I absolutely love this place! Everyone here is kind, respectful, caring, and just full on amazing! The vibes of the salon just blow me away everytime, it's so comforting and welcoming. The owners are so warming, they listen to you without judgment and they always have a listening ear for you. I personally see Lillie, she ALWAYS makes my nails exactly how I want them. I have also seen other nail artists there, and they are also great!! It's been about 4 months since I started coming here, and not once have I ever had a less than stellar experience!! Thank all of the employees for all the hard work you do! read more

So happy this place opened nearby. From the moment you walk in you can tell it's different from a typical nail salon. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Prices are right in line with other places, but the quality and overall experience are so much better. The salon itself is gorgeous inside and just has such a relaxing vibe. The owner walks around checking in on everyone which I thought was really cool. You can tell they truly care that people are enjoying themselves. It honestly feels more like an experience than just a quick nail appointment. read more

I went here today for the very first time to give it a shot, and I absolutely loved it! Everyone there is very kind and very personable. My nail tech, Trinh, was just the sweetest person and I could tell she really cared about me and my nails. It was so fun hanging out with her for an hour and a half. I also talked to Phoebe and Jake who I believe own the salon and they are just the nicest people ever! Even if this place is a drive for you I promise it is worth it read more

This was my first time using this salon. I booked an appointment online for their "essential" pedicure, advertised for $35. I showed up for my appointment, checked in, and was seated within minutes. The salon is cute, smells good, and is clean. My pedicurist was very friendly. My complaints lie in the fact that I was given a gel manicure that I didn't request, but was expected to pay for. I wasn't even asked if I wanted gel - it was just assumed. And for $55, I didn't even get a leg massage. This is the first ever pedicure I've received where that wasn't included. Although my toes look nice, I probably won't be back due to the lack of transparency and lack of full service offered. read more

I was invited to the Elite squad, complimentary manicure or pedicure event at Earth and Ivory, which is formally known as Dip nail spa. Unfortunately, I had a last-minute work conflict and was unable to make it, however, I was able to reschedule and apologize profusely to Riley over the phone. I was able to come in at 9:30 the following Friday morning upon their opening hours. I felt like I was entering a new place. Dip nail spa looks completely different and for the better. They've done such a marvelous job redoing the entire salon. It's clean, it has great energy, the decorations are very thoughtful, and the place itself has a very welcoming, warm, and inviting Atmosphere. I was surprised at how busy it was and the doors were barely even open. Most of us had appointments and a few walk-ins were kindly welcomed. Aubrey was working up front and she has great energy and she was so sweet. I wasn't able to get my nails done until about 12 minutes after, sadly. I didn't have a lot of time so I did feel a little bit rushed, but I had Trin who was amazing. I got a regular manicure and she was so sweet. We had a great conversation. I wish I wasn't as rushed and that I was. The team did their best to make sure I was in and out on time and at my nails still looked great. I was happy that they had OPI nail polish because I hate when they give you the cheap stuff that chips in three days. I don't get gel or dip so I try to maintain my nails for as long as possible as I'm not able to do this often. My manicure was $30 all in. I do believe I have met Phoebe, the owner and pioneer of this incredible makeover effort. Shout out to her because she has done a lovely job. I love the location of Earth and Ivory because it's right near where I live and work so it's conveniently placed for me. To be able to "dip" in and out! read more

Earth & Ivory - The vibes. - Nail Salons Near Me - Queen Creek, Arizona

Wanted to try this place, it looked cute and clean. Upon entering it's very cluttered with plants and stuff. I do give kudos to their pedicure chairs, very comfortable. But the guy who did my pedicure was very rough and I ended up with an injury. You cannot use sandpaper like tools on delicate skin. I'm hoping it doesn't get infected. I won't be back. read more

From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. The ambiance is unique and gives off a relaxing, spa-like vibe. Every time I've had my nails done here, the service has been quick, efficient, and long-lasting definitely worth it. The customer service stands out compared to other salons, and Jake goes above and beyond to make everyone feel taken care of while helping you choose what works best for you. Highly recommend to anyone in the East Valley! read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here a week ago. My pedicure is still holding up well, but unfortunately, my manicure started chipping before it even made it a full week. I was really disappointed, especially since gel should last much longer. The salon itself was very cute, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, so I'm bummed the manicure didn't hold up better. read more

I love the atmosphere of this place it's so beautiful and peaceful in there, their staff is amazing and super knowledgeable. I've always had a great experience, except for one occasion, hence the reason for 4 stars. I got a pedicure and my gel polish was peeling off within a week. read more

This is my first time at this Nails Spa. I requested a Pink & White new set which not a lot of places know how to do it. First of all, I was very pleased and impressed by the welcoming of the Manager Phoebe and her assistant. They were so kind and warm once I walked in thru the door. You can totally tell they know their business. Once I explained what I wanted she completely understood and took me in. I had my hands and feet done there. Which I loved and was very impressed by their professionalism. Jonathan did my hands, such an amazing talented kind man. Tina did my pedicure, another talented kind lovely lady. Over all I'm extremely happy with their work. The place is lovely, clean and welcoming. Previously, I had gone to Gallery Nails Spa across the street to schedule an appointment. The white teenage girls at the front desk were so condescending they got bothered by me asking for the price of the services. I totally thought to myself "They don't deserve people's business." So, I decided to look for a different place and saw Dip Nails Spa across the street. I highly recommend Dip Nail Spa at this location. You will be truly blessed and very happy. They will treat you with love, respect & professionalism. I very much appreciate businesses like this one. Thank you Phoebe and your team for EVERYTHING! read more

Just got my first (but not last) pedicure at Earth and Ivory! I took my daughter there to celebrate her new job. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. We both got the Rose pedicure. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. My nail tech Andy did a great job making my toes look Beautiful and my feet feel hydrated and smooth. It was a great experience and we both will definitely be back. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at the salon! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and Lanny did an amazing job. I also got their seasonal spa pedicure, and it was incredibly relaxing. I was a walk-in on one of their busiest days and they were able to get me right The owner chatted with me, and it was such a pleasant conversation. I don't think I've ever said more than the necessary words during a pedicure before! I might have found a new place to get my pedicures--it's close to my house too. It's a luxury place, but it's very welcoming and not at all stuffy. read more

Love this place! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is friendly. My favorite nail tech, Sophia, always leaves me with perfectly cute nails. This last visit was the first time I tried Gel X. So far the quality is great! The nails are durable but with a lighter feel than acrylic. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs a new nail salon! read more

Not good. I went with high hopes considering the way they portray themselves on social media. Everyone was very very friendly & nice. The environment is much less uncomfortable than other salons. However, the work is not up to par. I booked a pedicure & full set online then called to ask if they could do them simultaneously, they said yes then called me later to say they couldn't and if we could do them separately. No problem. The girl who does my pedicure although very nice does not seem experienced. I got a simple pink French tip. They're crooked but whatever you know, I don't want to be annoying. I tell her I want the same simple pink French tip on my set I'm passed over to the man doing my set along with the polish I chose. I tell him I have a cut on a cuticle & if he can be careful. But I know there's gonna be you know, acetone and whatnot that's fine just a little consideration. He puts an acetone soaked cotton ball right on my finger and rubbed it vigorously I flinch & he says oops he forgot. Fine whatever.everything good up to the acrylic part. Lumpy, weird shape of the nail that don't match in the slightest, and way to thick on some. Then he starts painting a very crooked French tip & I notice they are white so once he finishes the second hand I ask him if he's doing it to paint the pink on top-i was thinking maybe to brighten the color idk-but no. He says oops he forgot. Then he says next time I can stop them sooner....which feels like is the nail techs job to double check & I don't like questioning people on their job. We finish, I pay, I do 20% gratuity and I go home and try to like them but to be honest they're just ugly. They're different thicknesses in paint & shape, you can see white showing, they are not square like I asked and my thumb has an extra cut from an electric file. I really didn't ask for much, I'm particular but not impossible. I call and they tell me they can fix them but if I'm being honest, aside from the 180+ dollars I spent, I sat there for 3+ hours & wasting both of those things made me really annoyed. This isn't a little walk in get ya nails done never come back kind of place. They've established themselves as something more, something higher quality. So to leave with nails like I did, is somewhat enraging. I'm hoping they will just remove them and refund me the money because if I'm going to sit for 3 hours, pay and tip. I would like to be able to rely on the professionals. Will check back if we fix them. read more

Earth and Ivory is unlike any nail salon I have ever visited, and far exceeds my expectations with every visit. Right as you walk through the door you are greeted by the staff who are very welcoming and helpful with finding you the correct nail tech for any design or style you could come up with. The ambiance is so inviting and warm. It is abundantly clear that there was so much passion, heart, and attention to detail poured into the remodel and all of the same qualities are found in the level of service you receive here. Every little inch of Earth & Ivory is curated to create an experience, not just provide a service and they execute it flawlessly, every visit. Jake treats each guest with such care, as if hes welcoming them into his own home. He takes time to stop and interact with each customer and does so with such genuine kindness, it's refreshing to see. I am glad this gem is right down the street to my house and always look forward to going back. Their services are so reasonably priced and the experience you leave having is worth even more read more

Today was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it! The salon is not only beautiful, but the atmosphere feels so welcoming and refreshing. You can truly tell the nail techs love what they do! After coming from another salon that left my nails damaged, Sophia took the time to really care for my nails and focused on quality and detail! She made sure my nails were healthy while still making them look perfect! I'm so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back. I'Il be recommending it to everyone! read more

I've made 3 appointments at this salon in the last 2 months and only had one successful visit. In the second appointment, they had a technician call out sick and instead of moving me to a different technician they made me wait an hour while other people came and went. In my visit today, I learned that their online scheduling application doesn't always work and they could not actually accommodate my appointment. In the future, I will definitely not be back due to their unreliable availability. read more
