One of the nail techs cut my toe. Instead of tending to me they got up and left. The owner said "You Done?" I said no, he just started he cut my toe and left. She said we need him back. Worst service. I asked for a callus remover and she only scrubbed my foot. When she went to charge me, she over charged. I told her the amounts are on the paper and she charged me over the amount for callus. She said they are charging me more than the norm for callus remover. I asked why if she only scrubbed my feet. Lol. On the paper they have it for 6 dollars but they are trying to charge more, even tho they don't really remove the callus. I didn't want to argue so I just paid and didn't tip. I have never not tipped. This was the first time and last time I ever go to this place. On the prices there's a plus sign to everything. So they can just make up an amount. I thought I was going to pass out in there from the fumes and couldn't wait to get out...but maybe that's one of those suffering-for-beauty things you girls do. I DO NOT recommend bringing a young person here. My 10-year old daughter tends to peel her toenails back, so when she went to get the pedicure, the lady working there starting going off on her. "I can't work with these!". She went on and on and ON about how horrible her nails look. Kids are fragile at this age, and even though she doesn't cry very much, the experience brought her to tears. I came here on a Sunday morning and had no wait. I have been here before and they only painted my nails they didn't do any additional massage or scrubs. This time, however, they also did a massage, salt scrub, and used hot rocks. My nails turned out great and when my friend messed one of her nails up getting into the car, they were happy to fix it. This place is horrible! I brought my husband in for his first pedicure ever as a late Valentine's gift. I called ahead and they said that they could get us right in. When we got there they obviously had been working on these ladies since I called. There were only 3 workers present when I arrived and they were all busy! We sat on the couch for 20 minutes waiting. Finally we got up to leave and they told me it would be just 10 more minutes and that they would get started on us. They immediately sat us in the pedicure chairs and started the water. We sat in the pedicure chairs with our feet in the water for another 30 minutes. My feet were so pruned it hurt. Finally, once one of the workers came over to work on my feet, she flopped down and started talking in another language to her coworker. As she was chit-chatting with her friend, she kept accidentally cutting my toes with the cuticle nippers. The second time she made me bleed badly and I asked her to stop. She even had the audacity to ask if it hurt. The rest of the experience was horrible. I am pretty sure I could do a better job painting my toes considering I had to chip nail polish off the skin around my toenails the next day in the shower. Also my nails are trimmed crooked and some of the cuticle nippings are still attached. Definitely look for another place to spend your $40. read more

I got a French mani on Sunday and it started chipping the next day (Monday). The pedi-mani cost me $33...there is no way that manicure should've started chipping. By Wednesday (3 days) there are chips and cracks everywhere; it was so embarrassing I had to take it all off. But here's a picture of what it looked like right before I took it all off. I've been going here for the last 10 years. Best pedicures (nice back massage as ur waiting for ur toes to dry). My mom and I have also been getting our nails done here for ages. I tried another salon around the corner when they were really busy and it was the worst idea. Their acrylic was old and turned my nails yellow. This place is worth the wait and they definitely try to get you in as quick as possible. They are always willing to accommodate any design I want on my toes (as weird as it may be) and if it doesn't turn out right they'll redo it! Great place and friendly! They are short handed. I never make a appointment so if there are people on the couch I turn around and leave because I know its going to be a very very long wait. They do do a great job on my nails. I find that my acrylics last longer than other nail salons, and they are not thick and bulky. I got a full set and the nails were extremely uneven and the nail polish was mediocre at best. The lady was very rough with my nails. There are smudges and bubbles in the polish. I went about 2 weeks later giving them a second chance and they only made it worse. I got them filled and my nails are now more uneven than they were before and there are more smudges in the polish. I walked in as usual as I've been going here for a few years. Usually good service but today was something else. The lady that runs the shop did my mani/pedi and it was rough!! The usual order of the pedicure was different. It was weird like maybe something wasn't right with her. No soap on the little brush, barely doing cleaning around the heels, no sugar scrub on the legs and leg massage with lotion and water!!! When she was putting on polish she covered my 4th toe on my left foot with polish!! It reminded me of someone drunk or high trying to thread a needle! She couldn't quite get the brush to the nails. It was the strangest thing. Then the same thing with my fingers. She cut back lots of skin around my fingers and they were sore. I kept looking at her wondering if she was ok. She was doing gel and couldn't quite get how many coats of polish and sealer she had done. It was the strangest time. I hope she's ok but my nails are a mess. read more

And don't bother making an appointment because they're never on time and you always have to wait no matter what, usually the wait if you made up appointment is still 20 minutes to a half-hour. Went here for white tips & pedicure. The experience was not the best, and I def won't be going back there again. She was rude the whole time and rushed through my pedicure and nails. My heart design she drew is all jacked up barely looks like a heart. Will never spend my money here again. They were sitting there talking in another language the whole time (which doesn't bother me) but she never said 2 words to me the whole time except asking if I was going to leave a tip when I was done. Despite the awful reviews, I decided to try daisy nails because my friend recommended me. I didn't wait and was greeted at the door. The salon was pretty nice compared to all others in my area. My pedi was definitely one of the best I've gotten in awhile. I didn't ask for the basic so I thought I was getting the delux but the cost was only $21!
