I love this place! The customer service is amazing. They are very clean, sanitary and the nail techs pay super close attention to detail which is hard to find nowadays. Megan is so sweet and Mia did an excellent job with my gel mani. She did not rush and made sure everything was perfect. Jenny did my pedicure and I loved it. She made sure my cuticles were cut and my dead skin was all gone. I will continue to be back, I found my new nails place.

Megan is simply the best. She has renovated the salon and it is beautiful! It has a calm, peaceful vibe. She has the newest equipment and a HUGE selection of colors for gel, dip, all the things! But the best part is how talented she is! She can do pretty much any design you can dream up. She and her whole staff are always very kind, welcoming and helpful, allowing you to have the best experience ever. I also bring my 6 year old daughter and unlike some other salons, they treat her very well and make sure she also has a fun and relaxing experience at Top Line. I will never go anywhere else!

We are from out of town and had a spur of the moment idea to get a pedicure. So we looked at who was closest to us and stopped in. It was after 6:00 and they. Lose at 7:00 so we were happy that they squeezed us in. The gal who did my pedicure did a fabulous job! I got a great foot massage, leg massage, and foot scrub. My daughter, however, kind of got jipped. The lady who did hers spent so much time grinding her nail polish off, then trimming her cuticles, then clipping her nails, then trimming more cuticle.... That she hardly got any massage at all. And didn't get her dry skin scrapped of. She really wanted them to use the "cheese grater" on her dry heels. But that didn't happen. Even though I'm pretty sure I paid for it. Her lady barely had time to paint her nails before it hit 7:00. The color was cute thank heavens. But the shape is wonkey. Mine look great! So we had a 50/50 experience. I will note that they were all very nice there. I just think the lady who did my daughter should probably stick with nails.

I absolutely love coming to Topline Nail & Spa! Jenny and Kim are truly the best. The moment you walk in, the environment is so relaxing and peaceful, it's the little break we all need. Their pedicures are incredible, and the foot massage is honestly amazing. My manicure and nails always come out perfect and last! My service was beyond amazing, I always struggle with finding a nail place that has customer service, kindness and professionalism. I would 100% recommend this nail salon! It has such great atmosphere and is very clean! Not to mention I have super short nails and they were so kind about it and willing to do little length. I have been getting my nails done whole life, and I'm a old broad, I have to say the manicure at Top Line is the best I've ever had. I decided to get gels again and Megan did a beautiful job. She shaped my nails perfectly for my nail bed and made them the perfect length. They look beautiful and I have had so many compliments. Best nail salon I have been to so far: Each and every staff member is amazingly kind and will help you with whatever you need. Fit me in last minute to re-do my entire right hand and they got it done in 45 minutes because I was in a rush. Forever grateful for them and can't imagine going anywhere else. This was the WORST nail salon EVER! DO NOT GO. Went in for the first time yesterday and all of my toes have cuts and it hurt so bad. When time to pay, the lady told me that it was $30 when I ordered the $25 pedicure. She said because of my big toe and having to "dig" the outside of it. I never approved this extra charge. She also informed me that there card machine was down and could only pay in cash. Well why wouldn't you tell me that in the first place as most people don't have cash on them. I witnessed another customer actually leave and come back with cash to pay. What a shady place they call a business! read more

I am never going there again. They cut me and it only took them 20 minutes to do two people. They rush just don't go. There are so many other places to choose from pick one of those. and I don't recommend. read more

This was my first time there, as I was between appointments. I called and asked if they took walk-ins and she said yes, so I went in to get my dips redone. It's a beautiful salon, my technician was very friendly and experienced. As a former nail tech myself, I know great work when I see it. My French dips turned out beautifully. Although this salon is about 25 minutes from my house, I will be coming back. Thank you for the gorgeous nails on such short notice! read more

Lacking in customer service, unhappy employees unable to hide bad attitudes, and minimal service provided to qualify as a mani-pedi. Purchased a special on Living Social for my wife. First scheduled appointment was never recorded and she wasted a trip. Second appointment canceled due to broken A/C. Third appointment met with staff lacking in customer service skill, unpleasant personalities, and bad attitude. The special offered full mani-pedi regularly $85 for 53% savings. Service provided was the absolute minimum to qualify in either mani or pedi category. They don't deserve repeat business, which is probably why they were on Living Social. read more

The owners are a husband and wife dynamic duo who just pampered my entire family and took care of all our eyelash, manicure, pedicure, gel, spa, acrylic, and fill needs! I just moved here from LA and I am picky!!! I mean it, we ARE a high maintenance posse! Even my 5 year old sister got kids nails done. They have 3D nail art, full sets, mani pedi specials designs...everything! Just like home. I have been to 10 other nail salons in the area and this is by far the best. Came in today with my daughter before vacation. What a wonderful experience! Great and friendly welcoming staff!! And beautiful work as well. Lindsey is amazing.... My daughter and I both got gel mani and pedi. My daughter decided she wanted a rainbow of colors on her toes- and they happily did so. Gel takes longer so it was much appreciated. We made an appt to ensure no wait. Completely worth it at a busy salon. We will definatly be back and will recommend to everyone. read more

This place is unprofessional , rude , and in my opinion.. TRASH. The way you speak to a brand new client & the unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

My experience with her recently has changed however…read more Shortly after I got my second full set (3 years ago) I have been unhappy with the tail end of one of my eyebrows being noticeably thicker. I've always just used makeup to even them out. Since its started to fade, it's gotten even more noticeable and bothersome, especially in pictures, as one eyebrow is consequently more arched. I never knew you could remove microblade until recently when my friend told me. As soon as I learned about this option, I asked Tia if she could help me and remove a couple strokes towards the tail end of my eyebrow. She immediately tried to discredit my concerns and said it looks like this because I haven't maintained my annual "color boosts" appointments. She told me I must sleep on the thinner eyebrow, which is not true. There has never been ink that thick on the other eyebrow, and it's always been slightly thinner. She recommended getting a full set WITH removal at the same time, but warned me that it will possibly remove new ink as well so I will have to come back to get it re-done shortly after. I asked her if I could just get it removed first, then come back for the full set after - that way I dont have to damage my skin back to back and risk my eyebrows looking messed up. She said if I do that route, it will be $300 per session and will probably consist of multiple sessions. $300 is what she charges for 2 FULL eyebrow removals and I only need a fraction of that. I would've paid half, but $300 is greedy! I can get 3 laser removal sessions for $100! Clearly she was trying to manipulate me into getting a full set so she can get more money upfront, without regards for my concerns. Why would I want to rush a process that is PERMANENTLY on my face? Overall I truly felt that she only cares about money, not the long term satisfaction of a customer that has never let anyone else touch their eyebrows. I felt penalized for not keeping up with "annual color boosts". I would have continued being her customer too, but I expect someone who actually cares about my concerns and doesn't try to minimize and invalidate them - even if they seem small or stupid to you. It's MY face and I notice this eyebrow every day. Very disappointing.

I visited this place yesterday n its awesome. The girls is so friendly n their skills are the best. I got a new acrylic set in just 30ms n they look awesome. They only use young nails products which doesnt content any bad ingredients. I have been waiting so long for a green salon like this. I definitely gonna come back. They also offer facial and waxing with really decent price and good products for variety type of skin. They offer special promotion for 15% off on your service. I absolutely LOVE Topline Nails and all of the girls there! Lindsay does a great job on my nails and is willing to try a new design when I bring in an idea. Love this place. Staffs are soooooooooooo friendly. They did really good jobs on my nails. I got gel on my fingers for 3 weeks and its still great. They even have a guarantee if my nails have any problems just come back in a week and they will fix it for free. Best part is my nails were not damaged after taking the gel off. Tina and Lee are AWESOME. Before going to Tina I was at another salon where I got an infection. Tina has been great in helping me along with getting rid of it and making my nails healthy again. My Friend and I stopped in for Manicures on a Saturday afternoon. We have not heard any reviews but simply saw their sign and pulled in. Lyndsay did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and the color was perfectly even. I will definitely come back since I live so close by. read more

I used to love going here. 10 years. New management is crap. Longer wait times and poor quality. I never had issued with breaking or chipping on my nails until they took over. Guess it's time to find a new place. So sad. They used to be so good. read more

Been twice & disappointed both times…read more My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money.

During the removal of my last gel set, I insisted to my technician that I was not comfortable getting the old gel drilled off as the last time they did it, my nails came out brittle and ended up breaking soon after the service. Isn't gel polish usually removed by sitting wrapped in acetone and foil for a few minutes anyway? She refused to hear my concerns and insisted my nails will be okay. Honestly, this is when I should have got up and left. I'm upset I didn't. 2. I came in with a manicure inspo photo (a french tip with stars over it) and my technician fussed with me the entire time I was seated for my service because SHE was not happy with the color. We reached a point where I grew uncomfortable with having to reassure her that it was what I wanted that I ended up changing colors altogether. Looking back, I'm really frustrated that I let that happen, but there is no reason I should have been driven to do that while getting my nails done. Not even a week following this appointment,my nails are thin and weak, even with a gel layer, and one of my nails is even about to rip off because of how fragile it is now. I am SO so frustrated with this salon (and myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt after this happened once before). I do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone else, regardless of its location convenience. Care for customers needs, expectations, and the health of their nails should not be something I feel like needs to be fought so hard for in such a service.

I also noticed that the workstations were quite dusty, and I left with nail dust all over my black outfit. At the end of my appointment, only one of my hands was brushed off and given cuticle oil, while the other was left dusty and dry before I was sent on my way. The quality of the nails themselves is excellent, which is why I've continued coming back over the years.
