L. O. V. E. I absolutely love this nail spot! The employees are so friendly. I have been coming to this salon for the past three or so years now. I recently moved about 30 minutes away from this place and have tried a few other places nearby. Let me tell you, no other salon compares to this one. I make the drive every other week and it is so worth it. Keep in mind, this salon does get busy, so it's best to make an appointment and plan ahead of time. One other awesome thing to note, if you do leave an accidentally break a nail or smudge a toe, the employees are more than happy to fix the issue if you go back in and ask them. The bullet points: -VERY friendly -extremely clean -high quality service -AFFORDABLE prices -Family/VIP treatment The details: I have been to many different nail salons in my lifetime, never have I felt SO COMFORTABLE at one. From the moment I was greeted, I felt right at home. Then, the pampering began. I felt self-conscious bc it had been a minute since my last mani/pedi. Rather than judge, they made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. They promised to take care of me & they delivered on this promise! My skin felt silky, hydrated & looks marvelous! They didn't rush & the massages were the BEST! I had trouble choosing colors for my nails, but they were super patient with me & helped me match colors to some pictures I had saved from Insta. The conversation flowed so naturally & organically that I stopped for a moment to look at the time & said I had to leave soon. It was then that I was notified that I had been done long ago. This is the only salon I'll go to in the Valley. I've tried countless salons (all over Tempe, Ahwatukee, Chandler, and Gilbert) and this is the only salon that is consistently good, consistently priced, and consistently friendly. Quick, clean, close to my work. I came by for a quick, no frills pedicure, and they did a great job. It is on the smaller side, but I showed up as a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me with not much of a wait. My only issue was that the tech who did my pedicure was a bit too thorough cleaning under my nails, and my toe was a bit sore the next day. I probably should have said something at the time, but I thought oh, no big deal. Next time I will speak up! For the price and the convenience, I would definately go back again for a pedicure! read more

A really irresponsible place. When to get my nails done they told me to wait I waited 30 minutes then I got to seat and they informed me that they can only do either my toes or manicure so I said no I wanted both done, when ahead and made an appointment for the next day came to the appointment and out of nowhere there to busy and book the whole day. What a way to make people not come back to your business. Unfortunately not a professional way to treat customers. I will never come back here or recommend anyone to this place. read more

I visited this salon on 12/23/2021 I asked for a fill. During my visit the guy working on my nails cut 2 of my fingers with the drill at the end he used a hand held file and cut my pinky finger then had the audacity to super glue my finger that was bleeding. And to top it off I paid 65$‍ read more

Would never recommend this place to anyone. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The lady doing my nails cut me multiple times. She continued to dig her sharp nail into the cuts. The color looks great. She charged me for the shape i already had and cutting them down. read more

Very cute quiet place. We were walk ins but they easily accommodated us for two pedicures. Great hot stone massage and they really took the time to get the nail perfect. After the pedicure they let us know there was no rush to leave and we could sit a moment to let our nails completely dry. Clean quiet and affordable. I'll definitely be filling up my stamp card with return visits very soon. read more

Came in today for the first time last minute since I was in the area and was impressed. Pedicure was basic. Nothing to brag about. But nothing to complain about either. I got a fill with gel polish. At first the girl seemed to work super fast and I was concerned. She was busy helping me and someone else at the same time. I was surprised to see it was a full house so early (10:30) on a Friday. But the made it work. Another guy had to step in to finish my nails so they aren't all the same rounded shape I wanted. I mentioned one being drastically pointy and he brushed it off so that kinda bugged me a bit. But is it wrong to want all my nails the same shape?? Lol. Overall. Everything was good. No one really talks to you but it's fun talking to the other ladies getting their nails done. Not sure if I'll be back. But it was good enough of an experience. read more

This place was awesome. I never have had my nails done before, I needed them done for a Charity event I was going to. Khoa was so awesome he took great care of me. The staff was very friendly and asked if I needed anything. I went in on the 7th of February and today my nails still look like I just sat down and had Khoa do them. Sadly have to give this a 1 star. I called to schedule an appointment they told me I can't go in after 5 because they are going to be busy but had an available appointment at 3:30. I drive all the way there for them to tell me they don't take the calls the owner does and they can't see me till 430. ONE terrible communication and TWO wasted time and gas driving there for no reason. (Because they said they don't take the calls the owner does) I decided to call the number back and verified it was the owner and explained it to her. She said she let them know I was coming (they told me they didn't know) and that she will make it right and call me back to see if I can go around 5. Well it's been over an hour and no call text nothing. I was willing to give them a second chance but communication and customer service is a must at any establishment. read more

Came to this nail spa yesterday for the first time, and LOVED it! When I called ahead to make an appointment they were super nice and sweet. When I came in for my appointment they were again the sweetest lady's! I just got a acrylic fill, but a few nails I got taken off because they were messed up and my lady took them off so gentle, and made sure I was okay and not in pain, and my nails came out amazing she took her time and did them perfectly. First time going here and second time ever getting a pedicure. I did not have an appointment but they saw me quickly anyhow. An older man did my pedicure, I found him to be too aggressive to the point where it really wasn't enjoyable. He was rough when massaging my legs and rough when using the pumice stone. Also I was disturbed that none of their tools were wrapped in sterile packaging. It was just in a cup...who knows if those are disinfected properly. But fingers c.f. crossed i don't get a wart. Will not return, it was the closest nail salon as I waited for my car to be serviced near by read more

Was looking for a new nail salon to go to regularly, saw that Simon had such good reviews, maybe this would be the place. Maybe if you want the coffin nail shape, but I wanted oval and what I got are nails of varying lengths and shapes, some oval, some more square! I tried to get him to fix it but gave up. I have never had a gel nail polish last less than two weeks. I got this done less than a week ago and it's all chipped up! I don't like to write negative reviews and wasn't even going to write a review based on the bad shaping and uneven nails -- but that combined with the chipping after less than a week.... I feel an obligation to let you know, especially because I had come here based on the good reviews. read more

I went here a while ago and had a good experience but this last visit on Saturday for a pedicure was the last time I'll be coming here. I came in at 1:00pm on Saturday as a walk-in. After coming home and I really had the chance to look at my toes the paint job is horrible. The polish is discolored and doesn't touch the side of my toes and looks grown out for a new pedicure I just had done on Saturday. I was disgusted by the nail technician putting the bottles of oil and lotion into my bath water after my feet had been in it for a pedicure. That is against state board standards and can cause the spread of bacteria. I'm a clean person but still to put the oil and massage cream bottles into the water my feet were in is absolutely disgusting to know for the next person they work on and let alone think they did this with another persons water and used the bottles on me. This is not the right way to disinfect. Another complaint is I tried to call them and speak to a manager about my experience. They had answered the phone and told me to hold I heard them talking and speaking to others they had me on hold for 8 minutes. I tried to call back but the phone was still off the hook on hold from when I called last. I won't be coming back. read more

First time here and had a deluxe gel manicure. I have been looking for a place with an upgraded gel manicure besides an upgraded regular manicure plus an extra $20 for gel. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. Joe did my manicure and I would highly recommend him. This place has tons of gel colors, more than I have seen anyplace else. I may not get the deluxe gel manicure all the time, except if my hands need a little tlc, but definitely will be back for a regular gel manicure. read more

TERRIBLE. They took my daughters appointment, as if they had time, then didn't take back to get started for 45 MINUTES! Either they say yes to every scheduled appointment and make you wait or it's age discrimination- my daughter and her friend are just 12 and we're probably passed over. And...The place is called Ombre and only one employee knows how to do it!! read more

I have been searching for a great nail place since my go too lady has been on vacation. This nail place is a block from my house and a friend recommended it. So glad I decided to go, the last nail place jacked up my nails and Vivian couldn't take off all the previous gel despite numerous soakings in acetone! She did a very thorough job with what she could and trimmed my nails super nice. Vivian did a great job! I would recommend you go there for your gel manicure needs! I just moved to the area and GWB was recommended to me. #1: They use soft wax for Brazilians. Absolutely not. Anyone in industry knows that hard wax is much better for Brazilians. Again, I have been having this service done since I was maybe 21 years old, I am now 32, I wanted to come off the table to slap her it hurt so badly. #2: If youre planning on relaxing at all during your service, rest assured, you won't. You have to help the waxer with your own service to pull your skin taut leaving your hands covered in wax.. or maybe you'll get lucky like me and your waxer will cover your finger in wax. #3: She broke so much of my hair, missed multiple spots, including my butthole, and burned me. I left the appointment slightly sore, which is very normal. It wasn't until later that night when I showered I realized I was swollen. I had strips on my vagina that were red, raised, blistered and swollen. I used some calming cream I've used for years thinking I'll go away in the morning and it didn't. I went on my trip with hair (which then caused me to shave over the wax job.. so you can guess how bad my ingrowns were) I'm not sure if this is how they're trained, what they're being taught.. I'm not sure but I won't be back, unfortunately. I'd much rather give my money to a small local business rather than a huge corp like EWC but I guess I'll continue to search.

They use Vagaro's booking system, you do put down a credit card to secure the slot but it's not charged until you get the service. Prices are known upfront and based on lash style and length of time (45min, 1hr, etc.). Prior to appointment, I received txt reminders which were helpful but it wouldn't create a calendar appointment in my phone. Not anything to do with this salon. On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). Janna has a calming vibe, I was able to fully relax during my lash service and my lash results were SO BEAUTIFUL! I'll definitely be back.

I hate to give this place anything but a 5 star because I have been going here for years for waxing…read morebut I have to warn others to think twice before using their lamination services. I gave it a try knowing I took a chance as this is a new service they provided and it is very close to my house. I never expected to be missing part of my eyebrow as a result that is now not growing back and I have to consider alternatives like microblading so I can fill in the missing hair. Apparently, all of them were newly trained but clearly not well enough. They follow an instruction sheet as they are doing it. As someone who has done lamination many times, the girl who did my lamination said some questionable things during the process. For example, a vital part of lamination is the after care which I received zero information on. I would have been okay with that had my eyebrows been fine. Instead they have thinned out completely and my left is missing a part of the eyebrown that I now have to pencil in every day. It is very clear that they are doing this without solid training in the hopes that it turns out okay. Even when I went back to show them, the second girl had to follow the instruction sheet to see what might have gone wrong and seemed unsure of herself. Super disappointed that I have to now deal with the aftermath of how to get my eyebrows looking back to how they were before.
