It depends who you get. Tracy does good pedicures but the guy who did my pedicure a couple days ago hurt my toe filing too aggressively and rubbed the lotion on without actually doing the massage. I paid extra for the 17 minute massage so that was disappointing. Lily usually does my nails but they are always so thick & the design is always uneven. This was supposed to be an ombré but it's not blended well and some of the nails have a lot more silver than others. My toe is still throbbing days later, I guess it's time to move on. read more

I have been to 2 other nail salons around the area trying to search for a new nail tech after moving across the country. While I haven't had a pedicure here yet, I'm leaving 5 stars for Mina. She did an acrylic fill and shaping for my nails and did an amazing job. She shaped them perfect, they're smooth, thin, and she was fast. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. - to note, there are lots of hidden charges so just ask before you get anything. When I first got in, the man at the front desk steered me toward "popular" colors. I asked if they were extra and they were, $10 more. I went today to get a replacement full set (acrylic) and the tech was so aggressive with removing my nails I felt like she was ripping my real nails off, literally. I expressed that it was painful but her response multiple times was that "she's almost done". When my nails were removed, I noticed green discoloration underneath my nails! I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and have NEVER experienced this. I'm not blaming the salon for whatever this is but this has been the only place I've been coming to for the past two years. When I told her that I think it would be responsible for me to just do a manicure and let my nails breathe, she had an attitude with me. She was not happy to do a (terrible) manicure - you see how terrible the manicure is in the picture. She basically charged me $25 to take off my acrylic and file my nails. As a customer that has consistently paid 20%-30% tips every time and have recommended business to this place, I will no longer come to this nail salon. It was just plain rude and inconsiderate for her to treat me like crap because I didn't get a full set and for her to be so aggressive when removing my acrylics. Oh and she's in seat #6. read more

She did a turbo cuticle clean then rushed the nails for both of us. She filed our nails after the gel dried and as I'm still sitting in the chair was asked to sign the tab on the iPad. This lady I booked with the short brown hair named Hannah kept side tracking and talking to her coworkers so it was annoying because I had somewhere to go afterwards and was in a rush.
