Ive been here many times and honestly never thought to get a receipt, until yesterday. I was surprised by the "convenience fee" to use my debit card, Im assuming it was for that and there could be a sign that indicates there's a charge and I may have missed it. But i was surprised they do not break down the services. I had a pedicure and manicure, both at the same price, $45 each with gel on both, $15 each. Should be $120, but somehow Im paying 133.25. I strongly suggest in the future that receipts be itemized correctly to ensure that trust is kept between the customer and the business. read more

There was an issue with color accuracy with the dip powder, I wish I would've been informed before starting. Wendy is an artist she did an amazing job. We walked in for pedicures and although they were busy, our waited wasn't but about 5-10 minutes. Our feet were dry and a mess so chose the Champagne Pedi, which includes a hot wax soak for soften those dry cracked feet. Efficient and both of our people did great jobs. I felt like my appointment was rushed, my French tip was a little off but ik how hard that is to get right. But I feel like for how much I paid even for the "cheaper service which was still about $68)it should have been more dragged out and I feel like he didn't work the product well into my legs or skin like the massages were so rushed and little to no pressure like it was just light rubbing. I didn't receive any lotion on my legs after which I've never not had lotion put on at the end because the products they use can be drying so I had to ask them if I could put some lotion on myself. Just moved to the area (well about 15 miles away) and saw some reviews for LUXE and decided to give them a try. I had been giving my nails a rest and hadn't gotten them done for an entire year (I know, go me) but it was time to get back to me. I got a set of dip on my natural nail and they looked great and my lady was very nice and professional. A week later out of nowhere one of them just popped right off, no not chip but just completely came off. (Mind you I'm not hard on my hands at all) I went in that day and they saw that there was no damage so boom got me in and out fixed nail no problem. The very next day, same thing different nail. I went back in and they again could tell there was so damage so instead of just repairing that one, they did an entire new set for me. Weird stuff happens and I completely understand and am just so grateful they were so awesome about doing the right thing. For reasons like this I will def be back. Walked in. First time. It's quite difficult to communicate when not many of the employees speak English. Another customer called and requested a specific nail tech. Upon arrival they tried to sit her with someone else but the customer said that's not who she requested. So they told her that particular nail tech was out to lunch and to comeback. She comes back and they again try to sit her with someone else. The customer then describes the nail tech and what she's wearing and they tell her oh the nail tech is gone for the day and they didn't understand her because they don't speak English! Needless to say she was upset which was completely understandable. Pedicure was mediocre and the nail techs are extremely heavy handed. read more

First time visiting here. The service for my basic gel manicure was rushed and sloppy. Very disappointed for $40. No towel on the counter so my arms and hands had to rest where everyone had rested before me. It also made it slick when the tech was doing my nails. But the BIGGEST RED FLAG is that the instruments are NOT sterilized in between customers. The tech also left polish on my skin and on several nails the polish did not cover my whole nail. Was not offered water, had to ask for it. Different tech for the pedicure. Very slow and spent too much time talking and laughing with the tech next to him instead of concentrating on my nails. It always reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where you think they are talking about you (which they probably are) and laughing. I don't think that's a professional practice. Again, tools NOT sterilized, just taken out of each tech's box. Ugh. I kept choosing colors and being informed they didn't have the match and that the color in the bottle was not the same as the sample. Basic regular pedicure $32. Basic gel manicure $40. **NO TOOL STERILIZATION** I do NOT recommend this place. It's expensive compared to other local nail salons and doesn't check the boxes for cleanliness or quality of nail service. read more

This has been one of my regular nail salons for the past several years (coming here a few times a year). I've had a few "off" experiences which were typically corrected in short order, and I kept coming back because by the time I left, my nails would look really good. However, lately I have been accumulating some frustrations - such as the VERY limited (and dwindling) color selection of my preferred brands Orly and OPI polish, and the change in pedi/mani "menu" (i.e. price increases). But yesterday's experience took me over the edge and I do not think I'll be back. From the new pedicure menu, I splurged for the #3 "Champagne" pedicure for $55 which advertises 10 minutes of massage and 8 minute sugar scrub (+ other stuff I didn't even want, but the 2 lower pedicure options don't even mention massage). Even though I showed up at opening time my nail tech was clearly rushing. I started to worry but told myself minutes are minutes. Nope - I got about 6-7 minutes total for massage and sugar scrub. I sure felt like saying something, but it was crowded and didn't want to be "that" person; I thought I'd mention it to the cashier at checkout (more on that later...) For the manicure, I opted for the most basic, which is now $25 - ridiculous. I still went for it because like I said, my nails have always looked good in the end. Not this time. The tech was so rushed they turned out a sloppy mess. She bumped one nail in the polishing process and instead of fixing it, put a third (THICK) coat on all the nails. The mani looks actually 5 coats thick and has a bunch of hole-y bubbles in it. My pedicure did end up looking decent, although I don't care for the color (thanks to the limited Orly/OPI selection I mentioned). After less than 5 minutes of drying the manicure, I started to carefully roll my sweatshirt sleeves back down. The tech came running over which of course I thought was just to help, but she actually ended up telling me it was time to pay and go. If you have ever had a regular manicure you know you are still quite in the danger zone at 5 minutes, so I had to let her reach in my purse to get my credit card. I think she wanted to ring me up herself, knowing she'd just performed subpar services, so I couldn't say anything to the boss. So, I gave the worst tip I have in awhile, which was honestly still too generous. Huge rip off. I'm out $92 for an unprofessional looking manicure and a pedicure essentially without a massage. 10am arrival, 10:47am departure for two services. read more
