I had the pleasure of having service done in this establishment. I appreciated the time that Nina and Kevin took with my Mani/Pedi. They made sure I was comfortable and did not rush me through my appointment. Their attention to detail and willingness to get my service done the way I liked it was so very much appreciated. I also noticed that they pride themselves on not overbooking appointments to give you individualized care. If you haven't already, please stop by here and get GREAT SERVICE, GOOD CONVERSATION and DETAILED SERVICE. THANK YOU NINA and KEVIN! read more

Very rarely does a nail tech give so much attention to detail. I feel like for the same price (very reasonable) I got a very high end dip manicure. She checked in a lot and made sure I was happy with the length etc. clearly these are people who take pride in their work. Tip: morning time is less busy so she could really take her tim Best manicure I've had in a long time. I'll be back read more

I love it here!! The nail tech/owner was so sweet, patient and friendly. I'll definitely be back. Glad the services were priced right so I could leave her a nice tip normally a pedi w/ gel and an acrylic fill w/gel mani is about $120 for me but it wasn't even $100. That's rare considering how expensive salon services have become! She says cute nails, big smile read more

We just moved to the area. We found this wonderful nail salon online. The owner's were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating. We were even offered something to drink. My husband and myself both had deluxe pedicures. They took their time and did not miss a thing. I had some nail designs painted on. He did a fantastic job. It's rare to come upon a nail salon that's so detailed. Inside the salon is very clean. I highly recommend this to everyone! We definitely will be back. read more

This was my first time at JT Nails. I began my manicure with the nicest and warmest lady. Then, it all went south when a man took over and was very rough with me, would not make my nails shorter because it was "ugly". He then proceeded to cut me twice as seen in the photo because he was in such a rush. When I became visibly upset, the nice woman came back to finish, but unfortunately the man had already done the acrylic portion and it was too late to fix. I feel horrible writing this review for the sake of the sweet woman, which I'm sure would've done a phenomenal job, but if you go here, do not let the man do your nails. read more

Great place and Nina is amazing. She's so sweet and she did a wonderful job on my nails. She took the time to get the almonds shape just right. Definitely going here again! Update: came back for a fill and change the shape of my nails. Again, the service was wonderful and even after 3-4 weeks, my nails are not lifting and have not chipped. Highly recommend coming here! read more

Hands down this is the best salon I've ever been to. They put the most quality work in service to you as a customer. And with the type of service that you get with a smile, It's also the most reasonably priced than anybody in the entire area. You can tell they really care about their work and you aren't just a number. Thank you Nina and Kevin at JT NAILS for standing above the rest! read more

I stumbled across this nail salon after a doctor's appointment nearby. I'm glad I took a chance and went in. Nina did my gel nails. I like them short, and she makes them look cute! Kevin did my pedicure - he is so nice! Both of them did a good job at cleaning up my cuticles and rough skin. I'm glad I found a place where I'm happy with both services. :) I work with my hands (silversmith jewelry designer), and my gel nails held up for 2 weeks+ with zero chipping or peeling! read more

One of the worst nail experiences I have had in the East Valley. I called in the morning for an appointment and showed up on time but felt like I was an inconvenience, there was no one in the salon. The woman that did my nails was extremely rude, at one point telling me I was wrong in saying that my nails were uneven in length. She raced through taking off my old dip polish that she ripped the tips off two of my natural nails, which are generally strong and a decent length. And tlaughed at me when I said I wanted a regular polish top coat instead of gel, because honestly I couldn't get out of there fast enough. My nails have ridges in them from the Dremel tool so are not even close to being smooth. read more

After having a couple of years to try and find a perfect nail salon..I think I have found it! JT nails is one of the best that there is. Their basic pedicure package was $28 which is a great price I think, and they way they were so friendly when they were doing my manicure too. As I sat in the chair they made sure I was okay while we just started to chat away. Btw this was about a week or two after I got my nails done, but I still highly recommend them. read more

I have been a customer at JT Nails for almost a year. This is a friendly, customer oriented, family owned business. Nina has many years of experience and the quality of her work is exceptional. I got my nails done last autumn when the salon was relatively new but every time I've tried to come back I've gotten turned away for the most irritating reasons. The first time, and truthfully this should've been the last time, was in May. I had checked the instagram for hours and it showed they were open, So I drove over only to find the door was locked. The open light was on and flashing, so I decided to call the phone number and got no answer. I decided my best bet was to message the Instagram page, and the response was that they changed their hours (without updating this information on Instagram or google) and they had forgotten to turn off the open sign. The second, and now last time I will be getting turned away from this salon, was this afternoon. I called around 3 o'clock asking if they had any availability for a walk in today, as I know sometimes it can get a little busy, or even if it's a day that staff is low. They said that I could come in for a walk in and I said awesome, and that I'll be there in 10-15 minutes. I get there, check in, and sit down for about 5 minutes (totally normal for a walk in, not complaining there). Then one of the techs walk up to me and ask if I could come back later, saying they don't have time for a walk in. Are you kidding??? I called right before I came confirming that you DID have time! How do you run a business like this?! Will not be trying again. read more

This is my nails that I adore so much like it is so damn cute ! Like my nails look so good , Sarah and Avery did such a good job . So many cute design but with my nails I let Sara freestyle my nails and I tell you I am so speechless that this come out better than I have thought in mind , you have a lot of design and crazy/busy nail you like ? I'm sure this is a place you like for sure but I do recommend appointment and request your people if you already like someone but if not every mail tech is so good in there , but also a side note okay give them benefit of the doubt sometime they late because they are behind schedule because so many customers they are trying their best but yes overall best place! Money worth and honestly people like long nails this is a place for you. Anyways love it read more

Love this place. If you think they are expensive, once you're in the chair getting you're nails done you'll understand why. I always book with Sarah and Nini! They are super sweet and extremely talented. They can help you create a personal design or use ideas from photos for inspiration. Very patient, and professional. Their pricing is straight forward and fair for the quality and atmosphere they provide. Worth making the trip to Mesa rather than wasting money on a cheap local place where the gel lifts and peels in a few days. No lifting, chipping, breaking, discolouration. read more

Super unprofessional and don't keep your appointments on time. They do an amazing job with nails but they never get you in at your scheduled time or inform you they're running late. I drive 20 min to get there for my appointment to be told to come back in an hour. This is a re occurring issue not the first time. I've been going there since they opened and it's getting super frustrating. If you have the time it works if you are on a schedule not your best option. The need at get a front desk assistant to help them stay organized with timing and appointments. I'm addition to that I just called to double check on the hour later appointment and they couldn't take me explained my frustrations and she laughed and said sorry. read more

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!!!! I would give this place 100 stars if I could. JT is absolutely amazing!!!! He is such a true artist and does outstanding nails!!! His nails are fire! The shape is always clean and precise, the nails are always smooth, his designs are perfect, and the nails last a very long time! I love JT nails because not only are his nails amazing but he is SOOOOOOOO patient!! He actually cares about you and your nails and he will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want!! If you are not sure about a powder or a color he will grab the colors you are thinking of and will paint a little bit on a sheet for you so you can visually see how the color will look! And when you ask for some thing like glitter, or diamonds or things to put on your nails but you are not sure what you want exactly then he will grab everything (and some) to show you so you can visually see it and help you make a decision! For us indecisive girls he definitely works with you and has the patience to show you everything you would like to see and keep bringing stuff out and even offering his own advice when you are unsure of something. I have never in my life known a nail artist to do this and have this type of patience, care and determination to make sure his clients gets exactly what they want! Most nail artists seem burnt out and have zero patience and they make you feel so rushed even if you take a few seconds to choose a color which usually results in us rushing and picking a color we are not satisfied with. But not JT. He will make sure you get exactly what you want and he will go above and beyond to help you! And the best part is that his entire staff is the same way! it's impressive to see how amazing JT is and the fact that his entire staff is just as amazing, patient, caring and talented as him! He trained them well! Haha But I would definitely say most nail artists make you feel unappreciated and make you feel like you're just another customer to them. But JT makes everybody feel so welcomed and special. You can tell JT has a true passion for Nails and his #1 priority is making his clients happy. I 100% recommend JT nails and his staff to anyone! You will finally find a nail artist that you can trust and feel comfortable and confident with. Thank you JT and staff!! read more

I have been coming here for years and always loved this place and the owners! I drive 40 minutes one way just to come to the shop. Turns out the original owners sold within the last month. Went to get my nails done yesterday 8/15/24. When I asked for Nina that's when I found out. Anyway the gentleman who helped me ended up giving me the wrong shape and didn't listen when I told him I get a pink powder under my white glitter gel. Once again I know what I get and have been getting the same color combo for years. The original owners also used to play game shows on their tv now it's just silence or calm music which totally ruined the whole experience and esthetic for me. I will not be going back after my bad visit. Sad to see a great "mom and pop" place end up just like the rest!!:( read more
