This seems like a very quick pedicure to me, most places I go to it's almost a full hour for the service. The cost was $61 (after tax) for a roughly 30 minute service. In addition, one day after the fact, my big toe has a section where the gel somehow came off. This hasn't happened to me before at other nail salons. I unfortunately don't live close to this salon to return for it to be redone. Otherwise it was a clean and quaint salon.

The arrogance in the owner and not showing any care or apologizing to me after my last appoint the tech was over 90 min late and when I showed up at the pushed back time, she was still not available so the owner had to take over then she rushed through my services. This is why I will no longer be a customer. I have had many techs leave throughout this timeframe. So once I get accustomed to a new one they also leave. They have a very high turnover. The overall interaction felt rushed and not very personable, even though I was one of the only clients there. I also noticed that the workstations were quite dusty, and I left with nail dust all over my black outfit. At the end of my appointment, only one of my hands was brushed off and given cuticle oil, while the other was left dusty and dry before I was sent on my way. The quality of the nails themselves is excellent, which is why I've continued coming back over the years. I just hope the customer experience becomes more consistent with the quality of the work, especially at this price point.

The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it! This shop is always clean and ready to provide you with the best service, and they all do it with a smile! =)
