While I was getting my pedicure everything seemed fine until I got home and realized the back of my big toe was blistered. I believe the tech may have exfoliated too harshly. I would share a picture if it didn't look so disgusting. For this reason, I will not be back and I can't in good conscience recommend this shop.

BeauT Nail salon, formally Tiana's Nails is an amazing salon…read more I have been going to the salon for the last 15 years. Through all the ownerships, Becky the current owner has been the best. Her staff is exceptional. My nail technician, Kelly exceeded my expectation today for a new set of nails. I write this review because there was a lady in the salon today that was difficult. She was on her phone using the speaker for everybody to hear her conversations. She was disgruntled with her service and no matter what Becky and her staff tried to do, she was dissatisfied. She approached my nail technician while I was getting mine nails done and complained to her. Completely inappropriate. This lady said she was going to give a bad review. I'm here to say the only bad review there is is this lady and I pity the salon whose door she will walk into. Becky, you and your staff are so professional, detailed, clean, and overall an amazing salon. Thank you for all you do and I'm so sorry for the abuse you put up with today.

ZERO STARS!!! I went here with confidence for my WEDDING NAILS because of the reviews and…read morerecommendations from my sister. My sisters, daughter, and I just left there. And I say no to not coming back here! The first lady that greeted me started on my nails right away. But then kept jumping back and forth between me and other customers, helping others, leaving me in my chair for over 30mins. She was taking better care of everyone else around me, but me. Then a second lady started to work on my nails and I asked what happened to the other lady and she said, "Why? She busy. You want her!?" That was rude. I said, "Well, I didn't know who you were and no one told me." She continued to work on my hands then left. Then the first lady came back. She then said she didn't know how to do French tip! (SERIOUSLY?!) Then the second lady came back and said she wasn't a fan of my choice: French tip with chrome top. "Ugh. I'm not a fan. Not a fan." I can't believe she said that out loud. She then cut my left thumb. And as soon as I took my hand back and said she hurt me, she immediately started talking to the other worker in a different language. I had a feeling she was talking negatively about me. She then asked if I liked the chrome look she just did. And I said more chrome. She got mad and said, "More?!" You want more?!" I said yes. And they left paint still on my hand. This place was terrible and it left me with a terrible experience. Only one lady was nice and she didn't work on my nails. She work on my daughter's nails and did a fantastic job on hers. So, I do NOT recommend this place.
