Wasn't pleased with my pedicure here. The lady was super nice to me but I didn't like her work on my toes. She put too much polish and took forever to dry out. She also painted my skin which made my toes look weird. I chose the N'Joy spa which is $45. You also get a longer massage. I wasn't impressed with the massage. I just felt like everything was rushed. I wanted that extra massage because I'm prego and everything is sore and swollen. I tipped her $15 even though it wasn't a good service. Not sure if I'll be back after this ..

Have been coming to N'Joy for 9 years. Love everyone that has done my manicures and predicates. Have brought my daughter and her friends for her birthday parties, proms, homecoming dances, and everyday nails. We love that she can get those special designs that are so popular right now. Broke my nail causing fungus. Denied it! Broke 2 more nails today!! Very rough and doesn't pay attention to the existing customer, always looking for new customer coming in the door and running up to them to get the next customer. Will never go back there!!!!!!! read more

The staff was very sweet and the facility is nice. My issue is that I got the gel manicure and they started to pull away at the top by the cuticles within 5 days. The gels were so thin that my nail started to tear and I had to cut it after 7 days. Very dissatisfied. read more

I was a loyal customer to this nail place for 7yrs and I had my girl that would do my nails and pedi and I was comfortable. Comfortable to where I ignored the rudeness and also harassing me for tip in cash to where I would feel guilty when I did not have cash and she would tell I owned her double for next time. The one that broke the Carmel was when the owner of the shop, Holly, after I gave her $10 for doing just my nails came to me and I asked "is this ALL you are giving me for tip?" I politely said that was the cash I had.... Anyway I also found out that my dip nails which are expensive too here, (prices have been changing very frequently) that are supposed to last 4-6 weeks when my lady did them only lasted 2 weeks maximum. I was getting ripped off! Seriously! There is a nail saloon on every corner No one has to put up with this ridiculousness! Save yourself time and find a place that respects you as a customer. Instead of being a time for me relax I would be stressed if I didn't have enough cash to tip! Or them calling me fat when I was pregnant when I would come in. I ignored it but that is RUDE! If I have to leave my kids to get my nails done it better be worth it and I found a place that meets all of that! Go somewhere else! You will happy you did! read more

She then cut my left thumb. And as soon as I took my hand back and said she hurt me, she immediately started talking to the other worker in a different language. I had a feeling she was talking negatively about me. She then asked if I liked the chrome look she just did. And I said more chrome. She got mad and said, "More?!" You want more?!" I said yes. And they left paint still on my hand. This place was terrible and it left me with a terrible experience. Only one lady was nice and she didn't work on my nails. She work on my daughter's nails and did a fantastic job on hers. So, I do NOT recommend this place.

My new stepmom took me here for a day of pampering. We did the mani-pedi treatment. We chose the middle price range. We walked in on a friday afternoon with no appointment and even though it was packed, we were helped right away. It was the best mani-pedi Ive ever had. I wish I could have picked up this place and brought it home with me. The massage chairs and the leg and hand massages were incredible. I went in to this place with a full blown migraine and when I left it was gone, plus I had pretty feet and hands. Does it get any better? read more

I've been going to this nail salon for 5 years. I don't go every couple weeks like most, some times months even close to a year between visits. The Ladies are always friendly and even after long periods of time the ladies remember me and certain key parts of my life. They always do exactly what I ask for unlike other places I've gone to in the past. The waiti can be long due to their popularity, but with an appointment there is hardly a wait.
