Gave this place more than enough shots but every time I'm more displeased than the last. Will not be coming here again. I get the most basic you can ask for ( simple French tip most the time) they ALWAYS leave the under nail dirty and ugly my last set was so misshaped and the sides were so bad. Believe all the bad reviews!! This place and especially Jade are all very unprofessional. I have been a customer for a while even with lots of negatives and after Jade was very rude to me I will not be back. First off, she constantly goes on her phone during appointments. She does average work while the prices are above average. I also can't forget to mention this place is dirty dirty dirty. Today was my first time coming to New Moon Nails for a pedicure and I will be coming back! But can someone please explain to me how taking off a set and getting a whole new set of acrylics is 80$ total but getting a 55$ pedi turn into 115$ pedi if you do acrylic on them? but 60 more dollars just to do acrylic on the toes?! Never see jade she's so rude and her work SUCKS!!! I will never see her again after the way she talked to me alone very condescending and even was making fun of me at one point I asked her to darken some lines as seen below and make some even and I was hit with her raising her voice at me and telling me no when she didn't even understand I was saying and I even heard her saying stuff about me to her colleague sitting next to us when I was paying you can see below the rest of the mistakes in the pictures. Awesome I paid almost $200 to get ridiculed made fun of and treated like a second class citizen. Jade will make sure she will go outta your way to make you feel unwelcome when I was paying her came out to greet the next client "that she was rushing me for" and asked if she wanted any water zyz. I didn't get greeted nicely or asked for any refreshment either. Very disappointed in my services today I was even nice enough to tip her bc obviously she needs it to fix her bad attitude. I went to this "nail salon" on Wednesday 7/17 and I got dip on my nails and gel on my toes. I paid over $100...on Thursday 7/18, I woke up with 2 of my toes missing the gel and on my toe nails and one of the dip on my fingers was chipped...for the amount of money paid, I expected better quality. I will no longer be coming back. I was a regular at this nail salon for YEARS. Recently each nail tech had their own price point. I've been getting French nails just a different color tip and maybe on charm on my ring finger I always paid $60-$65. I always had different nail techs but I did have a preferred at times. I got a nail tech once and I felt adventurous every now and then I got nails with designs. I got quoted $65 for French pink nails with a chrome heart bow on ONLY my ring finger. I showed the nail tech the picture I made sure he can do it and he said yes and quoted me the $65. Come to now making the design I CAN TELL he doesn't seem to know how to make the heart bow and then looks up at me and tells me it's going to be $80. I pushed back and told him you quoted me $65 I would have never said proceed if you were going to change your mind and quote me more. I'm not paying for that. He sighs annoyed and said well it's chrome. I said I showed you the picture before hand and I told you this is exactly what I wanted and you said yes for $65. At this point the girls I'm between to look at me because the nail tech begins saying no. The nail techs he's between start speaking to him and he's speaking with an attitude with them. They must've told him to just do the chrome because he then proceeded to do the nail half assed and is annoyed that it made me annoyed and I said just put the bow charms on. You don't seem like you want to do it. You're already quoted me more to something that I NEVER agreed to. I wiped off the polish off my nails put the charms on and didn't almost put my top coat on until I reminded him. This was my 3rd time trying to give them a chance. Im so fed up. He wrote on the sticky note $80 for the fucking charm placement! I told the girls up front what happened they did nothing and made me pay the fucking $80 I NEVER agreed to. I then sent the manager an instagram message letting her know what happened and I got left on READ. I have screenshots of that proof. I called to address my issue and she never wanted to talk to me. Considering the fact I've been loyal to this place since 2016-2017 and I come from Goodyear which is insanely across town. I recommend other places near the west valley that do a better job than here and don't charge by mail tech and have set prices that are reasonable. This place is not like it used to be. This place was fun and full of character and now it seems so sleezy. I gave more than 3 chances to this place and never again. Don't waste your time. Unless you want to give it try make sure they quote you right because it's supposed to be 1 SET price for all. Not based off the nail techs work. French tip, any color is supposed to be $60. Not more than that. Even if you call they'll literally tell you the set price. Just be careful if this is the place you want. read more

I got a mani pedi for $170... just wanted to start by saying I hated them the French lines I got were huge and they weren't even straight they looked awful my manicure was also bad she only put one layer of polish on which I've never seen. The reason why I didn't say anything is because they were so rude I didn't want to argue the tech was incredibly aggressive with my hands pulling and twisting them really hard and giving me a terrible attitude not to mention who I'm pretty sure is the owner was a dick head himself on the phone acting like wasn't even there and instead of using his word just pointing like I wasn't important enough to even give a reply to. I will NEVER go back there and I highly advise you not to as well unless you enjoy being disappointed degraded and have shockingly low quality nails. read more

I really wanted to like this place because they produce some high quality art and the techs seem to be pretty competitive. Unfortunately it is kind of dirty and little bit ghetto. I had a terrible pedicure the first time and a fill with art (both times fill was done by same tech) the art was on point unfortunately acrylic was not her strength or she did not have time as she missed several key steps that produce quality fill. I went 3.5 weeks between fills and had moisture under the acrylic, a couple of breaks (one she did not fix), didn't do the underside of the nail, those were the annoying issues. The price was right the first time. The second quote I received was laughable and showed lack of experience. Really cool chick but if you want a quality set, I'd keep looking for a new salon. Super weird both times I made an appointment they never took my name and the appointments were not made correctly. People seem nice but you can do better elsewhere. Not to mention the customers were kind of rude, like 4 people they played their phones on loud listing to tik-tok and watching tv shows. Super annoyingly loud, as if they were trying to compete. I heard some great conversations about people paying to suck toes from the chick next to me, that was the highlight . Maybe I'm not their target demographic but they certainly saw me as a mark when pricing. Hopefully they provide more training on the basics and it would be super cool if they cleaned the snot, slobber and random goo of the station dividers. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed after my visit here. I made an appointment over the phone (they never took down info which I found weird), came in with a friend both getting acrylic full sets. Both of our techs lacked technique and my friend (a nail tech herself) even had to ask her tech if she could file her own nails after multiple times trying to correct him. We both were disregarded in what we wanted, our opinion throughout, and our concerns. It felt very much like they wanted us in and out at the fastest pace for the next buck to walk in the door. Both of our sets lacked all quality that you would expect for what you're paying. We immediately went to a different salon to fix what we PAID FOR. In the pictures you'll see the reference pic, the result, and then what the other salon ended up doing as a last minute fix prior to them closing for the night. The nail tech at booth 11 #1 didn't even let me pick a gel color, said he showed my my pinky before he did the rest and he didn't. #2 I went to put my hand in the light, he pulled my hand out and messed up all of the polish and then he blamed it on me and now all my polish is lumpy #3 he missed the sides and corners of half of my fingers.
