BeauT Nail salon, formally Tiana's Nails is an amazing salon. I have been going to the salon for the last 15 years. Through all the ownerships, Becky the current owner has been the best. Her staff is exceptional. My nail technician, Kelly exceeded my expectation today for a new set of nails. I write this review because there was a lady in the salon today that was difficult. She was on her phone using the speaker for everybody to hear her conversations. She was disgruntled with her service and no matter what Becky and her staff tried to do, she was dissatisfied. She approached my nail technician while I was getting mine nails done and complained to her. Completely inappropriate. This lady said she was going to give a bad review. I'm here to say the only bad review there is is this lady and I pity the salon whose door she will walk into. Becky, you and your staff are so professional, detailed, clean, and overall an amazing salon. Thank you for all you do and I'm so sorry for the abuse you put up with today. read more

Great customer service, gentle & one of the best massages I've gotten from a pedicure in a long time! I highly recommend, don't let the old reviews scare you, this place is great! The chairs are high end as well, and everything looks updated. I will absolutely be returning! read more

Very nice without a doubt. A little older looking if a salon is my only comment. Victoria is excellent...

Absolutely beautiful salon. New owner just remodeled with new chairs that have awesome massage and built in phone chargers. Absolutely love Mary and Becky here. Highly recommend. read more

Dirty place. Owner walked past a bug on the floor did nothing. Pedicure chairs filthy inside and out. All I wanted was them to remove gel from pedicure and dip from hands. They won't listen to what you want, the man there will keep telling them to do stuff to add to your bill. So $55 to remove? I wouldn't send anyone there. Enter at your own risk! read more

This place was terrible. I had a manicure and it literally lasted like 2 days. By the second day the nail polish was chipping and cracking. They did a manicure for my daughter and she said they weren't very gentle either. Also, the skin around my nails started peeling. There are so many nail shops on this side of this town. I would avoid this one. read more

My husband and I like Tiana's nails for pedicures. The employees are very friendly, and do a great job, all for a reasonable price. It is a not a fancy place, but does have massage pedicure chairs, a decent color selection, and friendly service, for a good price compared to other local salons. read more

I had a very good experience here today. I got a pedicure. In the past I had gotten gel nail polish too and I am always pleased. The girls are friendly and efficient. read more

Received the worst pedicure ever. First tip was the technician used the same nail clippers and cuticle tools that she used on the client seating next to me. She also cut my toe nails uneven and didn't bother to filed any of them. She slapped on the cuticle softener and worked on three of my toes. I had to ask her to clip my big toe nail. Lastly she slapped on the nail polish. Overall it was shocking to receive this service from a nail salon. Also the store was flithy. Board of Health should be called on this company. I will not be going back nor will I recommend this business! read more

I used to come here but over the last 2 years, and especially lately, the qualty of pedi's and mani's have tanked as far as quality and the care these ladies work. They seam to be more interested in volume, getting in as many clients as possible. The last time, it was horrendous Imy mani was rushed as th e woman bounced back and forth between me and a woman who just sat down for a pedi. And they have the nerve to charge almost $20 for a Mani and almost $30 for a Pedi. It is no longer worth it and I am starting to hear the same from others. They have become to use to getting away with substandard service. One friend noticed that they started going down hill with the new owner. I'm not sure they were ever that good. read more

I have gone here 2-3 times a month from 2017 when I moved to Chandler until about a year ago and recommended them to friends. Over the last two years most of the techs have turned over and not for the better. Services feel rushed, techs talk to each other not clients and quality has gone down. My last pedicure peeled off within a few days. read more

I know, I know, this review is long, but if you are planning on getting your nails done here, I'd spend the 60 seconds reading before you go. I came in for a gel manicure nothing fancy or extra. I got to the salon about 5:15pm, mind you they close at 6. The salon wasn't too busy, I was seated almost immediately. It's an older salon you can tell, nothing fancy but you'd expect them to get the job done. Becky did my nails. She was very nice, I told her I was trying to grow out my natural nails and my concern for a couple nails that had cracked and were one hair strand snag away from breaking.(IYKYK) I recommended she glue it but instead she reinforced it with gel powder. Which is fine, I was appreciative. I could tell she was rushing and was making sure to be done by 6. Because of this, I didn't get much of an opportunity to inspect my nails. And when I did point out a couple flaws, nothing crazy. A hair here and a spot there, she told me "don't worry, I'll file it." She showed me one nail before everything was completed and it looked nice so I let her continue. When it was done she seemed very pleased with her work but I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't see them very well (my fault) and the lighting in there isn't the best so I couldnt see very well. She gave me a wonderful hand massage for a total of 20 seconds(what a tease) before she expressed that French tips are her favorite to do as she hurried it get me out. (I get it, when it's time to go home no one wants to stay late.) It was 6pm on the dot so it's not like this was an excessively long or complex service. I would have rather come back in the morning then be feel rushed and not get what I'm paying for. Nonetheless I paid and tipped and when I got home and took a good with 20/20 vision I was very surprised. They were shaped unevenly, lumpy, splotchy, and not fully covered in product. I tried to remember if I told her I was blind and couldn't see well if maybe that was the reason they were less than, I don't recall that conversation though. I gave myself a few minutes to regulate then started damage control. Unfortunately I can't fix the lumps or the missing product but I shaped them as best as I could. Lesson learned. Never cheat on your nail tech, even in an emergency. This wasn't the worst experience I've ever had and it wasn't the best, but I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends or family. Five years ago I would have sternly asked her to stay and fix it till I liked it because I'm paying for a service, but she seemed like she had somewhere to be immediately after she was done with me so I didn't even bother to inconvenience them further(also my fault). I just thought to myself these will hold me over until I need to get them done again. Don't get me wrong they don't look terrible after I filed them a bit so that's good but now that I'm home and able to see and think clearly I realized not only am I unhappy with the quality but she over charged me by $5 even after I gave her a cash tip. I'm very disappointed but I also feel violated because they stole from me. This review went from 3- just average to 1-pissed off. Which is very unfortunate because Becky was sweet as pie. After a stressful couple years and scarce couple holidays, making something outta nothing. This tired, overworked, underpaid mom just wanted to treat herself to something nice. Anyways I included photos of the service menu so you can prepare yourself. Should you choose to go I hope you have a better outcome. I won't be back. Happy holidays read more

I really don't know what happened to this place. Customer service went down hill. No hello or anything when I walk in. Everytime I come here for a mani or pedi. I feel like I have to wait 45 mins or so for someone to take care of me. They're not even busy most of the time and if they are at least let me know. Today I got a mani and a pedi. They told me I'm lucky because their water just stopped working for some reason. I was like okay.. Like it's my fault their water stopped working.. Also they sat me where they have no massage chair. Its just a regular pedi chair. No massage. I cant even move the chair forward or backward. I was sitting there awkwardly for an hour getting my feet done. So my back hurts. While getting a pedi, the lady was massaging my legs. She grabbed a hot towel and took the lotion off my legs. That towel smelled so bad. I don't know if they washed it or just left it in their washer for a while and forgot to take it out the washer to dry. Ughhh so I had to shower at home to get that nasty smell off me. I dont want people to think it's me that didn't bathe.. smh They used to be good to me. I dont know why they treat me so different now. Kelly used to always say hello to me. Now she acts like she doesnt know me. Maybe because I don't come as much as I used to. The service just sucked. It changed. I gave them a chance plenty of times but something always go wrong. Either the service or how they do my nails or pedi I'm not satisfied. The lady that did my mani today drilled my skin and it started bleeding. I even moved my fingers away every time it hurts when she would do my nails. She didn't care.. When she was done with coloring my nails. I saw my nails was filled with too much nail polish. It looked like I had fat fingers. I hated it. I tried to tell her to file them but she would not listen. Usually I tip even when the service sucks. This time I only tipped $3 for both mani and pedi. Everything came to $57. I gave the mean lady $60. I had enough of this place. I'm not returning. Horrible place for a nail salon. Sucks because this is literally 5 mins away from my house. So close. However, I'll driver further to get better service and for someone to do my nails/feet better. read more

Highly recommend this business. Go monthly for pedi. Great work on acrylic nails. Clean and workers very friendly.

The worst pedicure ever! I left with no polish, the women painting them was painting everything besides my toes. I was charged full price and not given an apology read more

Worst mani/pedi I have ever had. My usual place was full, so I teiethis new place closer to my house. Pedicure: cold water. Despite asking for it to be warmed several times. Nails cut painfully short. Polish sloppily applied. Manicure: filed more of my skin than nails. Cut cuticles to point of bleeding on more fingers than not. Questionable sanitization of tools. The callous grater was washed with water in the sink and placed back into a plastic bag in the station cart. It was very obviously not sanitized after use on me, them likely not before me either. I'm sure the files and clippers were the same. Higher than average pricing at this place than others. I will not return read more

Walked in and they helped immediately, friendly and nice. Got powder nails, super cute, quick and good price. Only took 50 minutes for entire visit from walk in to walk out! Tips are preferred in cash. Be sure if your getting powder nails you let the nail technician know how long you want them before she gets started! read more

So I've been trying to find another nail salon close that is close to my house that is good at designs. Goodness, it's hard finding a good one that is reasonably priced! They are located down the street from my house so it's very convenient. I wanted a gel manicure with a Christmas design. ( See photo) It's $25 for a gel manicure. I think she did a good job. I'd like to come back to see if they would be able to do some more detailed designs. read more

I have been coming here off and on for the past year. But after today I won't be coming back. My nail tech was friendly and gave me extra massage on my legs but was very sloppy with my pedicure and manicure. She rushed my manicure and didn't even shape my nails. I inquired if she was going to shape them more and she looked puzzled. I asked her to shape them and she rushed it again. I then took over the nail file and struggled to make them look better. After struggling a good 5 minutes or longer the manager came over and helped. My polish was done sloppy and left me polish on the sides. I'm tired and don't want to speak up anymore. I'm about to leave so I remove the tissue from my toes only to realize my big toe was painted sloppily and looked chipped. Yet I hadn't moved. I was going to paint myself and the nail tech came and corrected it. I'm very easy to please in terms of my nails and this has been the WORST experience I've ever had while getting a mani/pedi. I won't be back ever. Too bad as they were conveniently close. read more

Went in on the 20th of December to get a gel manicure for Christmas. Nail tech did a great job and was super friendly. By the 25th, my polish started chipping and by the 27th I had 3 whole nails peeling off and a couple others that were peeling towards the cuticle. Tonight (Dec.28), I ended up taking them all off because I was missing 5 nails with polish. Disappointed that my gel polish didn't last more than 7 days. read more

Feb 18, 2017 - I always drive by this place since it is right around the corner from my house. Decided to take my 3 daughters and myself to get our nails done. Plus my nails turned out AMAZING!!! Definitely visit this place when you need some pampering and bring your kids. They love being pampered too! read more

Came here for the first time and had the pleasure of having Becky the owner do my nails-dip powder and my pedi. Not only was she a warm and kind person, she took her time and gave great customer service. Becky and her staff are all kind and prices are reasonable. It's not often you come across a nail shop owner who is genuine about giving good service and not be all about the customers money or most of the time, be rude. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to try a new place! read more

I have been to a couple of other nail places since moving here, I like this one the best. Very reasonable, with an ala carte menu as well as packages. Each time I have been here they have accommodated me as a walk in pedi, and were very professional, polite, and thorough. The tools and bowls are sanitized, and the place is clean. I am not super picky about how even the polish is, or how many colors they have etc., but they do a nice job all around. Kudos to the men and women of this profession who scrub and clean peoples feet for a living. This place is usually packed and these people bust their tails doing a service that hands down belongs on that "World's Worst Jobs" tv show. read more

I was on the hunt for yet another nail salon and was referred by a very good friend to see Kelly at Tianna's located close to Albertson's at Gilbert and Riggs in Chandler. Kelly is by far the best nail tech I have had. She is not only fast but exceptionally good as well. I have been getting fills for many, many years and I will absolutely be a repeat customer. An added bonus was the cost was cheaper than where I had been going. Thank you, Kelly! read more
