Honestly just leaving a review because I don't know how else to get ahold of the owner…read more Tonight I called to schedule an apt for me and my young daughter to get a pedicure and I was asked to hold while JJ got on the phone and started to tell me that I am not allowed to come in for services anymore. I'm absolutely shocked. Apparently my account is flagged because the last pedicure I got (also had a head spa apt) the girl didn't paint all my toes and I didn't notice till the day after. I work full time and have 2 littles and it is very hard for me to be able to schedule a time to do something for myself. So when I had tried 3 separate times to come get my toe painted every time I was told they didn't have room. Which is totally fine! I understand being busy! But I asked for a partial refund so I could walk into another salon and get it done. Which I did. I was not rude. I just couldn't make it work to come back for an apt in a timely manner so I simply asked a question and JJ gave me that partial refund with no explanation that I would be not allowed to come back. My problem is that I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS. I bring friends and family and my kids here! I love greenfield nails! I would have never asked for a partial refund if I understood I wasn't allowed to come back? I come because I truly think greenfield nails is the best. JJ claims she told me this and she was very rude on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and when I asked for the owner or when the owner would be in she told me she didn't know and that they were out of town and didn't know when they'd be back. What I would like is to be able to have a conversation with the owner. JJ did not communicate with me about not being able to come back and she handled me trying to make an appointment very unpleasantly. I do not think that what I did warrants the way she has treated me or not being able to come back. I paid for an expensive pedi that was not completed I got told they didn't have time on many occasions and so I was given a partial refund for the trouble. And now I'm not allowed to come back? Please reach out to me because I would very much like to be able to come back.

However it is very odd to me that we cashed out & approximately 10 minutes later while waiting out front they tell us we still owe them another $100. Whenever confronted about the situation the older women running the salon came over telling us we were drunk, seems as they thought that & may have been able to take advantage. I couldn't imagine going into any other business & later being chased down in the parking lot for more money.

It was $55 bucks and for that price a joke. The polish looks great and how she trimmed my nails was great too. The package include some collagen treatment and the callus removal. That's where it all went wrong....woke up this morning and noticed calluses are still there and skin is already cracking....the massage was just okay. She just kinda rubbed my legs instead of really trying to working in the lotions and she was nice but it just felt like she didnt know what she was doing. For that price I won't be back!

The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it! This shop is always clean and ready to provide you with the best service, and they all do it with a smile! =)

Last minute, I was searching for nail salons open on Labor Day. Yelp gave me the option to click what I was interested in and let businesses contact me. Within 5-10 minutes, Vamp Beauty reached out, letting me know they were open and had availability. They had already caught my eye during my own search--their polished website stood out (not many nail salons have one), and their luxurious list of pedicure options impressed me. The bonus? I live just 10 minutes away. They fit me in, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., the salon was bustling, with multiple technicians working on clients. I had a short wait, which was no big deal considering I booked last minute--I was grateful they squeezed me in. The facility is spotless, with flowers and a chic pink theme. The atmosphere had a nice balance: lively chatter without being overwhelming, friendly staff, and happy clients. I was treated by Tam, who is now officially my go-to technician. She really listened to what I wanted, gave a phenomenal massage, and left my toes feeling fresh and clean. The extras were a lovely touch--flower petals and fruit in my hot water, a wrap, and an overall luxurious experience. I chose the Vamp LUX Glow Pedicure because I like to have it all: trim, callus treatment, mask, hot stones, wax, and even a warm shoulder wrap. I didn't understand or appreciate the need for the receptionist skulking around checking on me or Annie- it was so awkward. Not just once either. Like 3 times! Saying I should get a design, questioning my color choice. Annie didn't question it , she explained what she was doing and confirmed my request simply. Then one woman stood in the back of the salon with headphones on and just was watching everything like she was the police. What is going on here? I finally found a great nail girl in Annie!

Been twice & disappointed both times…read more My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money.
