DO NOT GO HERE! I told the guy not too long on my new full set and he did them too long and then they charged me extra for "additional length"! The price listed for a full acrylic set was $45+, they charged me $72! Oh and I showed them a picture of what I wanted. Very simple clear glazed gel. Wasn't all what I wanted! When I went in I had my baby and toddler. I forgot gentlemen's name but he is the one that did my set. The customer service is nice but however my nail set was horrible. He took forever and for him to take forever it should have been flawless. It was lumpy and uneven and not even the color I wanted. I wanted a white blue ombré. He also filed so much he filed my skin raw causing extreme pain the next day and with the kiddos I didn't have the time to have them fix everything. Not only that these are pictures the days right after I got them done and it looks dry cracked and horrible. Also my nails snapped in half a week after! Never again. Maybe have someone else do your nails there. read more

Very poor customer service. I could not make an appointment because I was violently ill. I had an early morning appointment, and woke up sick, so naturally did not give prior notice I would miss. I tried to go online and book a new appointment, but every time it was sent the owner canceled stating they were busy at the time. I tried multiple times and was denied an appointment. If they do not want me as a customer...so be it. read more

Cece, the owner, is one of the worst humans I have ever met in my life, her customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. Not only did they take over 30 minutes to figure out what I wanted, they also lied about their services and failed to give me what I wanted. They took an hour and a half to do gel-x nails, for $75 I should not be getting the worst nails I have ever had done. Do not go here or you will regret it. When I tried to ask for a refund she was extremely rude, wouldnt let me speak, and argued with me and told me to "come back in". Why would I want to come back to the place that ruined my nails in the first place? Absolutely un exceptable. Truly disgusted by this whole establishment, close their doors. read more

I sat through two and a half manicures because they were so sloppy. The top coat they use literally ate through my new Orly polish I brought with me. Whatever they're thinning their product down with causes a weird line to form when it doesn't go all the way to the nail bed with the rest of the color polish below it. Not to mention the guy I started with was going to leave my nails jagged and uneven with super thick coats of polish. The woman sitting next to me was physically in pain from the same guy I started with as he was removing her dip polish. She pulled away several times because it got so hot on her nails. She asked him to be gentler and I suggested going back to regular polish because the removal of the dip was hurting her and she responded it's never hurt before! This nail polish collector will take her business elsewhere. read more

Went in today as a walk in, no clients were around so they put me right in. Wasn't too sure what I wanted but Cici (I believe that was her name) mentioned that they had glow in the dark acrylics. I absolutely love glow in the dark stuff, so I went for it. I absolutely loved it. Took about an hour and a half. My only complaint is that the sparkles on top have a few black spots from her touching it but it's hardly noticeable unless you're starting directly into it. Will definitely go back, especially towards Halloween! read more

I don't know the young man's name that did my pedicure today but it was by far the best pedicure I have ever received.

My wife was in this salon for three hours because three separate people had to file and paint her nails on her hands and feet. After that the polish still doesn't cover the entire surface of her nails. There are entire parts of her nails that are just bare with no color. And one finger nail still isn't filed smoothe after filing it down as far as it can go. This was an absolute mess and waste of money. Full price was paid for 10 percent effort and quality. Today I went for a fill, I thought from CeCe. Instead ,a nice young guy did my fill. I was asked about a pedicure, but I passed as I had a terrible experience last time. Perhaps I should have gone back immediately with my problem, but I decided not too, as I had planned to continue using their services. When asked about my past pedicure I told them the woman that did them cut the cuticle on my left big toe, it had bled and she polished right over it with clear polish! One of the owners hollered at me and said "no, someone dropped something on your toe". Number one, it was my toe not hers that was damaged. Unless she's a mind reader she would not know what or how it was damaged. But, she chose to holler at me ,"something dropped on your toe and I'm telling the truth"! Obviously, she wouldn't know the truth if it hit her in the face! So, I have removed their number from my phone, and will be finding another shop. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one, is because my nails look quite nice....too bad they don't know about Customer Service and how important it is to retain customers.....oh, well read more

I went today with my friend to get a pedicure done. Price was pretty steep ($55) for a pedicure (+5 to remove the gel polish from my last pedicure) but I saw it had really good reviews, so I figured why not. I spent half my pedicure asking him to loosen his grip or go softer because he was man handling the crap out of my legs and feet. Than I watched him use a cuticle clipper to cut my toe nails which resulted them being misshaped and uneven and the inner corner being cut way to deep.. I've had ingrowns before so sever I've had to have treated by a doctor so I'm pretty careful with my feet.. the number one rule to avoid ingrowns is cutting straight, as you can see if the photo, that's not what happened . Given the price and extra charges .. I settled for regular polish . Obviously not a fan favorite .. and he put little effort in cleaning the extra polish and did not wait any time before piling layers of polish (5 coats in total) with no drying time in between. He even trying to put my socks and shoes on after like 5/10 minutes after the last layer and rushing me out the door (there was only me and my friend in the salon for the first hour.. three available techs and 3 hours before closing) .. I had to tell him twice my polish was not dry . And when he tried putting my socks on I told him no it was not dry and asked him for the sandals. The polish looked horrible, was bumpy and messy, it look like I did it myself at home .. for $60 I was pretty pissed . The entire experience felt rush as he tried keeping up with the other tech doing my friends nails, who was getting an completely different service and didn't have extra time spent of removing gel nails.. yet we ended at the same time. I let my nails dry for two hours in total after leaving the nail salon before trying to put socks on and sandals . I finally make it home now, take off the socks and this is what I see . I'd usually just go in the next morning and address it in the store but given Sunday they are closed I'll unfortunately have to wait until Monday to address it. read more
