Got my usual SNS dip powder nails done today. The tech was especially detailed and I was very pleased with the result. The price is also great, $45 which is cheaper than other nail salons. I also got a basic pedicure too which is $30, also a great price. The chairs are actually massage chairs so I also got a massage while getting the pedicure which is definitely a plus. Everyone here is very friendly and kind. Every time I get my nails here, it lasts forever too, which I can't say for other nail salons I've tried. I usually go during the weekdays as I figure they won't be as busy and they're always able to get me in right away. read more

I like this nail salon and it's really clean and everything but it's so expensive. I only got my toes painted gel and my nails done and the total came out to be over 100$. My girlfriend came home and was not pleased with her set as the MOH for her sister's wedding. She requested a tapered square full acrylic set and walked out with a square set with uneven bubbled nails. The individual that did her nails did not take her time and did not do what was asked. The acrylic thickness is different from nail to nail. The nails ended up looking like duck nails due to the extreme bubbling at the tips, which was not requested. From a distance they look good and had a 10/10 for color, but up close you can see inconsistencies and errors. My gf had to file the nails herself when back at home to get the square edges more defined and will still be going to another salon to correct the work that was done here. It would be encouraged that the owner pay closer attention to what her staff are doing to ensure customer satisfaction; from conversations, to work completed , to client engagement. The environment overall was good just did not enjoy the nail tech's work. read more

So disappointed, I've been to this location before and never any issues, everything has always came out great. It's been awhile since I've been and today I was a walk in & asked if they had time for me today or I'd make an appointment for tomorrow, they said they could fit me on the spot so was happy. The tech I had seemed to be rushed and in a hurry the whole service and that's kinda frustrating when I ask if you had time. The experience just kept getting worse and worse, I'm looking around the salon because I was uncomfortable at this point with the service not going so well and look over and notice one of the other nail techs was on her phone and VAPING while she had customer in front of her at her station. Seems to be a big language barrier. I Came here for a fill of my Dip set. I've been here twice. Both times they talk me out of tips. I explained I wanted to keep my length and to use tips to do so. The first time they shaped them without the tips and I told them it was too short. The man acted like he was so aggravated with me for wanting the tip. It's the length I wanted though. I gave them a second chance and went back and they did the same thing. I let them talk me out of tips this time, and the length came out too short. They kept saying they wanted me to be happy but when I asked for what I wanted, they kept trying to talk me out of it. HIGLY DISRESPECTFUL For six years, I have been taking my elderly mother to this salon for mother / daughter pedicures. We liked this place so much we kept coming even after we moved to Gilbert, a 30 minute drive away. Thai last Sunday, I called at 10 am and made an 11 am appointment. When we arrived, we were told "we're running behind, you'll need to wait." How long? An HOUR! That means that they seated another pair of pedicures minutes before our arrival for a scheudled appointment. The utter disregard for high tipping, repeat customers with a long history is shocking to me. I loved this place, but won't keep bringing my mother somewhere that treats keeping appointments as optional and disrespects long standing customers. read more

I love this place! Simply Natural Nails is the best--I called ahead of time to ask if they could squeeze me in for a pedicure on a Saturday night and they had room immediately. I wanted white gel, and the technician (I think her name was Thanh?) said that off-white would look better with my skin tone. I was surprised since I normally look better in bright white, but I said she could do whatever she thought would look best. It looks AMAZING! So so happy with my color, I actually went out and bought a similar white at CVS so I could do my fingernails to match. Also such a phenomenal price for the quality. Great staff, great quality and great prices. I came here new to the city looked up reviews so i decided to give them a try. I am a cosmetologist so i test the durability of nails. Because of my work schedule i was unable to get serviced on time however my gel and dip did not come off. (I tried gel the first time and dip after). I went about a month. Usually mu nails start to chip, lift or even break with all the rigorous shampooing and different products I use with my clients. The staff is soo friendly. Pretty efficient. I am not super picky about my nails however I do want them to look good when I am not working. So nails that last make me happy as well as a good attitude. I think we have all experienced a nail tech that made us feel not valued after coming regularly for a while. Not rush jobs yet quick and efficient. I wish i still lived nearby. I ordered ombré but the outcome was completely different. It looks like just a one color nails and I am very disappointed. It was completely waste of money. I know my nails are short, but if you can't do it, you shouldn't have to accept the order and tell me iI don't know his name but a man was in charge. He needs to learn nail polish skills from scratch. He was very forceful with his finger and scraping throughout the process, it was very painful. My cuticle was scratched. The pedicure that this place does is really good and my wife told me you should definitely experience it. It was good day so I booked manicure and pedicure for my wife she was extremely happy ( to the boys spa feeling is the key their heart second best to diamond). She was like I want to do the pedicure with you I said okay let me book for me as well and we can do side by side. The lady who did mine she had little trouble communicating but the owner was funny. I went in she asks so which color nail polish do you want? So about the pedicure itself, first you dip your leg in warm tub which has two jets from behind. The chair where you sit is a massage chair and you can also have some massage done as you sit for your pedicure. Then she used cuticle softener and cleaned all the cuticles she also cut my nails. After that the nail was buffed and edges were made smooth. Next was scrubbing of the bottom of the foot and heal area, after which she used sugar scrub and grapefruit skin rub ( that's the highlight). Next was cream and oil massage till your knee, she also put a clear coat on my nail for protection. All in all a great experience. You guys can make it a couple thing. read more

I would rate their pedicure a full 5 star but their gel manicure a 2.5 or max 3. The ambience is basic but the service for pedicure is like a high end spa. Visited around noon on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty busy with many customers pouring in as walk in's too. I had gel nails on so the tech who was going to do my mani after my pedi decided to soak off my gel on my hand while the pedicure was ongoing which made the process quicker -that's good time management there! Also, the technician who did my pedicure was a different lady and she was awesome! I'm definitely returning for more (can't wait for my next appointment)! I took the middle range pedicure which had the paraffin treatment and it was so therapeutic-WOW! The chair for pedicure is a massage chair so it's double the relaxation. They use fresh grapefruit for the pedicure which was amazing. I would say it's definitely worth every penny and something you must experience! The gel manicure however, turned out to be super unpleasant- I had to point out numerous times that there is a huge gap between cuticles & nails and the tech paid no attention. Also, the glitter wasn't the kind I had asked for (showed in picture) either. Outstanding experience. Won't ever go to another nail salon as long as I live in the valley! I am not a nail aficionado but I have had to have my nails done for several formal events as of late and it has always been an uncomfortable experience for me because I feel so out of my element, but for my wedding this weekend I knew I wanted to have my nails done and wanted them to look great and stand up to the set-up preparations in the days leading up to the event. I checked reviews on Yelp and decided to try simply nails and was SO IMPRESSED! I went in a few days early with nothing but a Pinterest photo and asked if it was something they could do. They said no problem and scheduled me for the time I requested. When I came back for my appointment they remembered me and were expecting me. I was seated right away and the manicurist got right to work. It was evident from the get go that she was an experienced artist; even the most simple tasks like filing my nails and cuticles were done with exceptional precision and efficiency. I have never had SNS dips before but I can't imagine ever doing anything else. They were so simple to put on, there is no harsh smell, and they look phenomenal. I was also shocked at how affordable they were and how positive and encouraging all the staff were. They stressed that if I had any problems with the nails before the wedding I should come back and they would fix them for free and when I was ready to take them off to not pick at them at home, they would remove them for free as well. I felt cared about as a person there, which was what really meant the most to me as a whole. I love this nail salon and can't recommend it highly enough. read more

I decided impuslively that I felt like being pampered and wanted a manicure and pedicure. Yelp told me to come here, so I made a same day appointment and came by in the late afternoon. Everyone here seemed to be very welcoming and nice and there also seemed to be a ton of regulars that visited as well. I was originally going get a $25 gel manicure, but after hearing/seeing everyone around me get a SNS manicure, I decided to try it. It's definitely an interesting process and I like that you don't have to spend a lot of time under a UV light. There were a couple of black specs in my manicure from the powder, but I decided to let it go. $30 for an SNS manicure is super cheap, esp where I come from. 10/10 would get this again. My favorite part was definitely the pedicure. I opted for the luxury pedicure which had extra stuff like paraffin wax and sugar scrub. The pedicure lasted like what seemed like forever! The older lady that did it for me was awesome - she took her time and I felt like she was working on my legs and feet forever. As for the actual polish part, that was done by (I think) the male owner? It's actually quite messy but since the other part was so great I'll let that slide. The nail polish isn't even to the edges and is all over my bottom cuticles. I could tell it wasn't going to be that great by the speed at which he was painting them. I was skeptical of this place after reading many of the bad reviews, but the girl that normally does my nails (different salon) was out of town and referred me here for a fill. Nicole (I believe the owner?) was more interested in side conversations throughout my appointment than she was my nails. She cut me multiple times, and my nails look embarrassingly bad. I wanted a simple, thin colored French tip, and I got a very thick colored tip. All of my nails are completely uneven and the shape was just awful. She didn't even file the sides of my nails, and they were all different shapes and lengths. She also charged me an extra $15 for a French tip. I would post a picture, but I came home and filed them down immediately after my appointment because they were so ugly. Also, the comments about her vaping during her appointments is true. I have no problem with vaping, but doing it inside your salon while you're doing someone's nails is just so tacky and unprofessional. I also got a pedicure which was scheduled for 5pm. I sat with my feet soaking for 30 minutes before someone even came to start my pedicure. My entire appointment, start to finish, took just under 3 hours. I don't know why this business only has 5 star ratings... are they paying people to write fake reviews or was my bad experience here truly an exception? Both my friend and I got a basic pedicure with gel and a manicure with SNS. They sat us in the pedi chair at the exact same time and yet I ended up waiting for my friend to be finished for almost 45 minutes. The tech who did my pedicure absolutely rushed through the process: I got a choppy nail trim and an absolutely horrifying 2-minute massage on my tibia instead of my leg muscles (who the heck massages bone? Have you ever had the bony areas of your body massaged? It HURTS). In the middle of all this another tech started to do my fingernails but she was sitting in such a weird angle that she would ask me to turn half my body left so she could do my right hand. So I'm sitting there with my legs facing straight but turning awkwardly at the waist... completely uncomfortable. She too was rushing even though there was no one else in the waiting area, and I have yet to see another appointment walk in. She left SNS polish on my fingers, squirted some cuticle oil on my hand and walked away. Never came back to remove the polish stains on my hands or rub the oil in. Am in supposed to do this myself...? I ended up massaging my own cuticles with oil while watching my friend STILL her legs massaged (in the CORRECT areas, mind you). Sh*t execution but ok result. My nails looks cute, at least. And they kindly gave me a cold water bottle to sip on while I waited on my friend. read more
