Went here once before with my mom and we had such a great experience. I was so excited because I thought I finally found my home base nail salon. I was sadly mistaken. I went in for my 2nd time. Had a mani and pedi scheduled. They decided to do them both at the same time which fine, no big deal. However, the color I requested for my hands and feet were only done on my toes. They those a different color for the mani on their own. The whole process of me being there when getting a gel pedicure and dip manicure took them less than an hour. They rushed me out so quickly. My manicure (which is simply a dip French tip looks soooo bad, so cheap, they look like fake press on nails but worse. They look so bad, so cheap, no dimension at all. My skin is stuck to the excessive amount of glue they used. Not only that but while I was getting a pedicure, the girl doing it pulled my skin so a painfully that I know have an in green nail infection on my big toe because the gir did not Care nor did she care about the pain she forget Me to fix read more

This is the only nail salon I go to. I get a pedicure every couple months because I have bad ingrown toe nails. Every time I go they do such a good job I don't have to go back for over a month. I was just there last month and I had the worse service and experience. It was rushed and not relaxing at all. I am not the kind of person to leave a bad review. But it was my first time there and I was there for twenty minutes top and it was just not a good experience. I went in to get my Dip/SNS removed and for whatever reason the technician was in a big mood and just doing it all with a terrible attitude and even roughly. Up until she hurt me and I said OUCH that she kind of decided to actually be gentle and changed her attitude. Trying to make small talk with me. But, the truth is that damage is done. Then she made me soak my nails in a bag with acetone. Never have I ever been clean my acrylics or dip or gel like that. Because a bag with acetone can be reused which is VERY unhygienic. Just questionable procedures. Not going back anytime soon. read more

I strongly believe you are always one manicure away from an awesomely good mood. Came here while in town and hands down, my nail tech is an expert and artist in his work and was so impressed. My niece is a frequent customer here because they do such great work on her acrylics. I believe my tech was Jeff and he's a unicorn. I showed him my variation of a SNS french manicure and he nailed it. Not only was he fast, he memorized the look and did it so well. It is definitely higher than my usual SNS service but worth it since he nailed the art work and so far it has not chipped or peeled off. More importantly, he shaped my nails the way I like them. My niece got a gel manicure and loved her service as well. We both got out under an hour and half. Easy to get an appointment and quick check in service. Plenty of parking despite being near the mall. I would definitely return for another service when in town. Life is short and time even shorter. Light your favorite candle. Play that holiday music. It pains me to write this, but I have been going to this place for years. I needed to get a manicure and pedicure. They told me that my regular nail tech moved away. I happened to run into my regular nail tech and she advised that she did not move away and she is working at a different shop now. I decided to come in early Sunday morning before work. Their hours are slightly different on Sundays which I should have expected. Nonetheless, they found time to service me. A gentleman by the name of Vin who is my least favorite did my manicure. It felt very rushed and he is not friendly. I see why he doesn't have many bookings and seems to be a "floater". A woman did my pedicure, which is fine. I couldn't help but notice that she spoke no English at all. In my experience that tells me she is not licensed. All in all, they charged me exactly what they would have charged me if I had a dip gel manicure. I brought it to their attention and they "fixed" my bill. Like I said, I have been coming here for years and I have never taken the time to check what they charge me, but for some reason I did today and it makes me think that they might have been ripping me off for years. When I got to the front, I explained to the cashier that they tried to overcharge me and she said that they have "raised their prices". If that is the case, I think you should be extremely transparent and let your customers know what they are being charged. I have been coming here long enough to know that the checkout girl is new and they have had several over the past few months. There are way too many nail shops to continue putting up with this place. read more

I called to make an appointment and they told me about their happy hour special, if I booked my apt. from 12:30 to 1:30 or something like that, I would get five dollars off the manicure. The tech did a good job, I was happy with the outcome of my nails, but I had a hard time communicating with her what I wanted. Then when I was leaving, they charged me the full price and told me because I checked in at 12:18 instead of 12:30 that voids the happy hour pricing that I was quoted, then she said "I'll let you slide this time". REALLY! I'll let it slide this time were her exact words and then when I went to pay, with cash, I handed her $60 in twenties, she opened the register and said I'm sorry I don't have any change and showed me a bare register, telling me to look, they ran out of smaller bills! there was no way I was leaving a $15 tip for a manicure. I have never had such a bad pedicure in my life. I could have done this better. All of my nails are crooked and misshaped. The paint is bubbled on a few nails, it's on my skin and cuticles not cleaned up and all of the nails have missing spots. I don't understand how any nail tech would allow a guest to leave with nails like this. I have a wedding to go to and now have to get them fixed by another shop. So disappointed. read more

Not sure what all the hype is about Pink Polish, third time was not a charm The lady who did my nails was very nice but I knew there was a problem with the dip powder but the service continued. At the end I was NOT satisfied. The powder was chunky and looked horrible. She did offer to paint my nails over the dip with gel, however that would have looked worse as there is CLEAR grooves in my nails. Color is not what I wanted either. First picture is what I wanted. Inconsistent in Practice - I initially came here due to a recommendation, but soon after, my nail lady left the shop. last month, I came to get a full set and pedicure for my birthday. they offer a birthday discount, however, they said I can only get it the day of my birthday or the day after. i was there the day before my birthday, which is the same time difference in the solution that was offered. she said, "oh, well, maybe next year." I also got an infection on my toe from the pedicure (small cut on the toe). I decided to skip the pedicure and just get a regular set this time. They advertise a $10 discount for certain days of the week, as long as you're in before 4. as I went to checkout, the guy rang me and I asked if the discount was applied. he seemed bothered that I asked. he clicked and added a $5 discount instead. while my nail tech was kind and did an excellent job, it's the switchy switchy of not being willing to honor what they offered and having an attitude about it. so in the words of George W. Bush, "fool me one, shame on you. fool me...can't get fooled again." the two stars is for nice nail techs. one star would be for the inconsistency. read more

I had been having my nails done for a while at Pink Polish multiple times and had no issue. This last time I had my toes done I elected to have a regular polish done so that I could change the color easily while on vacation. The next morning my polish was completely ruined. I called and they got me right in. The woman at the desk was polite and apologized and that they would fix the issue. The issue came when the same gentleman came to me and told me that he said it would not work due to the heat and he continued to give me the I told you so attitude and told me that I needed the gel color. He then said something in his own language and two ladies looked my way. They both at separate times walked over looked at my toes and then at me and continued to speak to him in their own language with a little chuckle at the end. This left me feeling very awful and if I was not leaving on vacation the next morning I wanted to get up and leave. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I informed the receptionist that I would no never return and the situation that occurred. The tech was Billy. read more
