Cleanliness #1 downfall. I was band from coming in due to my negative reviews. Elaine does great work. It's been about a year since i've been band from this salon. The owner told Elaine to tell me I wasnt allowed anymore. Instead of paying close attention to Cleanliness. The owner thought the best option was not to service me. anymore.I havent been inside, I do hope that my reviews on the salon being less than clean,hopefully the salon has focused on being cleaner and sanitizing tools and all areas and stations. Very shady business! I had a service and was charged more than I was supposed to pay. I was told I was charged a fee because of the card type I used but even then it doesn't add up to how much extra I was charged. When I complained, I was told I can get a discount next time I come in. Clean atmosphere, no music or tv playing, massage chairs were nice. 1st time 1 younger lady asked to upgrade me to a callous removal, when I don't have any and don't want super dogs les anyway. She seemed passive aggressive and when she did my foot scrub she didn't use any pressure what do ever. The next time I went and had a different lady, and she did a great job, but called 1 hour ahead to make an appointment for 3 of us that they were 30 minutes late for 2 of us and 45 minutes late for the 3rd person, which they could've mentioned something on the call and didn't. Which means they still took new walk ins, even though they were expecting us. Overall, the work is good. read more

Came in for eyebrow waxing. She did a horrible service , my eyebrows is way thinner than the other one . the wax was super hot. She was such in a rush . I'm so sad . I'm new to the area. I should've just drove back to my eyebrow lady all the way in Tempe because I know she wouldn't have done them like this. Wanted to try it out and this is what I got so sad that my eyebrows are now gonna have to be uneven until they grow back . I've been here a few times and Elaine has done a great job on my nails. However what I have noticed is when she is busy she rushes a bit and my nail doesn't come out as good. All I can say is Racism is everywhere. Even at the nail salon. I prefer they ask me to leave than treat me poorly and over charge me. Completed manicure and pedicure without gel and it cost me $120... really?. Do not go here for wax services! I paid to have my upper lip waxed. Poor job hair still on my lip. 1. You're wearing a mask, great. You pull it down to blow on the wooden stick to cool, horrible. 2. You don't get a new stick each time you place wax on my lip. 3. I ask you about it you state I used a new stick when I began your wax. A new stick for each customer. You must use a new stick each time you dip. 4. Unsanitary please do not visit these salon for wax services. I walked in and there was food on the chairs and spilled juice on the chairs I was supposed to wait in. A worker was sitting at one of the pedicure stations with her shoes on. I dunno this place seems untidy. Borderline dirty, there's crap everywhere. Cluttered and doesn't feel relaxing to be there. There's only one lady that does nails nice. E live in a nice area and this place doesn't seem like it matches the neighborhood, it's a hole in the wall and doesn't live upto the other new salons that have just opened up. First of all, definitely not a place to go have a mani pedi day with a child, they were careless by cutting my grandaughters finger so bad that it didn't stop bleeding and even worse to still have the nerve to charge me!! A nice, respectable, caring business would have said, "Don't worry about it, we are not charging you for badly cutting your child, but not these heartless greedy ppl they gladly charged! I highly recommend staying away from this place. I've also been here previously a couple of times as a last resort and was asked to show a picture of the design I wanted, but yet it looked nothing like the picture! Honestly, people don't waste your time on this place. I promise you you'll regret it!
