Wow! I'm extremely disappointed. The customer service here is terrible. I feel like I was almost punished for getting the "Classic" pedi ($30 - which is over priced for white I got. The Deluxe pedi was $38.). My friend got the deluxe and her pedi was amazing...I watched. My massage had 10 seconds of a hot rock quickly and lightly running over my skin. No massage involved. Her massage when in for 20 minutes. They used the grater on her but when I asked for it they said it only came with the Deluxe pedi. I also had them to an acrylic fill. When I asked for them to buff it so it was shiny (and matched the rest of my nails they said it was an extra $10 charge. I've never, in ten years, had to leave with stuffed nails. This place is all about the money and not providing a good service or even nice customer experience. Needless to say, I won't be going back! read more

This is a great nail shop. Prices are reasonable. However an appointment is a must, likely because the prices are reasonable. The shop only has three employees. I bring all my own polishes including top and bottom coats to ensure success. The shop itself is not pretty but the pedicure top notch. read more

I have been so pleased with the wonderful service for my nails and pedicures for the last 5 years. I would highly recommend.

First off, if someone doesn't even have an appointment you don't shun them down without possibly trying to offer another service to them. So that was really weird. 2nd, how do you not even take walk ins? It's a pretty upscale area and it's Monday. We are PT residents in the area, and wanted to get a manicure and pedicure when we arrived. I thought I'd try a new place since I've only tried one other in the area. On the positive side, the girl who did my nails did a great job - very nice. But....overall the place didn't seem very clean. They did not use separate nail files on customers, and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke attempted to be covered up. I wasn't sure what the masking preference was so wore one. The staff was not masking but left mine on to help keep out the smoke smell. read more

Ouch! Not what you want or expect for a relaxing pedicure! The fellow who began my pedicure was friendly, cordial and efficient...until he sliced my big toe using the micro plane! It bled for awhile and stung like the dickens and for the first few minutes, he acted like nothing happened. Some antiseptic was applied and work continued but I was not a happy camper. DO NOT GO HERE. Decided to try this place out because it is closer to my house than the place I normally go & they had a 30% percent promo running so it seemed like the perfect time. Right off the bat it was frustrating because we had an appointment but ended up waiting 40 minutes anyway. Once I got to my guy to get a fill he kept trying to upsell me to get additional services that I did not need. Let me just say that this was the worst nail job I have ever gotten. He made my nails shorter when I specifically told him to leave it the same. They were so chunky & were sooo obvious that they were acrylic nails. There was no shape to my nail other than fat. Awful job, but I guess you get what you pay for. I also ended up getting my lip waxed there & the bed they had me lay on was super unstable. The sheets they had over the bed were reused by each customer & not sanitary at all. The lady used a low quality Carmel looking wax (not the pink kind) & I'm pretty sure she double dipped her stick into the wax. Gross gross gross. I wish I would've noticed before the wax was already on my face. The wax wasn't even entirely super smooth either. Next, my mom got her nails painted & a pedicure. Nothing outstanding BUT SHE GOT TOE FUNGUS FROM THE PLACE. She's never experienced anything like this before & that just shows how awful they are. read more

I found them on Yelp and made an appointment to come in on a Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure. I showed the lady the design I wanted done ( It was a Valentine's day one) and then she had to ask another nail tech to see if he could do it. He came over to look at the design and said they're too busy and couldn't do it. Apparently there's only 2 people there that could do designs and they were too busy. But I made an appointment, so what's the point of that? I feel like that's very bad business to turn away because you have to keep in mind for every customer that makes an appointment, they might want a design done. So the time in between each client needs to be enough to accommodate that. I ended up just getting a white polish. Even with just a white polish the whole thing took an hour and a half. It should not take that long for no design done. It took an entire hour just to remove my current gel polish, do my cuticles, and file and cut them. Then my nails were not even filed straight and they were uneven. I've also seen a lot of nail salons do two coats of a base coat and two coats of the top coat, but she only did one. So I'm anxious to see how long my polish will last before it chips. I won't be back. read more

This salon does great work. It is a Father son mother daughter duo. Un does the scheduling, but comes later than the other workers. He argues a lot with his Father in front of customers because his Dad does scheduling in his absence. Very unprofessional and it makes the customers feel uncomfortable. read more

New owners and they are great. They are super nice and do a great job! They appreciate your business and are very professional. Previous owners not so great but in the last year or so the nail salon has become much much better. I do both gel and standard pedi mani and have not ever been disappointed. Gel polish change is 15$!
