Overall good experience. They got me in right away as a walk in, we're very friendly, nice music and tv on in the background, no overwhelming smell, massage chairs were nice and everything looked clean. Prices were comparable to other salons and the girl I had did a great job on my feet, took her time, and didn't rush through it. I will go back again.

Super expensive for below basic work. They tricked me. $50 pedicure (Grand Canyon) had everything I wanted included in pricing but it ended up being more at the end not sure why. Ended up being $65 No tip. Paint job is horrible. Heels look the same. Paid for the rock treatment that I got rubbed up and down twice with and then she moved on. Only a few toes needed filing I guess. The place seemed clean though, nail designs looked promising. . I'll go elsewhere next time I need a better $65 pedicure. Don't waste your money

*** UPDATE*** 10 days later.... $85 later, and my nail is damn near completely off!! All the nails are lifting! Waste of $85 dollars!! I honestly feel bad for giving 3 stars . Here is why, the staff is friends from what I seen, Lisa stated my pedicure and it was nice she didn't say anything to me the entire time, but she was very gentle and soft. Richard started on my fill he as well was very gentle and soft. However I think he became upset when I asked him to remove my nail polish he added, it looked terrible, it was bubbling up, the shape was bad, I have an acrylic design under and it just needed to be cover. My French on my toes aren't curved the look worse in person. I haven't been French in year so this wasn't a good welcome back. They also wanted to charge me almost $50 for a fill! Told me my total was $90 something with Christmas discount $85.... Pedicure $28 French gel extra $20...I appreciate them being open today but if y'all are going to charge that Amount the results should be worth it.

I'm relatively new to Arizona and this place is close to my house so I tried it out. Kathy did my nails, and she was sweet and did a nice job on my nails, so I keep going back. I always request her so I can't speak for the other technicians. The place is clean and nice inside too!

Elite Nails is the best place in Mesa. When I moved here 2 years ago, I tried several other places, but nothing compares to Michael and Kathy at Elite Nails (in the Safeway plaza at the corner of McKellips and Power Rd) Michael is who I usually have take care of me. He is very meticulous and detailed, and I like that he is quiet and concentrated on me! I can always count on him to do an outstanding job. I have also been taken good care of by Kathy....she is just as amazing. Also, my pedicures are wonderful, you should ask for Ryan, he is so friendly. I feel so special when I leave there! In addition, the prices are very competitive! You can't go wrong by making Elite Nails your personal nail salon....I know they have me as a regular customer...for over a year now!!!

Horrible! Came here for a simple dip, I should have know better to just wait for my regular lady in Chandler. Filing was sloppy, there was no base dip coat, said he would file again after the dip was on. He barely scraped the edges. I figured I would just fix them at home. But the shotty gel coat was awful. Way over priced. Staff was friendly just someone who was careless and lazy. read more

Review about my experience with Mary Overall: I didn't not ask for an express pedicure but that's what I got. With a couple of cuts for free. Could I come back here and try again with someone else? Sure. But there are plenty of other salons in the area and I'd rather give them a shot than go to a place that offer "that" to any client, new or old. Pros - seated right away - a lot of color choices Cons - immediately cut my nails too short leaving me bleeding. Didn't apologize or go to clean it until I started to say something ??? - rushed the entire pedicure from there - hardly scrubbed bottoms of feet - massage was decent but she focused all her time on the first leg and rushed the second leg - didn't shape correctly or paint the edges of my toes leaving them looking lopsided. I had to fix them at home. - the service was maybe 20 minutes read more

Cut my thumb nail to short. I have never had dip bubble like this did and she just left it and kept going the nails are not filed evenly I have a big bump on my thumb nail. I think she was blind. The activator burned and burned under the light never had that before. I will never go back. read more

I've tried many salons in Mesa & was never truly happy with how my nails turned out until I found Elite Nails... they are truly the best!! The salon is super clean & the owner decorates for every holiday which is so cute... they offer a variety of services including dip, gel, acrylic, pedicures, waxing, etc... The staff is very friendly & the techs are pros! Never going anywhere else! read more

No just no Started out fine ... but then went downhill fast ... very difficult to get my nails shorter & apparently only 2 toes needed cuticle oil and trim... massage was meh ... just meh ... the color was supposed to match my nails it didn't but by this time I was so frustrated ... save your money read more

Very knowledgeable place. All the employees are so kind and courteous. They don't try to upsell you in fact Steve told me I needed to take a break on my pedicures regarding gel and acrylic. I loved his honesty. I bring my family here and it is quality work and very mindful of cleanliness habits. Steve is phenomenal utterly professional and kind! You won't regret coming here. read more

I found the salon on Facebook. They were offering a new client special, so I decided to try it. The photos they had posted of nails were beautiful! I am headed to Disney World in a few days and wanted some festive Disney nails. I showed them my inspo photo, and what I got did NOT disappoint. See attached photo. My nails are BEAUTIFUL!! The price is more than reasonable as well. I also got a pedicure while my old nails were soaking off. My pedicure was also amazing. I simply cannot say enough good things about this salon. I think I have found my home here. Trust me, you will not regret coming to this salon. I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails, and they met my expectations and beyond! I got my awful acrylic nails done not even a week ago and three of them have broken in half. I have never experienced such bad quality nails and such bad service. The man even knew they were bad and apologized but didn't redo them. It was a waste of $50 read more

Never disappoints when I stop in at #1 Elite Nails. Service with a smile and even got a mini lotion hand massage this visit. Was like the hood old days when that was the norm. Easy check in and books of optional nail colors in books on a shelf. The "standard " pedicure includes hot rocks, which was a first for me at a salon. Very pleasant technician, Michael, did a great job. Lots of comfy massage chairs here also. Competitive prices for the gel mani/ pedicure. read more

And they were texting back and forth while she was trying to do my nails. I wrote a review at the time and at that time was told by the owner to come in and he would make it right. I declined. So fast-forward to today, I thought I would give them another shot as I was next-door buying groceries anyway. I couldn't believe it, I ended up getting the mother again as my so-called technician. She still doesn't have a clue what she's doing, pulled up a very messy unorganized cart that she couldn't find anything she was looking for, not interested at all doing a good job, and constantly looked up every time a customer walked in, was more interested in the conversation around us than she was in doing my mini pedi. She haphazardly trimmed my nails, did minimal filling, did not trim my cuticles, and spent less than 10 seconds on each heel scrub. Got a wet rag, (not even heated), wiped my feet and said " your the special right" . I nodded yes and she said "your done" The owner was doing a pedicure on a customer in the next chair, so he has to be aware of the mother's limitations, but still chooses to let her work on customers. This is very unhealthy and unsafe. Most states require nail technicians to be licensed.

Cut my finger severely when preparing for nail service. Left salon because I was sick from severe pain. Did not even apologize or have any concern for my condition. Two days later my finger is still bandaged and I was forced to cancel weekend plans with family. Just praying I won't develop an infection from wound. Do not put yourself in this predicamen.

They first marked the bill with a pen to see if it was real, which it was! Then they proceeded to take the bill to 3 different stores in the shopping complex because they didn't want to believe it was real. After that they asked me if I had another bill. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Don't play in my face! As for my gel mani its mid at best! The polish is sloppy and not even and my shape isnt anything to rave about. Advice for management. Don't ever play in my face or else I will bring every attorney from NYC to your front door!

I do not like calling people out but when they don't seem to like their job or want to rush a job that requires ( care, patience, and quality) it's disappointing. I have gone to Dip a nail every time I did want to get a " good " pedicure because normally my experiences were good. Yesterday my son went and got a manicure and in got a pedicure, I had a male set up and seated pretty quickly. Unfortunately I noticed that he didn't put anything in the water to soak my feet like they normally did, I figured they stopped doing that part maybe! So as he began he was just so quick didn't even let me soak! Being quick is is not a problem but but be accurate and quick! Not just quick especially with a service that is supposed to feel like a treat to the customer. Not just quick where it feels like I'm an inconvenience on your day when this is what you do for a living. He began taking my polish off and squeezes the nail polish remover with all my red nail polish into the water, which was a little bit weird! But OK... He gave me the book to pick out which pedicure I wanted. I picked one he grabbed his drill to take the rest of my normal polish off and cut the top and sides of about 6 toes, barely filed and cleaned up a bit of the cuticle. He did the foot file for less then 15 seconds on each foot I had to come home and do that after because it didn't even feel like I got anything done. He didn't clean under my nails he honestly didn't seem to want to touch my feet! Like he did not want to do that at all. And mind you I keep my feet up pretty good but still do your job! So he went on to do the scrub, rinsed and then started cleaning up the tub! I was like ok never had that done before I was done with the service. He rubbed from the top from my ankle half way up my knee never once did he touch my feet to massage! Honestly that's the main reason I wanted a a pedicure! I can do my own toes better at home with filing and shaping but I wanted the experience! In wanted to relax on a day off and I was so disappointed. He tried to upsale me on gel polish but like I said I don't go in enough for that I just really wanted the massage. I stand on my feel all day, I own my own hair studio so I know customer service is key and I know I needed a good massage and relaxing day!! Never got that. He painted my toes told me to sit for a moment came back snapped his fingers after 2 min at the most, put my shoes on me and told me I'm done... the lady sitting next to me getting a pedi who was there way before me just looked at me kind of shocked. I was done with the whole experience in 20 min at the most no soak, no file, no feet massage It was honestly a waste of money and time. but I do love the color I picked! They took 5 $ off because I told them he didn't massage my feet I didn't even want to tell them the rest, I just wanted to leave.. I will not be going back.

So I go in with my bff as per usual. It's very clean very kind and I don't think much of it cause they seem so nice. I get a service of a fill and a pedicure. I know the charge and what comes with the service. The tech doing my pedicure was not very social. Others had to let her know what I wanted. For $65 I got not much except a polish change. Timed the massage and barely scrubbed my feet, used a rock for 30secs and then burned me with a hot towel when putting it on my feet not my legs??? As we were being rushed out the door I could not share my concern. So I called this morning and proceeded to get yelled at by the store owner saying her employees are good. Well, I never said they were not good I stated that the service was not complete and I feel I over paid. She kept yelling and letting me know I was wrong. They lost a customer. read more

I have been coming to this salon for over 3 years and Kathy usually does my fill and pedicure, as I always make an appointment, so I request her and she does an excellent job. Amy, Lisa and Michael are also very good. With new management, the salon has been updated and looks very new and modernized. I am usually at the salon every 2-3 weeks and have never had an issue with my nails or pedicure not lasting the entire time. The pricing is very competitive and the staff are always helpful and courteous! read more

If you are looking for pretty nail arts, ask for Leo. He did such a good job on my nail and he really took his time to make sure everything turn out right. Me and my kids all got peridcures while my kids got manicures but overall I loved what they did to make my kids happy about their nails and toes. I as well felt the same. Place is clean and staff is nice. 10/10 read more
