I came here for my first ever pedicure and had a wonderful experience! I went with the revitalizing pedicure option to include the callus removal and massage. After lots of recent running and hiking, my feet definitely benefited from the pedicure and felt great after. The process was very relaxing and my nail tech was super kind. I really like the variety of pedicure options on the menu. Every technician who has worked on me did a wonderful job, from the relaxing massage to the final polish. The atmosphere is spotless and sparkling clean. I recently tried the head spa, and it was amazing! My scalp felt so fresh and clean afterward, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. I decided schedule a manicure and pedicure as a treat to myself. I was so pleased that the shop was able to get me in the very next day. Tara worked on my pedicure and she did the most amazing foot massage! The foot massage was really relaxing, I liked that she asked if I was okay with the pressure of the massage. Julie did my manicure and refill of the structure gel. She was very gentle and pay attention to details. I love that she took her time on shaping my nails and painting each finger ensuring there was no flooding of the cuticle. I will definitely request Tara and Julie for my next appointment. read more

I had my fingernails done with a friend today. I had a frustrating experience. I was unable to understand when my nail gal was talking. She said the nail polish was thick, indeed it was. She could have thinned it out with nail polish remover. I shouldn't have to explain that to her AND do more than she did. Several nails smudged after leaving and my mom fixed them since I lost my patience with this place. My mom was also unhappy with the service she received recently. I've been getting services with the OMG Nail family since they were just the Nail Spa in Chandler almost a decade ago, and I have never had one negative experience. This is THE place to get your nails or toes done. Everyone is friendly and the space is elegant and clean. I love my nail tech Tracy. She always does a fantastic job. Tara is my preferred pedicurist (is that a word?) She gives a great massage and doesn't try to upsell me on a million things. In fact I don't hear any of the people do that. Anyway there are nail spas on every corner and I drive a pretty long way to get pampered here. Give them a try - you won't regret it. read more

The minute I step into the salon, I'm ALWAYS greeted by name and feel welcomed by the amazing front desk team, Harlee and Cyris. My nail techs, Nikki and Megan, treat me with such care that I can truly walk in with a vague plan/idea and I know I'll walk out with a gorgeous mani and pedi. They offer a variety of services and have space for lots of clients. I was seated right away and showed the artist my inspo pic. He was very kind and did a fabulous job! The seats were so comfy, they had a million colors to choose from, and they even had a bar! I've never seen that in a salon before! Unfortunately, I can't remember the aesthetician's name now (it was several weeks ago that I went, and I'm due back shortly) but her manner and kindness put me at ease about the whole waxing process. There's something to be said for a woman who can put another at ease about putting hot wax on her bits and then ripping the hair off using said hot wax - but this woman was not only able to calm my fears but also kept me chatting in a way that helped distract me enough to look forward to the end result without stressing too much over the process. I ended up getting a "modified" Brazilian and was charged accordingly - not full price since I didn't get a full Brazilian. I appreciated that despite the fact that she put in so much work and time (30 minutes!! - I'm used to going in, getting the skin, hair, and wax ripped off and being off the waxing table in under 20!), she only charged me for a partial Brazilian. Many salons wouldn't modify the price according to the customer's needs, only their own. Waxing is very Machiavellian - the end has to justify the means because otherwise it can make for walking funny, in grown hairs, and embarrassment, not to mention pain. The Nufree wax is gentle enough, although I had a surprising reaction to it, I think that was more me than the product (since I've had it used on me before with no problems). The aesthetician also provided me with a small sample of lotion to help with in-grown hairs and any irritation that would arise. I was incredibly impressed with her thoroughness as well as her kindness. I'm looking forward to going back to Glow, despite the masochism of getting waxed!

Came here for a bikini wax the other morning and I could not be happier with the service. I just…read moremoved in the area and was looking for a place I could feel comfortable with. After all if I'm going to be letting anyone near my bikini line I better feel safe and clean! And that is exactly what I got. The front reception room is super welcoming and the receptionist (I forgot her name unfortunately) was very nice. Amanda did my wax and I can't think of anything to complain about. She made me feel very comfortable and made my appointment stress free and easy. I will absolutely be coming here from now on. I felt so welcomed and left very happy. Oh and they also had this great lotion to put on after to prevent in grown hair and its only been a day and the redness is all gone or red bumps in sight yay!
