I've been going here for a couple of years now and have had several techs for both hands and pedicures. They've all been fantastic. However, Jobe is the absolute BEST when it comes to pedicures. He's very thorough, takes his time, he's friendly, and truly puts effort into providing an excellent service. I also love Susan for my nails. She's super sweet and always does a great job doing exactly what I ask for. 10/10 for both Jobe and Susan, but from my experiences you honestly can't go wrong with any of the nail techs. They also have snacks, treats, and waters available for customers. There is a very large variety of colors available to choose from for both gel and powder (although my one small suggestion would be to update regular color availability--some of the bottles are old, empty, etc.). It is a little pricey, but I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Truly, we love this place and will continue to go back! :) read more

Today, I had an appointment for a pedicure, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The technician hurt me while clipping my nails and pulled at the skin around them. The service felt careless and unnecessarily rough. I paid extra for the callus remover, but very little effort was made, and it did not remove anything. I had actually done a better job exfoliating my feet before the appointment. The massage was practically nonexistent, the lotion and oil had an unpleasant smell, and the nail polish was applied poorly. I also felt extremely rushed. The technician removed the toe separators about a minute after applying the polish and sent me out with my nails still wet. The manager reduced my bill to $26, which I appreciated, but I still felt the service was not worth the price. Overall, this was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I would not return. read more

I have to say... I have been coming here for over 15 years... I have had nothing but good experiences with whatever service I have gotten. Every employee has been awesome and does great work! I went today for a pedicure and a manicure and I had Jobe and he was so good. I love the soothing water feature that they have in the wall. Great people and a great salon to get pamper read more

My nails are chipped and cracked began the very next day. Now on day five I have to go get them completely re done somewhere else because Jay is refusing to fix it although online there is policy that states a redo if you let them know within five days. read more

Elite Salon Day Spa - Love this color and how nice and clean my nails look - Nail Salons Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

My friend regularly visits this salon. So, I decided to go with her, yesterday. She made an appointment and we were promptly assisted. They have a ton of color options. My nail technician, Anna, was polite and friendly and did a great job. Eavesdropping on conversations, it seems there are a lot of regulars. The interior was clean, spacious, and modern. There were a lot of chairs available, as well as pedicure stations. I'd definitely go back. My nails are filed well, love the chrome finish and the paint job is superb. Check this place out for your mani and pedi needs! read more

A nice and clean nail spa. Lots of space and they were easy to get a same day appointment on a Sunday. Large selection of colors and many different types of gel. Pedicures have a few options, I choose the luxury that came with hot Stone. However when choosing I wish the sheet they show you had a full description in what came with each option. I got a pedicure and overall it was okay. I was a bit dissapointed on a few things. First I was cut and then had oil rubbed right into it which stung really bad. The buffing of the feet was not as much and one of my feet was left still a bit rough. Finally I noticed a small piece of nail sticking up that was never cut and was really hurting me that I had to ask to get that cut off. read more

Everyone is so nice, but every time I go here I am unhappy. I usually go for acrylics, but this time I just did a gel manicure. I went in Sunday. The lady who did my nails flooded my cuticles and when I got home and showed my room mate, he asked if a 10 year old did them. It is now Wednesday and the polish is peeling and cracking off. I haven't been doing anything extraneous for it to cause this already. Very unhappy. read more

Edit: I just saw the businesses response. I feel like the blame is placed on a third parties ATM. The problem is refusing to accept tips in any other form besides cash. You are the salon I know of that does this, and so you've lost my business. I'm sure many others also. EDIT #2: I'M BACK! I posted my original review one year ago, give or take. On August 19th, they DM'ed me this message: ...."Hi M, Just wanted to correct about tipping. Our nail tech accept tip with ZELLE and VENMO besides cash. And the ATM here charge.25 only. Any other charges you mentioned that came from your bank not us." Or, you know they could JUST LET YOU ADD IT TO YOUR BILL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. This is really something! Lol Just so you all know that they 1) are more interested in debating with a customer than just accepting responsibility and 2) it's still on the customer to jump through hoops rather than just operate like a normal business. I feel like they need to figure their own problem out. I had the hassle of cancelling my card, waiting for the new one, etc and so on. Totally ridiculous. I can't remember if I mentioned at the time either, but they weren't very friendly that I recall either. I recall noticing all the signs once I was seated and she began working and when I asked about it she just pointed and said "ATM over there." read more

I have been going here now for about a year, I always have Anna, she does a great job, very polite and extremely nice. As far as tipping goes as someone else complained about. Almost everyplace I go too including my hail salon have always asked for tips in cash. If you can't afford to give cash tips maybe you shouldn't be getting your nails done. I love this place and have recommended it to several people who also found it pleasant and inviting and have had good work done. Thank you so much. read more

I came to Elite nails for a fill and cutdown on acrylic set square shape done and manicure for valentines at another shop . I have came here quite a few times so I know the work they do. I regret to write this review but it is necessary! On 2/11 my nail came off so I came to elite to have it fixed and met Jade. She fixed my nail so I scheduled for a fill and cutdown. This is where the nightmare begins the fill appeared to be good. She started changing the shape from square to stiletto and they were not all same shape or length and very lumpy/bulky and dents on all the nails. Secondly, I had a pedicure done by Ana yesterday even though I was just coming in for a manicure on the 28th..she didn't scrub my feet correctly, forgetting steps like not cutting my cuticles, left dead skin on my feet, my feet weren't even soaked or massaged nor my legs. The whole process was underdone and rushed, she barely used any sort of tools, my legs and calves was throbbing, my skin on my legs were almost burned due to the super hot towels she put on them. I want to make this long story short so I'm giving the gist of the situation. Had them done three times after paying leaving and coming back on third time. She was frustrated by third time. She didn't show it but was taking it out on my hands, hurting my fingers, digging too deep in my cuticles, didn't paint all the way up from the cuticle, the first and second time there was glue all over my hands, half my acrylic was filed off. Her husband kept getting in the way and coming to sit and question what's wrong and why I keep coming back as if me coming back was inconvenience after paying almost 200 for my nails to still be tacky and messed up!! Definitely wasn't a good experience and I won't be returning. I paid 190 dollars for horrible work!! I hope this review helps everyone who's looking into going here, I don't recommend. I felt robbed and like I paid for nothing, there was no refund offered or no price dropped down, they acted entitled and like they deserved my money, I sat in the chair from 12-5pm. I would give it no stars if I could!!( this place has changed over the years! Greedy and sloppy work. read more
