First time visiting this salon and I will definitely be back. I was a walk-in and was taken right away. I chose the deluxe pedicure which was hot wax, sea salt soak, hydrating cream for my legs, hot stone massage, callus removal and sugar scrub. Jasmine was my technician. She was so wonderful and sweet. She did a fantastic job and took her time. It was very relaxing experience. They gave me flip flops to wear home and I was told to not wear shoes for couple hours after. They even gave me a bag to put my shoes in when I was ready to leave. Who does that?? It is the little things like that which make you appreciate the service. Thank you so much!!

Visiting from out of town, one never really knows what to expect from a salon. I was SO delighted to decide to give Hot Rock a try. I walked in for a pedi and rebase/backfill and was immediately greeted by the friendly owner and seated in a pedi chair. Sadly I didn't catch my tech's name. She gave the BEST calf, ankle and foot massage - perfect to relax my tired legs. She also did a meticulous job shaping my nails and finishing with the most excellent glitter gel polish I've seen. Great job. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming. Pedicure massage chairs and tubs are in new condition and extremely clean. There is a large assortment of polish to choose from and it isn't dried out looking in the bottles. I have always left here happy with the whole nail covered in polish. Kym is awesome loves her job and does great work. read more

Pedi was good but then got a nail tech I hadn't had to do my acrylic fill on fingernails. The design was simple and real nails under acrylic not filed down and they are long and the worst part is acrylic on fill not close to nail bed and looks like they do after a week of outgrowth. Didn't look at them closely enough when I was there and paid way too much for services w this kind of quality. Paid more this time then when I had a new full set w different detailed design on each nail previously. Won't be returning read more

Me and my Mom came in to get our pedicures and we had an amazing experience! We received Happy Ending Pedicure Package and it was absolutely wonderful! The package included paraffin wax, hot rock massage, full scrub, and full lotion massage! The lady who did my pedicure was Yen and she was amazing! She was super gentle with her hands and was very attentive and caring. If you are in need to get a pedicure I highly recommend requesting her as your technician! read more

I have been scoping out nail salons in the area since I recently moved here so I tried this place...The place is updated and nice. But they seem hurried and overbooked. I went for a pedicure and the women who did my pedicure didn't seem very happy. No one was wearing a mask. The staff had them on but hanging under their noses and chins most of the time. All of the customers were mask less. I felt out of place :( I'm a vaccinated healthcare worker and I wear my mask everywhere. Not taking any chances. While she was filing my nails she was looking out the front entrance. I'm thinking "pay attention" my left big toe was filed crooked :( discover it when I got home. read more

I have been a client for over a year at this location and request a certain nail tech for my French manicure as this tech is very symmetrical with the design. I Always book my appointments in advance and was 30 minutes into my appointment. I was asked to go to another nail tech as my requested tech went to a pedicure on a client that just walked in. As they moved me to a different nail tech she had a customer already sitting there to get her nails done. The nail tech and the receptionist started arguing in their native language and she left her client sitting there for 10 minutes while finishing up with me. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Not only was this completely unprofessional but this was very poor customer service and I will not return to this nail salon and would not recommend anyone to come here. read more

What you see in picture is the lack of workmanship and work ethic! Both Phil and the owner knew the condition of my nail for the last 3 months. And each time I brought it up, they dismissed it said it was okay no big deal. Yet I am the one walking around with a rotting nail, gross!!! I had been looking for a new salon ever since my former nail tech moved. I found Hot Rock Nails & Spa and won't even think about going anywhere else now. I've been coming to this salon for a couple of years now. You are greeted the moment you walk through door. Sam, the owner, makes sure your experience in his spa is the most pleasant experience you've ever had. I have my nails done by Jasmine. She is meticulous and I love the pride she takes in making my nails look beautiful. The pedicures are amazing. The time and care they take with me is nothing short of wonderful. They have such wonderful customer service here. There was a slight misunderstanding on the pedicure service that I wanted. And how I wanted my toes done. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager, but he took the reigns and was accommodating. He was the absolute best and I was very happy with my pedicure! I went for a pedicure and full set - this was supposed to be a nice relaxing time away for me...stress free...when I say I came out so tense and with a migraine from the nail tech being so nerve racking...shaming my hand size and saying that I was hurting her arms...and then proceeded to scold me in front of everyone because I wasn't positioning my nails right and not paying full attention...I would have rather gone to the Gynecologist ...Bc I would have had a better experience. The nails are okay...the pedicure was amazing. Unfortunately, I will not go here ever again...and when I told people my experience they said they stopped going here as well...due to the rude and angering nail techs. I don't think this place will lose business bc of my review...but run away if you want a relaxing experience...this is not the place. Just rude and miserable. read more

And they were texting back and forth while she was trying to do my nails. I wrote a review at the time and at that time was told by the owner to come in and he would make it right. I declined. So fast-forward to today, I thought I would give them another shot as I was next-door buying groceries anyway. I couldn't believe it, I ended up getting the mother again as my so-called technician. She still doesn't have a clue what she's doing, pulled up a very messy unorganized cart that she couldn't find anything she was looking for, not interested at all doing a good job, and constantly looked up every time a customer walked in, was more interested in the conversation around us than she was in doing my mini pedi. She haphazardly trimmed my nails, did minimal filling, did not trim my cuticles, and spent less than 10 seconds on each heel scrub. Got a wet rag, (not even heated), wiped my feet and said " your the special right" . I nodded yes and she said "your done" The owner was doing a pedicure on a customer in the next chair, so he has to be aware of the mother's limitations, but still chooses to let her work on customers. This is very unhealthy and unsafe. Most states require nail technicians to be licensed.

Called first for appointment and told to just come in. Did not ask for my name. Pedicure was…read moremediocre and only rinsed my feet instead of soak. Cut my finger severely when preparing for nail service. Left salon because I was sick from severe pain. Did not even apologize or have any concern for my condition. Two days later my finger is still bandaged and I was forced to cancel weekend plans with family. Just praying I won't develop an infection from wound. Do not put yourself in this predicamen.

I have gone to Dip a nail every time I did want to get a " good " pedicure because normally my experiences were good. Yesterday my son went and got a manicure and in got a pedicure, I had a male set up and seated pretty quickly. Unfortunately I noticed that he didn't put anything in the water to soak my feet like they normally did, I figured they stopped doing that part maybe! So as he began he was just so quick didn't even let me soak! Being quick is is not a problem but but be accurate and quick! Not just quick especially with a service that is supposed to feel like a treat to the customer. Not just quick where it feels like I'm an inconvenience on your day when this is what you do for a living. He began taking my polish off and squeezes the nail polish remover with all my red nail polish into the water, which was a little bit weird! But OK... He gave me the book to pick out which pedicure I wanted. I picked one he grabbed his drill to take the rest of my normal polish off and cut the top and sides of about 6 toes, barely filed and cleaned up a bit of the cuticle. He did the foot file for less then 15 seconds on each foot I had to come home and do that after because it didn't even feel like I got anything done. He didn't clean under my nails he honestly didn't seem to want to touch my feet! Like he did not want to do that at all. And mind you I keep my feet up pretty good but still do your job! So he went on to do the scrub, rinsed and then started cleaning up the tub! I was like ok never had that done before I was done with the service. He rubbed from the top from my ankle half way up my knee never once did he touch my feet to massage! Honestly that's the main reason I wanted a a pedicure! I can do my own toes better at home with filing and shaping but I wanted the experience! In wanted to relax on a day off and I was so disappointed. He tried to upsale me on gel polish but like I said I don't go in enough for that I just really wanted the massage. I stand on my feel all day, I own my own hair studio so I know customer service is key and I know I needed a good massage and relaxing day!! Never got that. He painted my toes told me to sit for a moment came back snapped his fingers after 2 min at the most, put my shoes on me and told me I'm done... the lady sitting next to me getting a pedi who was there way before me just looked at me kind of shocked. I was done with the whole experience in 20 min at the most no soak, no file, no feet massage It was honestly a waste of money and time. but I do love the color I picked! They took 5 $ off because I told them he didn't massage my feet I didn't even want to tell them the rest, I just wanted to leave.. I will not be going back.

If I could give a minus 10 million 0 stars! I have never been more embarrassed and humiliated in my life! My daughter and I told them that I have a neurological disorder that makes it hard to not shake, they were laughing at me and were extremely rough with me and cut my cuticle, they took my phone from me and told me to sit still, I told them I was so sorry, and I am trying my best to not shake, then they looked at my daughter and said we feel sorry for you having her as your mom, then pointed at me started laughing at me and spoke nothing but Vietnamese. Hot rock nail is a lovely salon, by far the most pleasing, pleasant atmosphere of any of it's field. They use state of the art ventilation to keep any of the usual salon odors from being detected! So you don't know at first glance you're even in a nail salon! Lovely decorations and large screen TVs if that's your thing! A group of girlfriends and I all converged on Cleopatra nails one rainy afternoon in January. There were three women and one little girl.
