He's salon is so good, that when he retires, I'm retiring from getting my nails done! It's so hard when they're doing your nails that you really can't see, no time to your hand up to your eyes to see what's going on. I stopped in to get a mani/pedi before a wedding. (I do not live in AZ) I do not like that they grinded/sanded (however you wanna describe it) my nails to apply gel polish. Recently, I was in need of a manicure and pedicure but due to working 8am - 5pm I couldn't go to my usual place near my house. Located this location closer to where I work to pop in when I finished working. Though it wasn't my usual location, it was very friendly and accommodated a walk in. The gel manicure lasted about a week before one nail chipped, which I wish lasted longer. Additionally, I wish they had cat eye color but still a very beautiful teal I was able to find. So I got my nails done yesterday and well needless to say they refuse to put the diamonds I asked for on there and he just told me he was going to do it his way cuz it looks nicer well it's the next morning I didn't do anything last night and all my diamonds are off not only that they were absolutely rude and sat there laughing in my face as I was trying to talk to them about what color I wanted and talking crap to each other and whatever the hell language they were speaking in I will never ever ever come here again I am not the only one that was complaining about their nails as I was there happily leaving without giving a tip read more

I've been coming here consistently for the last few months. The first time I went the owner did my nails and stayed open later to finish them. Great craftsmanship and attention to details. So I regularly started coming back and even brought my mom. My last 3 visits I was given the same lady who completely botched my nails. The first time I sat w her , she put so much liquid on the dip it was dripping off my nails and got underneath my nails. She didn't clean up underneath my nails so for two weeks everytime I ran my finger through my hair I would break a few strands because of the excess acrylic under my nails that was not filed away. The second time I was sat w her she rushed my appointment for whatever reason even though I had previously called ahead and booked. She also kept pouring glue underneath my nails after applying the dip , she even added more glue underneath my nail after she painted them. The 3rd time I sat w her she gave me contact dermatitis. Yup. I got my nails done w her for the final time and during the process she was clipping my cuticles and broke skin. Then proceeded to put dehydrator or primer on top and my hands burned so bad. I went home and woke up in the middle of the night because my cuticles were so darn itchy red and inflamed. I had zero idea what contact dermatitis was so i sat w this pain for 2-3 weeks until it got so bad I took them off myself. Have zero clue why she's allowed to work on people's nails when she has no clue what she is doing. I had brought her work up to another nail tech and he acted like it was normal for her to do those things. She messed up my hands so bad she actually inspired me to go out and get my own gel kit and do them at home because she's clearly not licensed and why am I PAYING for someone who isn't LICENSED. Cannot trust nail salons anymore. Recommend getting ur own kit or finding someone who IS LICENSED. IM NOT PAYING TO BE A GUINEA PIG read more

Do yourself a favor and never come here. I had the worst mani/pedi of my life at this place. The woman doing my nails must've had an off day or something because she kept cutting too deep into my cuticles repeatedly. So much so that I ended up cutting it short because I was bleeding so much - had to leave and hurriedly get some peroxide to put on multiples fingers since they were bleeding. I'll never make the mistake of coming back here again and neither should you. read more

I came here while out of town for a quick mail appointment because my acrylic nails were lifting. Overall, my nails turned out great but my only complaint about how they turned out was they were thin and they filed down the thickness of my nail. I'm nervous that they're so thin that they will break easily, so we shall see. I made a same day appointment for 2:15 and it took them 20 minutes to start working on my nails after I arrived. Once I got seated, Min worked on my nails quickly and asked me how I liked it as time went on. I appreciated that he told me that the design I originally wanted probably wouldn't turn out well because of my short nail beds. As he started working on changing my nail shape from coffin to stiletto, he asked how I liked it and I told him the shape wasn't quite what I liked. I showed him a picture and he changed it without a problem. He was great and professional, and I'd definitely come back again. My nails turned out very cute, though they had limited colors for the gel polish. The original color I wanted they only had it available in acrylic powder. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I had to wait for 20 minutes after my appointment time. read more

My full set did not last a full week without a single nail breaking. Which is understandable in some cases but when this place starts at $55-$60 for full sets you would think that I would at least be able to keep a fresh full set for at least 5 to 7 days without needing maintenance. Customer service seem to be good for reoccurring clients, but it was very uninviting for the first time working with a new nail technician. read more

We walked In today with an appt at 10:30 but we were early and they took us right away. Since it was a much needed pedi date with my mother in law, I treated us to the special one that included a paraffin wax, warm wrap, hot stone massage,scrub, 20 min massage and it was chefs kiss. My technician was amazing at the massage. I was busy talking to my MIL but he was an older gentleman who was super sweet and did a great job. My MiL had a tech who was a perfectionist and redid her snowflake design on her toe twice before approving her nail art. The techs there were all so nice. Awful Experience!!! A lady tech started my pedicure and a guy tech took over with out an explanation. I found that odd. The guy left one toe nail round and the other squared. Massage was supposed to be 15 it was barely 3 minutes. When I walked out of the salon I had the lotion mask in back of my leg. Nail Polish looks awful My pinky is half way painted. Wasted $55 dollars. oh I did save 10% for being first time customer. I don't know if to cry or laugh. read more

Awful quality and cleanliness. They used what looked to be a legit cheese grater on me. I assume it was originally silver, but looked brow/from the rust on it. They were ruff with both the "gel" acrylics when applying and pedicure. Not only that, the man you usually see at the front desk is more concerned about getting pictures of your hands and nails when you're done to attract more business than he is with making sure the final result matches the inspo pic. I got my "gel" nails done for vacation, paid extra for it to and it came off in 3 days like a watered-down regular polish. Does that make sense??? No (because it probably wasn't gel polishing.) I can safely say this place is probably not one with frequent repeat customers(it was empty when I was there, that should have been my sign.) read more

The salon is outdated & smelled of smoke. My service was meh- I did tip 20% because I'm spineless. My nails (gel polish) have bumps in them. And my thumbs have a tacky spot. I won't return- I will seek out another salon to re polish my nails until my regular salon is back from vacation. read more

I just discovered this new Nail Spa today. I got a pedicure & a fill and it was FABULOUS! Most of the time when I get a pedicure, I get a calf massage, but not really a foot massage. Here I got a great foot massage! Then when it was time for a fill, my "coffin shaped" nails were nearly square & had to be reshaped. PLUS, getting some nail art was no problem at all!! I loved that I could make an appointment online, it has great reviews so I thought I'd give it a try! I really loved the atmosphere when I first walked in, they had a beautiful fish tank and the people there were all very nice and accommodating. I absolutely loved how the design guy was able to meet my needs and helped me understand the process that he was doing, he helped me find the right colors to fit my skin tone as allowed the design to really pop!
