Just had a full set and pedicure done. Horrible. Meg The application process was bad. My nails look like I just got them done two weeks ago and it's been not even an hour ago. The pedicure, tools are not clean properly. To top it off, the callus remover tool that was used on me, the lady rinsed it in the tub, while my feet where in there. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Steven in particular, should not be in a customer-facing role. We brought my grandmother, who has arthritis, and it felt like Steven went out of his way to make her feel uncomfortable about her condition. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect. Instead, we were told we shouldn't come on weekends because it "takes too long" and they "get busy" -- despite the place being nearly empty. It was dismissive and unwelcoming. Looking at other reviews, it seems clear that the customer experience is not a priority here. We won't be returning, and I regret choosing this place simply because it was convenient. read more

i scheduled an appointment for a full set of nails. at almost an hour in the lady wasnt even half way done. she tried to take a nail polish to cover up her mistake. when my nails were already colored with hybrid gel. when I called to complain about the service the lady said they would fix my nails so I was happy. so I rescheduled thinking I would be taken care of. the next day she called me early in the morning to reschedule an hour earlier. when I shownup for said appointmen, nail tech was not available. I was told 5 min, mind you I rescheduled this appointment in the morning, due to a the manager calling me to reschedule. 15 minutes later they wanted to seat me when I specifically told them when I got there I only had an hour. so I called the number that called me in the morning and she refused to give me a redunf saying it was agains policy. I'm am very unhappy with my nails and want them removed. to which they were unable to comply read more

Called for a dip manicure appointment yesterday. This place has been pretty good in the past. They asked me what time I wanted to come in so I said 10 am. They confirmed and it was all set. Got to the salon today at 10am and told them I had an appointment. One of the workers tells me to sit down at a station. I do and I proceed to wait for 25 minutes. Not offered the color selection to look at, water, anything. No one even came to see if my current nail color needed soaking off. Multiple workers continued to walk past me and ignore. It wasn't until 25 minutes in to waiting for my appointment that the same worker that greeted me came up and said it would be a few more minutes. I was just about to leave, but decided to stay since he had acknowledged my waiting. I could tell they were busy, but was frustrated that I had made an appointment and was still having to wait this amount of time. 15 more minutes go by without anyone coming to start my nails. This time it's 10:40. I got up and walked out. 40 minutes waiting for a pre-scheduled appointment is unacceptable. I understand being busy, but this was just ridiculous. I'm so disappointed because of the 40 minutes of my day I wasted, but have to be glad I didn't waste my money on this place. I was even going to add on a pedicure to today's appointment too. The way I was treated showed that they really didn't care. Again, time was wasted, but glad my money wasn't! Never again. read more

This was the most embarrassing experience at a nail salon I have ever had!! When the lady went to seat me I was trying to ask for something specific, she cut me off and put color pallets in my hands. They were the complete opposite of what I was asking for... I sat down to look at them anyway, and thought i'd just try again to explain when she came back. I sat exactly where she pointed. she came back, laughed at me and told me to follow her when other ladies getting their nails done laughed at me. She repeated it in a joking manner. I thought that was very unprofessional! she took me over to the pedicure station and told me to sit down. I looked at her and said I wanted my nails done not my toes. (I SAID THIS WHEN I FIRST CAME THATS WHAT I WANTED) she also ripped the pallets out of my hands and started talking to someone else angrily.. I ended up walking out without saying a word because clearly I wasn't going to be listened to, and not treated kindly. to cut someone off in the middle of talking to them is rude. To make jokes to other customers about another, customer is rude and especially in front of them. I would never come here personally. read more
