tried this place 2 separate times and never been satisfied. Ask for dip nails and they came out very bad, were filled unevenly and I have leftover dip powder all over my hands and in between my nails. im so disappointed and sad on how they look. be coming here again. read more

The salon is a nice salon. It is about the only thing I am happy with as the week has gone by with my nails. It started with when I got home I had 3 toes that did not dry. I could wipe the polish off my toes 1 completely 2 partially. The next day I returned and asked for these to be fixed. I asked for my nail polish to be completely removed and reapplied but they would not and only repainted over the nail polish still on my toes. I had dip nails done. Usually they hold up 3 weeks. I know 2 weeks is the standard. I am at day 9 and I had 2 chunks break off. I have had to smooth out my tips many times as they keep chipping also. Needless to say I will not be back. I will keep looking for "my salon". Oh and if you want to have a conversation with anyone while here don't plan on it. They are not good at caring on a conversation. read more

I enjoyed my manicure here. It's a no frills type of place and they did exactly what I had asked for. I went about 3.5 weeks ago and my gel nails still look great, other than growing out a bit. I will come back. It's definitely a bit cheaper than the places I usually frequent. read more

Customer service is totally lacking. Quality is average. For the nail technician to simply get up in the midst of doing my pedicure to go do waxing for another client, without saying anything, is poor service. Also, a 5-minute massage is included in the price for both a manicure and pedicure, yet, the technician only gives a couple minutes, if that long, for each service, though I have pointed it out several times. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for 3+ years. On & off of course, but this has been my home salon. I have always had issues elsewhere, but that's besides the point. These wonderful humans at this salon know how to make you feel at home, their craft is immaculate... I am an aerospace test and assembly technician for work, I deal with small parts and tools and metal and grease and all that gross stuff with these nails and not once has one lifted (with 3 weeks of growth) or broken on me. Ever. The quality of work is great, the product they use is top tier, and I always will recommend this salon. Attached are some styles I've had them do in the past, along with the insane growth (again no lift) I would recommend this nail salon to everyone & anyone, and I've lived 45 mins away and still make the drive!!!! 10/10 read more

I started growing my nails long again for the first time in over a year and decided to find a place for a regular manicure while in town visiting family. The filing/shaping was extremely uneven and jagged and I had to ask twice for multiple edges and ends to be smoothed (both before and after polish). The edges were messy, there are a lot of visible brushstrokes and a lot of bubbling in the polish, and two thin coats was not enough for full opacity. Since they were filed again post-polish, the slight end capping was filed off. A ton of people came in shortly after me, so perhaps she was rushing to get to the others. I continued to file the rough edges once I left, and will re-shape and re-paint myself when I get back home. In positives, the salon was very clean and pretty, with covid precautions and safety measures being enforced. read more

This is my third time here and it's never a pleasant experience. All except one employee is rude. You will pay extra for everything which is normal at some salons however they typically have it posted somewhere in the salon. Here it is not mentioned until after the fact and you're getting ready to pay. $15 extra for a gel polish removal with your pedicure if you do not get a gel pedicure? If I was asking for callus removal or a hot stone massage I would understand an up charge. It is ridiculous to charge for a nail polish removal just for you to paint my nails again. read more

Went with my bestie for a girl day out, and she made an appointment to go and get 1 fill and for me a full set. Definitely overcharged for what I got, and the nails aren't even sturdy. The nails I got aren't all the way colored, and they have bubbles of paint everywhere. There was glue and paint on my hands when I left, and not to mention the product they used burned like fire. My friend didn't even get her nails done, and all she wanted was a fill and new color. Nothing extravagant. We definitely won't be going there again, and will be telling friends and family to stay clear of this horrible place. read more

Well, Im changing my review! I was not happy with this visit, not sure I will go again. I went with two friends and it felt rushed, they sat us apart and did our gel manicures in a flash. I had an appointment at 10:30 and we waited for 30 minutes. No one acknowledged us when we went in. I finally stood at the desk and asked if I was at the right place and the gentleman told me to sit down and waitThen when my pedicure was done the lady was putting my sandals on and I moved my big toe which smeared the wet nail polish. The woman got so mad and the lady next to her said don't try and help us we know how to do it. I also had a manicure and dried for at least 20 minutes and asked if I was done. I then went to get cash from the ATM (5% more unless it's Zelle or cash)and smudged one of my fingers. I asked to redo it since it should have been dry. She was so rude but redid it. Two people 100.00 because they didn't have change for my tip ... 4.00 more than a 20% tip. I looked at the work when I got home and put my reading glasses on... wow such a terrible job on my cuticles. I rarely spend money doing this as I always do my own pedicures. I was so disappointed for such an expensive outing. I am coming back in September to Phoenix with 5 girlfriends and we will not be coming here. I called another salon and they did not have any openings. I guess my first clue should have been that we got an appointment so quick. Very nice people but they did an awful job on my toenail polish. I didn't notice until I got home, but my toe nail polish was literally half missing. She only polished the center of each toe nail and missed the edges of my toenails. The only reason I didn't notice it in the salon is because I was too focused on my fingernail lengths being uneven. The toenail polish was very obvious once I actually looked down. It looks like she just made a thick stripe down with the polish the center of my toe nails and just never bothered to polish the edges of my toe nails. Then to make matters worse, the second coat of polish looked like a single swipe of the polish down the middle of my toe. So it looked extremely lumpy and down the middle of my toenails looked clearly elevated with a random extra swipe of polish. Honestly the worst looking pedicure of my life. I could have polished my own toenails better than this. I wish I had taken a photo right away but it was a few weeks ago. I even went out with friends that same night and showed them how awful it was. They said I should have gone back but I didn't want to cause a fuss. I simply will not be returning nor will i recommend this place. Also- the wait is ridiculous even if you have an appointment. And they don't have matching colors if you want a dip manicure and regular pedicure. read more

Walked right in to get two mani and pedis and weren't disappointed! My friend had to get acrylic put on her big toes because of damaged nails. They came out nice and painted over like any other. We each got the same color of our toes on our fingers. My technician was very nice and helpful. My friends was ok, she was hard to talk to and wouldn't listen 100% to her requests/questions. Came here for the first time and I'm not happy with the end result! The guy who did my nails was very nice and wasn't rushing at all. When he was finished with my nails, I noticed he didn't completely cover my nail with the color so they looked like they needed a couple more layers. I showed him and he was sweet enough to fix it but they ended up looking bulky and deformed because some parts of my nail didn't have enough nail color on it and some parts had too much. He didn't try to file it down or anything to even it out. I was also already there for three hours and I didn't want to try to make him fix it because it was closing time and they still had three people they had to get to! I was however very happy with my pedicure, the lady that did them, did an amazing job! Update- Johnny the owner reached out to me immediately. I was able to come in and he fixed my nails no problem!
