Tracy & Ana were so nice and extremely helpful. I had no idea what I wanted they showed me a few things and I was able To pick something that I love. Everyone is so nice. The salon is clean and welcoming. I also like that the pedicure area is separated from the mail Stations. Makes it a lot less crowded. I called at 1:00 PM I was in at 1:30. I was recommended to go to this place and have been twice. The first time I went for my eyebrows and they were ok. However the second time I went for a full set and pedicure both were terrible they could do what I asked for so I settled for a plain green and my pedicure left me bleeding. Update: adding two stars because they lasted 4-5 weeks without breaking and the shape was more than perfect. read more

First time here and talk about a bad experience. I made an appointment for a pedicure. It was probably about a 15 minute wait after my appointment before I was seated. As he was buffing my toenails I noticed it started to hurt. It's not supposed to hurt. And that's because he was buffing on my skin. So what happened after he was finished painting and I looked at my toes? Yep, they're bleeding. (See photo) All I got was a "sorry". Good customer service would've been a discount on my pedicure or given it to me for free since two of my toes are bleeding. To top it off their wi fi wasn't even working so they couldn't even run my card for the payment so everyone in line had to zelle them the payment. I won't be back. Can't believe they have 4 stars on yelp. read more

DIP mani on natural nails + designs on all 10 fingers with soak off = $60 DIP: over 100 colors to chose from. They do soak offs nails were all even and no bumps and not thick exactly how they should be done I love my designs I had color 25 on. I was in town to take care of some family when I stopped by this place! It's been awhile since I had gotten my nails done and I needed a self-care moment. Safe to say I am blown away by the work done on my nails and have saved this place as my new go-to nail salon (when i'm in AZ). I had Jenny work on my set and since it was my first time in awhile, I wanted something striking and elaborate. She was super patient in listening to what I wanted and it came out beyond my expectations! The sailor moon-esque set of my dreams And the price was so worth it considering all the designs and modifications I asked for. Plenty of parking, newly opened so it's clean and COVID-safe. I visited Arizona recently with my family and came across this wonderful nail spa. They were having a grand opening promotion of 20% off on all services so i thought why not?? I decided to get a full set with some designs on it and the pricing came out to be pretty decent. Tracy was my nail technician and she was very nice and patient with me. I have pretty sensitive nails when it comes to doing acrylics so she took her time with me. This is a new salon that just opened so everything about the place just felt fresh and nice. The service was amazing, the workers there offered me drinks and snacks. The best part about this was not having to wait to get my nails done. Got off work early today and went straight here to have my nails done. Kim did a wonderful job on my fingers nails and Tommy did great on my toes, he picked a good color that compliments my skin. I've called multiple times to get an appointment and okay I get it you're busy (which is great) but how about offering another day and time? It's like pulling teeth. First time I came here was fine. The girl who did my nails was great, clean and everything. I came back second time and was a guy who did my pedicure and he was in a rush. I got home and inspected my nails, was cut crooked, dirty nails on corners I had to clean, polish was done messy not good. It will be my last visit and regrets giving a tip. read more

This is definitely one of the best nail places in our area! Every time that I go here my nails come out looking fabulous. My nails look like they should be in a magazine. Tyson did a terrific job fixing the shape of my nails after a subpar fill at my regular salon. He won me over for my hands and gets a 5 for sure! My pedicure was the higher end ones but felt rushed and similar to a basic pedi with the addition of paraffin. That was not a great value for what I laid and come in at a 2 or 3. read more

Walking into this salon was very pleasing. Everything was clean, new, and tidy. All the workers were so welcoming and polite. I picked the $75 pedicure and the massage was the worst I've ever had (25 years of pedicures) as well as uncomfortable because she used the same motion on the same area on my shin. Zero actual massage for leg, calf or foot. Very disappointed for the price. I'm new to the area so I'll keep searching. It seemed clean, pretty and nice staff but service and price don't match. read more

The first time I came here I loved the full set they did. I tried a pedicure my next visit. The lady very jokester was extremely aggressive in my pedicure I now have two ingrown on both sides of my toes. She also kept coughing without covering her mouth a few days later I was positive. read more

They were easy to book, punctual and not that busy. The nail tech I had was nice, very reserved and quiet but nice. She did a good job, not great but not bad either. One of my fave nail salons! Booked an appointment with Seven, came in unsure of what I wanted, but he helped me decide! I ended up getting a full set with hand drawn patterns and the results was beautiful!! Seven was very attentive and provided the best service! I had such an amazing first experience here! Anh, who does lashes and was the first person to greet me was so sweet and made me feel so welcome. When I showed her an image of the design of nails I wanted, Anh was so nice in recommending me the best course of action, which was to get acrylics. I was pretty nervous, because it was my first time getting acrylics, but Anh and Danny, who did my manicure were super patient and did my nails so well! I absolutely loved how they turned out!! It was just like the picture~ I also got the Wonderlust Spa Pedicure, and Lisa did such a great job with my pedicure. I will totally be coming back!! I finally found the nail salon that is perfect for me. They had so many colors to choose from, they're very friendly, and had a very relaxing environment. My technician was Jade and she is a true perfectionist. I came in with a full set from another salon and they looked awful. Jade spent half an hour making them even, fixing the shape, and making them now look perfect. She did the design as well and I'm in love with them. 10/10 recommend!! read more

As someone who has done lamination many times, the girl who did my lamination said some questionable things during the process. For example, a vital part of lamination is the after care which I received zero information on. I would have been okay with that had my eyebrows been fine. Instead they have thinned out completely and my left is missing a part of the eyebrown that I now have to pencil in every day. It is very clear that they are doing this without solid training in the hopes that it turns out okay. Even when I went back to show them, the second girl had to follow the instruction sheet to see what might have gone wrong and seemed unsure of herself. Super disappointed that I have to now deal with the aftermath of how to get my eyebrows looking back to how they were before.

My husband and I did a walked in on a Thursday Morning However I prefer doing an appointment, especially closer to the weekend. They can get booked quickly, however they are worth it. To my knowledge, she is one of the managers, and I can honestly say she is one of the most professional, hardworking, and hospitable owners I have ever encountered in any industry. I've seen the salon become incredibly busy, and instead of simply managing from the sidelines, Cathy rolls up her sleeves and immediately starts helping with clients to support her team. I've watched her go out of her way to ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of, and I've even personally seen her stay after hours cleaning the entire salon herself. That level of leadership, dedication, and pride in her business is rare and deserves recognition. She has also built an amazing team. I actually live much closer to another nail salon, but I made the switch because I found this salon to be far more hygienic, professional, and welcoming. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Two of my favorite nail technicians are Tracey and Richard, who always take great care of me. Richard is incredibly talented and detail-oriented. I appreciate that he takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect, and he's always willing to bring my sometimes silly nail design ideas to life. I understand that open seats don't necessarily mean a technician can take another client. However, the receptionist came across as closed off and unwilling to check whether anyone could accommodate me or offer another option. After making that drive, I was disappointed by the lack of warmth and effort to help. A more welcoming approach and a clearer explanation would have made a difference.

I spent a total of $85 for this horrible pedicure ($70 for VIP + $15 for gel ). The fact that the polish peeled off completely is a sign that their polish is old. I called the salon and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager wasn't there but the female on the phone could help as she was the "acting" manager at the time. She told me that, per their policy, they don't do refunds, they only do "re-do's". Well, that may be fine for some people but 1) I don't live in the area and I needed to get to the airport to fly home to MA. so I didn't have the time to go back and 2) If your product wasn't of good quality the first time, why would I want to waste my time and gas again? I was also told that their policy is clearly posted on the check out counter. That tells me that this sort of thing happens a lot if they felt the need to implement such a policy and "clearly" post it. I requested a call back but did not receive one. I sent an email, waited 2 days for a response and have not received one. I'm shocked this business is still in business! Please do not waste your time, energy and money on these grifters. There are so many other nail salons that won't rip you off then hide behind a ridiculous policy. I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, amongst other sites as an informative warning to others. This business does not even deserve the one star I was forced to give in order to post this review.

They were pretty busy, but were able to fit me in with only 10 minutes of waiting. I was immediately greeted and given a cold bottle of water. They had quite a big selection of nail colors and well as gel polish colors. The decor was nice and relaxing, not cheesy or tacky. As I waited I looked around and noticed a cute brochure with all the services and pricing offered. Not only do they do nails, but they offer waxing, facials, eyelash extensions, and eyelash/brow tinting. The pricing isn't bad, actually less expensive than the surrounding salons. All the pedicure chairs and equipment was super clean and brand new, no 80's massage chairs here. They also had a huge tv in a perfect position for everyone in the salon to see. I got a regular pedicure and a gel polish change. The girl took her time and was very gentle and soft with her tools. She did a great soothing massage, and made it last. She wasn't rushing or doing a bunch of other things while she was working on me. She also didn't try to have a full conversation with me either, which I like because I just like to relax! Even though I didn't ask for a manicure, she still gave me a a oil/lotion massage after my gel polish. I am definitely going back here over and over again. Worth every single penny!

After a few minutes, I was greeted by a much older woman, probably in her 70s. She brought me over to the pedicure station and proceeded to fill the basin with extremely hot water. She then showed me a list of the types of pedicures available. She pointed to my feet and said something then pointed to the most expensive one they have. I then told her that I wanted the basic one (lowest cost). She then pointed to the middle one. I told her no I wanted the basic one. She scoffed and went to the back to get supplies. When she came back, she proceeded with my pedicure. It was unlike any pedicure I've ever had. She asked me if I wanted the nails trimmed and I said yes. She then cut them very short and uneven. There was no room for correction without cutting them even shorter to a painful length. So I had to let it go . She paid no attention to my cuticles or nail root. The foot scrub consisted of one brush across my foot (this is no exaggeration, it was literally one stroke)! The nail polish application was also disappointing. It was applied very sloppily, showing brushstrokes and bubbles. I'm a pretty easy-going person and do not expect perfection from others, especially when selecting the lowest cost item. However, I still expect some effort and pride in workmanship. It was obvious that this woman was trying to teach me a lesson for selecting the lowest cost item. If that's not the case, well, I am certainly glad I didn't waste my money on the most expensive one! When we got to the register, she ran me up and then asked if I had a punch card. I told her I did not. She then handed me one, but didn't bother to stamp it. By this time, it was clear they had no interest in me, returning it as a customer, so I left the card on the counter and left. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
