I've gone to this location twice now and twice I've had a great experience…read more The first time, I had acrylics from a different salon on. I wanted them off and to get a manicure. They were absolutely a challenge to get off! But Trina worked at it and got them off safely and without damage to my nails. And the manicure turned out amazing. She didn't even charge me a lot for how much work went into taking off the acrylics! The second time, I had a really badly broken nail. Steven was really great about repairing what he could of my nail and making sure you couldn't even tell that it was broken afterwards. The gel manicure I got from him looks amazing! He suggested a different glitter to go over the base color I wanted than the one I picked out and it looks great! I'll definitely keep coming back especially since this salon is right around the corner from my house within walking distance.

This place has lost its "touch" since opening…read more I used to come here when it 1st opened for a luxury experience. Great service, great design skills, excellent pedicures. But, unfortunately, this place is beginning to lose its "zest". What once made the stand a part from the everyday nail shop, now has this place feeling like everywhere else. Messy stations, dusty floors, slow technicians, and over promised designs. Not to mention it took me 2 hrs to get a full set, before the design. The technician rushed my shape and as not friendly after I mentioned it. Felt an eerie feeling of discrimination upon paying when I voiced my concerns. Witnessed multiple customers receive better tone of voice and accommodations when displeased. Mgr "accommodated" by taking off $5. Only bonus they still have going for them is the drink station.
