Horrible place ! I just left there they charged me $162 for what I'm not sure. I got an Acrylic Fill on my fingers and toes and a crappy pedicure !! My nails are thick and the polish is uneven. I originally asked for ombré on my fingers and I asked if she can do it ombré and I told her pink to white ombré ! Idk what she was using but she was dabbing white on but it wasn't even white it ended up a muddy pink color cause it was covering acrylic under neath and they were patchy , so I just asked her to do all white and it just got worse. I have a cut on my finger. After I said something her mood changed. On my toes I got crappy pedicure but whatever but I asked her to cut my toes down and I like them super square like I stated and they were already a perfect square but she ended up rounding the edges out and also cut my toe and they are sideways nails and also crappy gel job. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I will never go back EVER! And I am not one to complain but it's just so bad I just can't help it ! Seriously do not do it. SERIOUSLY lucky my camera will not focus to show the mess on my fingers! Also photo of my nails before ! read more

A very kind old lady did my pedicure very well. And a lady made my nails very pretty. They were all kind and had excellent service. DEFINITLY COMING BACK read more

Cleanliness #1 downfall. I was band from coming in due to my negative reviews. Elaine does great work. It's been about a year since i've been band from this salon. The owner told Elaine to tell me I wasnt allowed anymore. Instead of paying close attention to Cleanliness. The owner thought the best option was not to service me. anymore.I havent been inside, I do hope that my reviews on the salon being less than clean, hopefully the salon has focused on being cleaner and sanitizing tools and all areas and stations. Elaine deserves a cleaner salon. read more

I got my toes done here over the weekend and the next day I had athletes feet and they were all itchy and swollen I paid good money to get my feet done not once did I see the person who gave me a pedicure clean the tools they grabbed tools from other carts and just used them on my feet I have itching And my toes are a little swollen read more

Very shady business! I had a service and was charged more than I was supposed to pay. I was told I was charged a fee because of the card type I used but even then it doesn't add up to how much extra I was charged. When I complained, I was told I can get a discount next time I come in. Needless to say I'll not be going back after going there for so many years! I wonder how many other times I was overcharged and didn't catch it! Stay away from this business read more

Steven did my nails. He was quick and did a fabulous job shaping how I like.."coffin". They were able to get me in on appointment and honored the time. I was out in an hour. Busy place nice staff. Came in for pedicure. Excellent work. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Store is very clean and I like the music they play :)

Clean atmosphere, no music or tv playing, massage chairs were nice. 1st time 1 younger lady asked to upgrade me to a callous removal, when I don't have any and don't want super dogs les anyway. She seemed passive aggressive and when she did my foot scrub she didn't use any pressure what do ever. The next time I went and had a different lady, and she did a great job, but called 1 hour ahead to make an appointment for 3 of us that they were 30 minutes late for 2 of us and 45 minutes late for the 3rd person, which they could've mentioned something on the call and didn't. Which means they still took new walk ins, even though they were expecting us. Overall, the work is good. read more

Beautiful gel nails! Elaine does an incredible job. She is now my go-to and I highly recommend her

Came in for eyebrow waxing. She did a horrible service , my eyebrows is way thinner than the other one . the wax was super hot. She was such in a rush . I'm so sad . I'm new to the area. I should've just drove back to my eyebrow lady all the way in Tempe because I know she wouldn't have done them like this. Wanted to try it out and this is what I got so sad that my eyebrows are now gonna have to be uneven until they grow back . Didn't ask me if I wanted to clean up or a shape she just basically did whatever she wanted now I'm left with two uneven eyebrows. read more

I've been here a few times and Elaine has done a great job on my nails. However what I have noticed is when she is busy she rushes a bit and my nail doesn't come out as good. So I recommend going on a day that isn't so busy or early! Overall I think I have found my nail lady that I've been searching for! read more

All I can say is Racism is everywhere. Even at the nail salon. I prefer they ask me to leave than treat me poorly and over charge me. Completed manicure and pedicure without gel and it cost me $120... really?. I learned a couple of not so nice words so I could tell if I'm being judged, and indeed I was on this occasion, because of the color of my skin :(. I'm never returning my friend! Please take a look at 5 days manicure already has a chipped nail polish ! read more

Do not go here for wax services! I paid to have my upper lip waxed. Poor job hair still on my lip. 1. You're wearing a mask, great. You pull it down to blow on the wooden stick to cool, horrible. 2. You don't get a new stick each time you place wax on my lip. 3. I ask you about it you state I used a new stick when I began your wax. A new stick for each customer. You must use a new stick each time you dip. 4. Unsanitary please do not visit these salon for wax services. She finishes steps out the room speaks in her native language to share what I said about the service. read more

I walked in and there was food on the chairs and spilled juice on the chairs I was supposed to wait in. A worker was sitting at one of the pedicure stations with her shoes on. I dunno this place seems untidy. Borderline dirty, there's crap everywhere. Cluttered and doesn't feel relaxing to be there. There's only one lady that does nails nice. E live in a nice area and this place doesn't seem like it matches the neighborhood, it's a hole in the wall and doesn't live upto the other new salons that have just opened up. This place is close to home but I'll Never go back. read more

This is my go to nail salon. I like to get different designs done and Elaine is always amazing! She's super creative and is able to produce something on the fly. The salon is very clean and I've had great experiences when I've done pedicures too. These ladies work their tails off and always do a fabulous job. Provided a pic of my most recent Halloween nails-they're so spooky and stylish! read more

First of all, definitely not a place to go have a mani pedi day with a child, they were careless by cutting my grandaughters finger so bad that it didn't stop bleeding and even worse to still have the nerve to charge me!! A nice, respectable, caring business would have said, "Don't worry about it, we are not charging you for badly cutting your child, but not these heartless greedy ppl they gladly charged! I highly recommend staying away from this place. I've also been here previously a couple of times as a last resort and was asked to show a picture of the design I wanted, but yet it looked nothing like the picture! Honestly, people don't waste your time on this place. I promise you you'll regret it! They overcharge for their crappy careless work and are rude by making it obvious that they are talking about you by speaking in their language then they all look at you so if that isnt obvious i don't know what is! read more
