massage part of my pedicure was only applied to my legs, and my feet weren't massaged at all, which I really enjoy. My wife and I scheduled online (super easy process) for a pedicure each, for Saturday 10/11. It was going to be our first time to this salon. As soon as we walked in, it felt right. Very clean, and very friendly. The young lady who greeted us checked us in. The techs were very kind as well. I don't have the cutest feet and tend to pick - prior experiences I have felt judged by the tech, but here....nothing except making sure I was comfortable. She was thorough with my service and we were even were offered waters (including sparkling) while we were getting our toes done. It was so relaxing. My wife ended up getting her nails done too (she wanted to try the "dipped" nails). All in all, we'll be back! Thank you!! read more

I'm obsessed! I'm getting married and tried Gel-X for the first time. Penny did my manicure/pedicure. She is the BEST- so sweet and talented. She perfectly matched my nails with the photo I showed her and then we added stones on top. I almost don't want to share this because I don't want her to be booked up but she deserves it! This salon is very clean with good parking. They also have their guest Wi-Fi information in the seating area. Unfortunately, my niece didn't have a good experience :( She's my flower girl and I wanted her to feel special, so I'm bummed that this happened. Requested a simple clear mani, they charge $5 extra to remove my old gel which is fine. Tech did not file or buff enough, it was a very rushed job and was there for 20minutes. Did only two coats and it came out very bumpy, I had to ask someone else to clip a part of my nail that was not filed correctly. I live in Havasu and had an medical appt in Gilbert. Decided at last minute I needed a pedicure and found Sassi in a search. I am so glad I found them. Shop is clean and organized. I got the volcano pedicure and it was AMAZING. I was in the chair for at least 45 minutes to an hour and it was the most calming and gentle pedicure I have ever got. I go to Phoenix at least 2x a month and I will drive half hour to go to Sassi's. Had it done 3 days ago and my legs and feet are still so soft and my toes look great. I walked into this nail salon expecting professional service but instead got judged, stared at, and treated like I didn't belong. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the disrespect and bad energy. Let's be clear--I walked in clean, well-dressed, carrying a designer bag and shades. But because my hair was drying after a wash, I was immediately given side-eyes, stank looks, and unprofessional attitudes. * A customer sitting nearby sized me up the second I walked in, giving me the nastiest look for no reason. * A man sitting in the waiting area--who wasn't even a customer--kept staring at me crazy, like he was there just to observe and mess with the atmosphere. * The staff had already made up their minds about me before I even said a word. Then, after their reactive abuse--giving me dirty looks and treating me like I was the weird one--they tried to finesse me. They asked if I wanted my nails and feet done at the same time. Let's be real: * You cannot properly do a full set if you're standing up, and I'm not even in the right position. * It's an easy way for them to rush through the service while charging premium prices for a messed-up set. * This happens way too often, and I wasn't about to fall for it. Beyond the blatant prejudice, the service itself was unprofessional. They were rude, unaccommodating, and dismissive. I had been here previously and had decent results, but this time I'm very disappointed. I got regular nail polish done for the holidays, which was OK, my fingernails weren't really well done. Toes were good. Instead of cutting my cuticles normally across all fingers, the person used the dremel on certain fingers. I didn't say anything at the time because I thought she knew what she was doing. I was horrified to see that when I washed my nail polish off after the holidays that I now have these grooves that were dug into some of my nails. From the dremel. I look sickly and all I can do is wait for it to grow out. If I put more polish over it, you can still see there is an indent in my nails through it. Very dissatisfied. Please tell your staff to not use a dremel to remove cuticles! read more

My bad on that part but what was confusing is that her paper calendar with appointments had my name for 5pm slot but next to my name there's no employee name? while we were figuring this out the owner offered for another lady to do my pedicure and i said no. nothing personal as I made an appointment far in advance.
