I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I originally came in for a soak-off, and my…read morenatural nails were left with their integrity completely ruined. They became extremely soft, brittle, and bendy. At first, I thought maybe that was simply because I didn't get another set afterward like I normally do, so I decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, I came back today for a pedicure, and the same technician shaved my big toenail down so far that it actually hurt. He looked up at me and said, "Oops," and then suggested putting acrylic over the nail that he had just damaged. Every product applied afterward was burning the nail, which was extremely uncomfortable. He was also very rough throughout the service and came across as rude. To make matters worse, when I went to the front desk afterward, I watched the employees go back and forth arguing about how much they were going to charge me. I was ultimately overcharged for a service I have had done there before. I was also charged for a random nail repair after I had specifically been told I would not be charged because the technician himself had broken/damaged the nail. I have spent a lot of money and time at this salon, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I should not have to pay extra because of damage caused during my service, nor should I leave a salon with painful, damaged nails. After today, I unfortunately will not be returning.

I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I live right up the street, but this was my first time here…read more I'm off work today so I went in at 12:30 this afternoon. The staff were welcoming & friendly . The space was just remodeled & is nice & soothing. I got the Essential Comfort Pedi. I don't know the name of the lady who did my pedi, but she did an excellent job. My feet were awful & I have horrible calluses. They have added callus removal to the Essential Comfort Pedi all for $45. A great value in my opinion. This will definitely be my go to place.

I've been in AZ for 2.5 years and never can find a decent place to get a pedicure and not 1 place…read morethat I thought did acrylic nails well at all. I used to get my nails done every 3 weeks and a pedicure every 6. I haven't had my nails done in about 2 years due to not finding a quality nail salon. I get a pedicure every 2-3 months now. I'm waiting for new tires and had some time to burn, decided to walk across the street and give them a try. First impression - Very clean, relaxing environment. They gave me bottle of water and heat wrap for my neck when I sat in the wonderful massage chair. The pedicure by Gill was so great I decided to give French tip acrylics a try. Vivian did an equally phenomenal job with the nails. I like my nails very short since I work on computer and have to take out my contacts. I usually have to argue to get them to do short as I want. I walked out with exactly what I wanted. If you pay with cash they give 5% off your bill too!! Will definitely be back on regular basis even though it's a ways from my house. Totally worth it!

I'm unable to comprehend how we went from my beautiful nails on the last visit to the monstrosity…read moreof this visit. They are usually really great at this location, so I guess be cautious of which nail tech you agree to sit with. I've had miscommunication before but this situation has never happened to me before. I requested to take off the dip powder/current color because he thought I was requesting a gel polish. As soon as I sat down, he chopped my nail after I repeatedly pointed and told him these were my natural nails that I wanted to keep. With each chop I stopped and told him these were my natural nails that I want and with each chop he reassured me in different ways of 'Okays, Yes,' and demonstrating to me that 'I see your natural nails and here' and pointed to the underside of my nails. I attempted to trust the process because 3 nails were already chopped off plus my last visits ended in beautiful work. It got worse with each step. My nails are now breaking, flimsy, uneven, and so short to the skin that it's terribly tender. Needless to say, I won't be able to visit any nail salon in the foreseeable future.
