My nail technician did a great job on my pedicure, and my tip reflected the quality of his work. Unfortunately, the overall experience was less impressive. As a walk in, I waited about 15 minutes at the front desk just to get an answer on whether they could fit me in. It felt like there should have been a quicker way to determine availability. I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. Got my pedicure for the holidays by Natasha and she was great!! I don't do gel polish, just regular and they have a great selection of colors. Natasha is gentle, not 'rough' as some technicians can be and she did a great job. She was also very personable and friendly. I then got my eyebrows and lips waxed. They do a great job shaping my eyebrows. They do offer a choice of beverages if you want them. I always leave happy and pretty!! read more

I've been going her (on and off) since high school. I am not particularly loyal to any nail salon, but I notice when I come here I get consistent high quality results. They have all the prices laid out (no hidden charges) and have a fair repair policy. There are times I have broken my nails and they will always help me repair them at no extra charge. Last night I returned after going to another nail salon and it reminded me of why I miss going to the place. There are so many colors to choose from and they have a nice display so you can choose the perfect shade. I got a pedicure which included shaping/cuticle trim, color, sugar exfoliator, foot mask, mud mask, and a massage for cheaper than other places! My feet were super soft once I was finished. Then the nails! I normally just do a solid color but the tech seemed very comfortable with designs. At the last minute, I switched from a solid color to wanting polka dot nails. He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! I popped in for an eye brow wax as walk-in. They were busy nevertheless got me in fast as she just finished up with client. Overall, I liked the outcome and definitely look cleaned up. My brows are on thinner side and now I can fill in easier with makeup. I have been a customer since January and I can't believe how I went anywhere else. I love this place and they work like a well oiled machine. They start your service at the top of the hour when you schedule an appointment. I've had both pedi's and manicures. Rose did an excellent job on my gel pedicure! For even the basic spa pedicure I got a foot and leg scrub, pumice stone and hot stone massage on my legs. It was so amazing. She's also pretty fast. I enjoyed the service so much I'll be back for a gel manicure with her. They also have tons of cat eye gel colors available and a complimentary coffee bar and snacks. I've been here a number of times and the nail techs I've had have all been great. But today, I called in because I had a nail break over the weekend and needed one nail done. The salon I originally went to for the nail that broke is farther from my house and too far of a drive for the schedule I had today. Plus, I live very close to Greenfield Gilbert. I had also been to this salon quite a few times as I stated previously. All I asked was to make an appointment for one nail. My nails are short almond with hard gel, with a nude polish. Super easy. The woman on the phone asked me if I get my nails done there, which I thought was irrelevant because I am calling to do one nail, not to repair something for free. I told her that yes, I do get my nails done there and she responded that I hadn't been there in two months. Again, irrelevant, because I would pay for the service. I asked her why it's an issue to schedule an appointment for one nail (what if I was from out of town in a pinch?) She put me on hold at least three times to talk to someone else about my appointment request and after the third time on hold, I asked why this request was hard to accommodate, because to me it seems pretty straight forward. I asserted more than once that I am not looking for a free service, that I don't care who the tech is, that I will pay for it; it's just a broken nail that I need to match the others. She came back and said they "aren't going to fix another salon's work", which again, was NOT WHAT I WAS ASKING. I just wanted one nail done. Period. For a fee. I asked again why I can't make an appointment for that and she kept saying the same thing: to go to my original salon. I cannot believe how complicated this is as for a request this simple. She was dismissive, extremely rude, short, haughty, aggressive, and unhelpful. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she just said "I am the supervisor", which I definitely do not believe because decision makers don't put you on hold 3-4 times to figure a simple request out. Hard to believe that a supervisor would conduct herself the way this woman did: with zero professionalism. read more

If one does more detailed set of nails and pedicure, it does feel relaxed else it can feel rushed and not satisfactory (the European manicure felt very rushed) but I did do the dip manicure and it was amazing! I don't get my nails done often, and it was my first time visiting. I chose it because it seemed to have a decent rating and its proximity. First, it is a pretty large salon, and even though it was a Monday at 11AM, it was quite busy. The atmosphere felt busy and noisy--definitely not like a "spa." A lady did my pedicure and a gentleman did my manicure at the same time. The lady was helpful in helping me choose my color. I also feel that she did a good job. However, almost as soon as the gentleman came up to start the manicure, he started gossiping about another coworker. Then, after the woman walked away briefly, he enlightened me on what they were gossiping about. I was polite in my responses, but I was not interested in discussing another coworker's messy personal life. The gentleman was also quite sloppy with the manicure, completely skipped over the lotion and massage. I walked out of there feeling overstimulated. OK, I have never ever ever in my life done a bad review for anybody, any place or anything. But, I am beside myself right now as I'm writing this. I have been going to this salon for probably 10-15 years and the techs have done an incredible job. I have never had a complaint. Here's where the story changes... I always get gel pedicures and the last time I had it done my big toenail broke, I made an appointment, got it fixed and they told me it would be $10. Then, a week or two later, my other big toe broke (I dropped something on my foot) and for some reason this time they charged me $15. For the exact same thing they had done the week prior. I questioned them about it as I didn't understand the price increase for the EXACT same thing??? Then, I had my toes done again just two weeks ago, a brand new set. I work at a school and one of my sweet little girls hugged me and stepped on my second toe and broke it. I called today to see if I could get it fixed, and I was told they will no longer fix my toenails. The manager said she wouldn't and even the higher-ups said they wouldn't. Say what???? Because I had said something about the change in price from $10-$15??? I guess I'm a horrible person for saying something and questioning it. My name and phone number were flagged. Crazy!!!! They treat people horribly in the higher-ups over at Greenfield Nails in Gilbert. Please don't ever do them wrong or question them. First timer to this salon. My son had bought a gift certificate for me for Christmas. My daughter is in town, so booked an appointment the week prior. The process of scheduling was convenient. However, you'll be sent two separate text after booking (if you call in to make your appointment). One is the booking confirmation link which you do not need to do anything as you've already scheduled. The other is to "manage your appointment" this one I opted out of completely as they want your credit card information and they can charge your card if you cancel your appointment or (if need be) add any additional fees that would be out of your control. I do not like anyone to have my CC "on file". Kinda like being held hostage & can be compromised. I was able to avoid it by simply calling to confirm the day before when receiving that text message again. Sunday at Noon was our timeframe and they were busy when we arrived. We picked out our color and only waited a short while until our two nail techs got us seated for our pedis. The chairs were nice as they lean back and have many massage options. In looking at their menu we both choose the European Pedicure. It's the standard service, but includes a leg massage, hot stones and your choice of color. Total time frame was about 45 minutes from start to finish. Pleasant experience and enjoyed both of our nail technicians. Nice decor and layout of this location which recently expanded to have more space. They also have a salon in Chandler, but not as large as this one. This is their OG and seems to do a great business. We were happy with our salon experience, pricing was affordable and service was great! We even got a punch card at check out for next time and we will consider going back when the future pedicure calls. I was also texted a link to rate my expertise after the service, but do not have the Fresha app. So, Yelp was my go to, to share my involvement. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation.I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over 2 years, and I am beyond disappointed with how things are. The staff member Julie is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only does she overcharge for services, but she also used my language skills as an excuse for poor communication about prices, which is completely unacceptable. Today, I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance, and on my day off, they called me just an hour before to cancel, saying they did not want to work on me anymore. This is absolutely disgraceful, especially after I planned my day around this appointment. This salon is a complete disaster. The customer service is horrendous, and Julie's behavior is extremely offensive. She has horrible communication skills as well as the rest of the staff. Needed my nails done last minute for me and my husband's 1 year anniversary today. I called as soon as they opened to see if they could get me in and thankfully they were able to get me in same day right in the morning. I have been going here for years now. I moved a little further away from the shop, but this is still my go to nail shop. Clean shop, clean nail tools, you can also book online. Hoale and Cici take such good care of me and my daughter every time we go. They have sooo many options for nail colors for lawyer, gel polish, dip powder. They have a private group room as well, great for spa parties or bachelorette/wedding groups. The owners are super responsive. I went in on 06/19 for a pedicure and a builder gel mani. They seemed busy so i'm assuming they had a man who is either brand new, or is training do my nails. He was super nice, but did a terrible job. My pedicure nail polish has streaks and when he was doing the hard gel application he got gel all over my fingers and he applied it like regular polish. It was a mess and for $110 I would have done a better job myself. It was my first and last time at this salon it was a complete waste of money.
