I am happy I decided this was my new nail shop after my lady in Tempe retired. I like Ruby. She does a very nice job on my nails and toes. She gave me a nice cold iced tea at the start. I relaxed in one of their massage chairs. This was the first time I had my toes done before my nails. It makes sense to me because my toes can dry before I leave. The decor is lovely. It's quite big and there are lots of chairs. They have water and tea. There are so many colors to choose from. I do think it was expensive. Almost double what I use to pay. I guess I did too many extras but it felt great and my nails and Toe nails still look nice. I also like it's about 10 minutes from home. I will go again but I won't get all the extras. read more

I don't usually write reviews while I'm still sitting in the salon chair, but I felt like this place deserved one. Today I brought my two daughters and myself for a girls' day, and we drove 45 minutes to give this salon a try. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. My 8-year-old was getting her very first manicure and pedicure, and the staff made her feel so special and comfortable. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, everything is spotless, and the atmosphere is relaxing without feeling rushed. I was also pleasantly surprised when we arrived at 9:00 AM and there was no wait at all. My pedicure has been amazing, and the level of customer service has really stood out. At one point, I was struggling to take photos of my daughter, and one of the staff members even offered to help and take pictures for me. It's those little things that make a big difference. Between the beautiful facility, excellent service, and genuinely caring staff, I can confidently say I've found my new regular nail salon. First, they squeezed me in at 5:30pm and did not rush at all, they were so nice and took their time and the quality was incredible. Love the atmosphere here! Very clean and modern without all the bright lights and white walls you see at other salons. Very friendly techs and good service. I did a cats eye polish which can be pretty tedious and he did great! The only thing I wish was better was the clean up of my cuticles. I still had some hangnails/dead skin that could've been cleaned up a bit more. Nonetheless, this place was pretty good and I would definitely return! read more

The service and cleanliness was great, would definitely be willing to go back again but I had to deduct 1 star because they played country music the whole time. Honky tonk aggressive country music. Despite it being empty with just my mom and I they refused to accommodate my request to change the music. They also advertise complimentary tea and water but we were never offered any. read more
