I really wanted to like this place, it had so much potential. The shop was clean, the staff were friendly and they even offer complimentary coffee. While I was getting my pedicure everything seemed fine until I got home and realized the back of my big toe was blistered. I believe the tech may have exfoliated too harshly. I'm lucky it didn't get infected, although I do not know for sure. It's been a week since I got the pedicure and I was hoping it would look better by now but it does not. I would share a picture if it didn't look so disgusting. For this reason, I will not be back and I can't in good conscience recommend this shop. read more

I got the "Mocha" pedicure and the sweet young lady didn't seem to know much about a pedicure. She barely did my cuticles, i asked for the nails to be cut shorter she tried using the cuticle clipper to cut my nails but it didn't work.. she used the callus scrubber for maybe 5 seconds. I paid extra for these other things and it was sad. if I pay 75$ for a pedicure they need to have people working there that know how to do the actual pedicure. Nice lady but not sure if that was her first time ever doing one which is not appropriate for the price. sad day read more

Such a cute nail salon Bathroom nice and clean I found Flower the Nail technician on instagram I loved her work, she was booked out 3 weeks but I asked to be on the cancel list and I got a call the next day. The lady on the phone was super helpful with my questions helping me with gel x and acrylic questions My appointment was later in the day So it was nice and quiet We chatted about the difference in the Materials and decided acrylic was better for me The appointment was nice and comfortable no nicks or burning Lots of enjoyable conversation Flower has great attention to detail No lumps bumps uneven nails Just beautiful I have found my new nail tech ! I've been looking for a new go to nail place and I think I found the one! This nail salon is modern, clean and very cozy. You get a free drink along with your service which is amazing! I opted for the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and also enjoyed some free snacks - candy and chips. The price is also super reasonable! There's been so many salons who charge $100+ for a premium pedicure and that's crazy to me! I got their Latte Pedicure which comes with - shaping, cuticle, massage and polish for $30 and added on Callus Removal for $15. My total for a nice relaxing pedicure was $45 and I received a complimentary drink with it! They do take walk in's, but I highly recommend calling and scheduling an appointment! read more

I had stopped getting my nails done for about a year and went to another salon. I hated the nails so much. I had passed by this place a couple of times and decided to head in there. I did not have an appointment but I suggest that you do it has a cozy seating area but not for more than one or two people. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and in-spite of being a walk in I was quickly seated and offered something to drink I choose the Vietnamese coffee which from first dip to last was amazing !!! I explained to my technician that I hated the shape of the nails etc, I showed him the picture I wanted for my version of holiday nails and he delivered! He totally changed the shape and executed my design! He was courteous and friendly. I had such a great experience I can't wait to return ! read more

I'm on vacation and really needed a fill/pedicure. I found this place, called and they got me right in. The lady who did my fill was 10/10 PERFECT. She cut all the skin around my nail and made sure to paint the ENTIRE nail to my skin (other places have left a gap to where I can see my real nail.) she paid close attention to detail and I left with no acrylic or paint on my actual skin. Beautiful salon and super sweet staff. Came here on a whim to get my toes some much needed love. The free coffee is a huge plus for me. Affordable for what you get. It was a Saturday morning and I was able to do a walk in without having to wait. They shortly became more busy after 10:30, would definitely recommend an appointment if you are coming on the weekend. Since I can't paint my own toes right now thanks to a back injury (love that for me), I finally decided to treat myself and try this place for a pedicure. I made an appointment, got seated right away, and picked a dark glittery purple because, well... I love Halloween and spooky season never really ends for me. Everyone there was super sweet, and they even offer coffee or tea of your choice....major bonus points. I went with the iced coffee, and it was killer! I was close to posting a pic of how good they did, but let's be real--there are way too many foot fetish weirdos on the internet these days. It's nice to have a new option for pedicures in the area. This is a new full service salon, that offers you a caffeinated beverage while you get your pedicures and other services. I love the decor. It's very modern and sleek.. It has a very calming atmosphere. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I arrived late in the afternoon and was taken immediately. I opted against the coffee drink... I truly enjoy a Vietnamese coffee. The technician was really nice and thorough. There are several options for pedicure bundles, depending on your needs. I am a regular customer of Sip and Dip Nails and I gave it some thought before posting this review. Lyn my earnest request to you is if you are running a professional establishment please get someone professional to manage the appointments. I called today morning to schedule 1 manicure and 2 pedicures and I was told that couldn't be accommodated as they were full. Slightly taken back by that as I have known the establishment to take same day appointments, nevertheless I felt it was reasonable so I requested what could be accomdated. I was told 1 manicure at 4.30 pm and a pedicure at 2.30 pm. So I scheduled the manicure today and the 2 pedicures for next Saturday. I got a call at 2.30 pm asking me if " I would still make it for the pedicure" to which I politely reminded Carolyn that it was scheduled for next Saturday. I called an hour later to confirm my appointment at 4.30 pm which I was told is confirmed. I get to the place at 4.30 pm and soon realized there really wasn't anyone planned to do my manicure. Carolyn the told me " it will be a while". She had no explanation on why she confirmed me for 4.30 pm. At 4.50 pm she was politely nudging me to reschedule despite me telling her I couldn't come on weekdays. I left at 5.15 pm, having waited for 45 minutes without anyone ever telling me how long I would need to wait or getting the service done. Very disappointing. read more

LOVE this nail salon! It will be the only place I go from now on! It stands apart from the zillion others in the area. I'm not usually one to leave yelp reviews but this place deserves it! Everything about it is always a wonderful experience. ALL the staff is always so nice and ALL the nail techs are great. Best pedicures I've ever had and I've had 4 different people over the last year or so. They have a yummy complementary coffee bar with any service. Always clean. I have never loved a nail salon as much as i love Sip and Dip! They are so welcoming and understanding every time i come in. I personally see Flower as she always is so precise with my nails and open to my crazy ideas, but i would trust EVERYONE there to do my nails. They do not treat clients as clients, but like friends. I had a rough time finding a nail place after moving, and tried several other places close by that had great photos on social media, but were absolutely trash and awful quality. I spotted Sip and Dip while driving and stopped in, and I'm SO glad I did! I'm all about a peaceful relaxing environment and this one was the best I've found in AZ! Not only that, but the owner and staff are the absolute nicest people and so genuine. My nails there have been my most favorite sets ever! Each time I show them my Inspo pics, they nail it exactly every single time. She then cut my left thumb. And as soon as I took my hand back and said she hurt me, she immediately started talking to the other worker in a different language. I had a feeling she was talking negatively about me. She then asked if I liked the chrome look she just did. And I said more chrome. She got mad and said, "More?!" You want more?!" I said yes. And they left paint still on my hand. This place was terrible and it left me with a terrible experience. Only one lady was nice and she didn't work on my nails. She work on my daughter's nails and did a fantastic job on hers. So, I do NOT recommend this place.

There's plenty of parking onsite since it's literally next to the cheapest Frys grocery store that I've personally come across. It's worth the drive to go here because of the cleanliness, professionalism, prices as well as, the location. This location is somewhat of a one stop shop for me personally. I recommend having your nails done here. Tell them that I sent ya if you go for the VIP TREATMENT
