To my knowledge, she is one of the managers, and I can honestly say she is one of the most professional, hardworking, and hospitable owners I have ever encountered in any industry. I've seen the salon become incredibly busy, and instead of simply managing from the sidelines, Cathy rolls up her sleeves and immediately starts helping with clients to support her team. I've watched her go out of her way to ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of, and I've even personally seen her stay after hours cleaning the entire salon herself. That level of leadership, dedication, and pride in her business is rare and deserves recognition. She has also built an amazing team. I actually live much closer to another nail salon, but I made the switch because I found this salon to be far more hygienic, professional, and welcoming. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Two of my favorite nail technicians are Tracey and Richard, who always take great care of me. Richard is incredibly talented and detail-oriented. I appreciate that he takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect, and he's always willing to bring my sometimes silly nail design ideas to life. His patience, creativity, and skill never disappoint. (See the photos of my epic World Cup nails!!!) The designs always turn out better than I imagined, and they're so impressive that even my husband gets excited to see what new design I'll be getting next. Thank you, Richard. I originally found this salon on Yelp right before my wedding, and from the moment I walked through the door, I knew I had found something special. Since then, this has become my go-to salon, and I have never been disappointed. Every visit has been a wonderful experience. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and cares about their clients.
