I came into OMG! Nail Lounge after having a terrible experience at another salon, hoping they might be able to squeeze me in and they were able to take me almost immediately. From the start, the space felt upscale and relaxing, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Trinity did an amazing job correcting my nails. She reshaped them, adjusted the thickness, and completely improved the overall look of my manicure. She's not only talented but also very personable and easy to talk to. I left loving my nails and will absolutely be booking with her again. I've been coming here regularly for over six months now, and I can honestly say the quality is consistently excellent. Every technician I've encountered has been skilled and professional. This has definitely become my go-to nail salon. Vincent is also incredible--I highly recommend him. Just a heads up, he's very popular, so it's best to book ahead if you want to see him. read more

I went there for my 3rd pedicure this time and I was so surprised by how well it was done!! Alivia, I believe was her name, did a fantastic job. She took her time with everything and they came out perfect. I really appreciated her time on the leg massage as a previous time it wasn't done nearly half as long as she did. Definitely will be back for a pedicure with Alivia--would love to know her availability. Only reason I have this a 4/5 stars was for the acrylic fill I had gotten about 2 months ago done by one of the men that work there (I didn't get his name). Very nice man but my French tip was rushed and not even straight/clean. The shaping of my nails also was not square more like rounded square & I was still charged $70. read more

I have been a loyal customer here for months seeing Vicky- I work around her schedule. I wait if needed I'm polite kind and I tip very well. I don't ask for anything for free and I'm willing to pay for anything that needs fixing or repairing and even when she doesn't charge me I tip well. I asked for a nail repair on my toe- I said I have no idea what happened. No one was blaming her, but I needed a fix- CHARGE ME- like you DO NAILS Today, I was basically fired by Vicky and not given any reason I am a client. I am not your friend. This is poor business, and the fact that the management or owners would allow this when there has been no blatant reason given is unprofessional. Came here Friday afternoon for my first visit and had an appt with Jojo2. I was scheduled for a basic manicure as I'm no longer doing gel. She was easy to chat with and my natural nails look nice. I chose a pale pink color. They offer head spa treatments. They seem pricey but I can see it's a treat for a special occasion. Overall a good place for manicure and kinda of quiet early Friday afternoon. read more

I was able to stop by during their grand opening. This location layout is just as elegant and beautiful as the Tempe location. Everyone was so nice and accommodating upon arrival. Everyone working there was very friendly and professional. They also offer head spa at this location also. Did a walk-in appointment and was blessed to have JoJo #2 as my nail tech. She was incredibly pleasant to talk with and put up with my absolutely indecision about what color for my pedicure, adjusting and suggesting the right color the third time around. Mia is amazing!!! She switched me from being an acrylic girly to gel X! My nails turned out better than I imagined. Mia is extremely talented. She's fast, efficient and creative with her nail designs. We basically were bouncing ideas off of each other to brainstorm a beautiful new set of nails and I felt like I was being heard and she knew the vibe I was going for! Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here. I was brought in for a pedicure and manicure for my birthday. I got the nail tech with a Mohawk who did not say hi just bluntly asked for color choice. I told him 4 separate times the same color, it took about 15 minutes of him running back and forth until he finally got it. I chose a cat eye gel polish. He walked in with food so either he really kept forgetting or just wanted to keep going to the back to eat his food, which is rather him just say "hey I'm hungry please give me a few minutes." As he's working on my feet, he cuts my toes 3 separate times, only apologizing once when he got me so bad I jumped in my seat. He seemed irritated he even had to do a service, so considering he was annoyed already, I asked him to just do black gel polish because I wasn't about to pay an additional charge for the cat eye polish for a nail tech that didn't seem like he cared how it turned out. I opted out of getting a manicure because of how bad the experience was. I told, what I assumed was the manager (lady at the front desk) that I had a bad experience and would not be getting the manicure. She said "okay" and walked away. That was it. $55 for a gel pedicure with horrible service and scabbed toes. Will not be coming back here. read more

I stopped in today during the soft opening for a mani/pedi. It's beautiful inside with a clean, elegant vibe. I was greeted as I walked in and checked in with a tablet at the front desk. Stacey did both of my services. She is so sweet and very thorough. I got the hot stone massage with my pedicure which was AMAZING! I had a chance to speak with some of the other nail artists and everyone I encountered there was very friendly and professional. This establishment is very user unfriendly. While the lady who did my gel manicure was very good, she didn't say anything to me or acknowledge me. The very young Asian woman who did my pedicure was so unfriendly, didn't acknowledge me whatsoever; never made eye contact. She looked like she was having a bad day, IDK. Bella was gentil and informative. What started out to be a much needed pedicure, turned into a spa day. I got my toesies done, my unibrow in check LOL and I treated my self with a full set of nails. With a new product that I've never even knew about.( she explained each product and procedure, it's been 3-4 years since I had my nails done) I went with a structure gel. I had a really bad experience my first and last time going in. I showed the lady at the front a picture of the nails I wanted and she said they could do it and quoted me $120-$130. I was there for a gel x manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure came out perfect. But the nail tech I had for my nails was just disappointing me left and right. The nail press area closest to my cuticle was completely choppy and looked sloppy. Than it came time for the design and I finally had the courage to say something. If I'm paying this much for nails and they present themselves as a luxury nail spa I expect to her service that exceeds my expectations. I ask the nail tech to get his manager. She comes over (I think her name was Angela, she had nose piercings) it felt like I was bothering her to even speak up, there was just no sense of hospitality or any interest in recovering with me as I am a guest that's not happy with the service so far. I explain I wasn't happy with how it was coming out and she switched me to another tech. The second techs name was Trinity she was such a sweet woman and so happy to help me. I think she should be manager. She looks at the work the first nail tech had did and agreed it wasn't acceptable. She drilled off all the coats of polish the first tech out and replaced 2 of the gel ex nails the first tech out because rhey were crooked. She fixed the nails and did the best she could as she couldn't have removed every nail because it was so late, it looked like they were closing. My nails were so over worked I left with 3 cuts. The entire experience took 4 hours. If you've gotten gel x with a relatively simple design it should take 2.5 hours max. Before she started the design I had a feeling there was going to be some kind of surprise with the price. I asked to make sure it was still the price i was initially quoted which was 120-130. "Angela" called the other manager or owner and to confirm I was told this. She didn't get an answer and told me it's normally 150 for what I wanted but was going to honor the 130 I was quoted. I was grateful for that but she had NO SENSE OF HOSPITALITY. No apology for my bad experience and having to spend 4 hours there. I wanted to go home too, I wasn't expecting to spend so long there and she made me feel like I was annoying her. I will not come back. I do not recommend. This was my first and last experience. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because of Trinity being so kind and doing the best she could. read more

Tried OMG for the first time after preciously going to 2 other well known salons in the past. Pedicure service was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. Chairs were better than other places by far. Staff was warm and welcoming. The salon is very spacious and it didn't feel like you are crammed in. The prices are competitive and they offer many services. The scalp massage looks inviting and relaxing. This place is a true spa not like some of the burn n churn places you see.
