But, unfortunately, this place is beginning to lose its "zest". What once made the stand a part from the everyday nail shop, now has this place feeling like everywhere else. They have all the prices laid out (no hidden charges) and have a fair repair policy. There are times I have broken my nails and they will always help me repair them at no extra charge. Last night I returned after going to another nail salon and it reminded me of why I miss going to the place. There are so many colors to choose from and they have a nice display so you can choose the perfect shade. I got a pedicure which included shaping/cuticle trim, color, sugar exfoliator, foot mask, mud mask, and a massage for cheaper than other places! My feet were super soft once I was finished. Then the nails! I normally just do a solid color but the tech seemed very comfortable with designs. At the last minute, I switched from a solid color to wanting polka dot nails. He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! I have never had to wait for an appointment for more than a day so this answer made me want to book with them to see what the fuss was all about. When I finally got my appointment I found out why the good reviews. This is a family owned business that knows how to treat their clients. when I walked in they were all waiting for me already. I was sat right away and asked my name. The whole appointment they called me by my name and made small talk when prudent. They gave us a variety of colors to choose from for our pedicure and took amazing care of my feet. He scrubbed until my heels were soft (around 10 min of scrubbing ) When it came time for the color she put the color on and asked if I liked it when I wasn't sure she did 2 more toes. I didn't end up liking the color because it was not dark enough and the girl laughed (she knew i wasn't going to like it based on what I had told her I wanted, but it was me that insisted on that color) and changed my color to a one I loved! I have never had that happened where I feel comfortable enough to speak up and have them change my color. That moment was when they convinced me to come back!
