Before my daughter's nursing school graduation, we decided to treat ourselves to pedicures to celebrate such a special occasion. Unfortunately, during that first visit we were unhappy with the service. I even mentioned at the time that I wasn't happy with the color, but it wasn't corrected. After I left a review about my experience, the owner, Chris, reached out to me immediately. He was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic. He invited us to come back to have our nails repainted and also offered us 50% off our next pedicures. Today, my daughter and I finally had time to return and give them another chance. I intentionally did not mention who I was or that I had a coupon before our services because I wanted an honest experience -- and I'm happy to say we were very pleased this time. My nail tech, Hanna, actually noticed that the color I initially picked might not be one I'd love. She took the time to show me, confirm with me, and help me choose a color that suited me much better. That level of care made a huge difference. If today's visit had been my first experience, I absolutely would have given 5 stars. What impressed me most was that they didn't know who I was until checkout when I showed the 50% coupon, which proved they genuinely cared about providing good service -- not just making up for a bad review. My girlfriend went in today (8/13/25) at 9am, with no one in the nail salon and it took the workers almost 3 hours to complete a simple French tip manicure. Additionally, the manicure was extremely overpriced for the quality of work presented by the business. Moving forward, we will be spending our money elsewhere due to this deplorable experience and I would recommend you do the same. Long wait even though I had an appointment, very long time getting nails done because nail tech kept taking calls and even left the salon for quite a long time in the middle of doing my nails. Blamed me when she couldn't get the color right even though I showed a picture and was told no problem. No apologies. No discount even though I was a new customer and was told I would get one. My daughter and I went to this place and my daughter got a full set and the nail tech DID NOT listen to my daughter when we said short to medium length. The tech did not offer to trim cuticles, she didn't lotion her hands and applied the oil and told her go wash your hands. Doesn't that defeat putting on cuticle oil!? And she didn't even let my daughter know she was done. She didn't speak to my daughter once or ask if the length and shape were okay, she kept rushing the process! Every nail is a different length and she was so uncomfortable during the entire appointment. My daughter was so unhappy because she wanted her nails perfect because she may be getting her ring next week! And wanted her photos to look amazing and now she has to go somewhere else to have them taken off and redone. Will not return and do not recommend! This tech needs to learn how to communicate to her customers and be more professional and friendly during the time. She mumbles under her breath and downstairs speak up clearly and is not customer service oriented. My daughter made an appointment at another nail place and they stayed a hour after closing to do her nails. The nail tech at this place commented on how badly they were done and every nail was a different length and they were wide, too wide! When she left after having them fixed they looked so much better and were all the same length and were not too wide. They didn't look like duck feet anymore? Do not go here! Run! It's not worth your money or your time because you will only be unsatisfied! read more

I came in for a pedicure and walked out with a blister on my toe, which has since become infected. It wasn't very relaxing, either. They played the same 10 songs that were not even done by the original artists. The owner's small child was running around and getting into things, and the other nail tech kept staring at me. I made an online appointment for Noon. I came in early to make sure they had me booked. They confirmed and said ok. I came back at 12 oclock on the dot. I sat and waited 10 minutes in the waiting área. Then was asked to love to a station and waited another 20 minutes. I was not acknowledged until i asked when my service would start. It is now 1230 and they want me to sit and soak my hands. I did not come in for a manicura??? Very bad service. read more

I booked an appointment for a pedicure with a specific person and I come in for my appointment, they sit me down in the chair and put my feet in the water and i'm sitting there for about 25 minutes waiting and then someone comes to me and tells me 2 different names than the one I booked with, would be doing my nails because they were "short staffed". This was my first time going to this salon and this was a horrible first impression. Why would I book an appointment at a specific time with a specific person only to have to wait nearly 30 minutes and get put with a different nail tech? I don't even know how long it would've been before someone would do my pedicure because at that point after being in the water for so long my feet were shriveled up so I just put my shoes on and left. As I was getting up one of the ladies was telling me she's done and to sit back down and apologizing while she still had another clients nails in her hand! lol. Went to get my last gel pedicure today right before I go into labor. First time in this salon and I'll most definitely be coming back. Shop was pretty empty so they were able to get me in right away. It's an okay nail place. I only came here because my nail was broken and my regular nail shop was closed. Came here to see if they were any good. Maybe it was just the nail artist I got but she didn't really file my nails right and it over priced for a okay nail place. She also didn't wait for my gel nails to fully cure she was kinda of rushing it. By the end she tried to fix her mistakes by putting more oil.They definitely have some perks to them such as their designs and equipment but I feel for gel nails they are a step behind. I'm not sure for acrylics they could be better at that then gel nails. read more
