Been here 3 times in the last few weeks and I've been satisfied every single time. I've had a manicure and 2 pedicures here so far, and I am proud to say I've found a gem! The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it! Within 5-10 minutes, Vamp Beauty reached out, letting me know they were open and had availability. They had already caught my eye during my own search--their polished website stood out (not many nail salons have one), and their luxurious list of pedicure options impressed me. The bonus? I live just 10 minutes away. They fit me in, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., the salon was bustling, with multiple technicians working on clients. I had a short wait, which was no big deal considering I booked last minute--I was grateful they squeezed me in. The facility is spotless, with flowers and a chic pink theme. The atmosphere had a nice balance: lively chatter without being overwhelming, friendly staff, and happy clients. I was treated by Tam, who is now officially my go-to technician. She really listened to what I wanted, gave a phenomenal massage, and left my toes feeling fresh and clean. The extras were a lovely touch--flower petals and fruit in my hot water, a wrap, and an overall luxurious experience. I chose the Vamp LUX Glow Pedicure because I like to have it all: trim, callus treatment, mask, hot stones, wax, and even a warm shoulder wrap. I never felt rushed--instead, I felt pampered, relaxed, and loved the scents throughout. It was truly an enjoyable experience. The team had such great energy, they looked like they were having fun and clearly knew many of their customers by name, which you don't see very often anymore. Kayla gives one of the best pedicures I've ever had because she is thorough and allows me to relax. They smile and take time to make sure the customer is happy. I've been coming here for a once a month for 4 months with my mother in law. Most of the time they do a great job. The service is friendly and the salon is clean. There is a woman everyone refers to as Mama and she is the best! So sweet and kind and does an excellent job. I wanted this to be my constant go to but based off my last visit, idk if I'll be returning. The woman who did my pedi was on her phone the whole time scrolling through youtube. Stopped mid painting my nails to scroll through videos. Didn't set a timer for the massage and did a poor job of cutting and painting my nails. I left the salon with crooked toe nails and had to fix them at home. She was so distracted the whole pedi that it put me off to the visit. I wanted to get a gel mani/pedi last minute for a wedding and walked in on a Tuesday morning. They were able to get me in right away! I've been going to this nail salon recently, but I don't think I'll be going back. They put acrylic behind my nails and it just feels uncomfortable. They were too lazy to do a soak off when that's what l asked, but instead they wanted to drill underneath my nails, and she put glue. They looked fine underneath the lamp, but once I went to wash my hands, it looked gross. That's when acrylic was added behind my nails, They did all that but not a soak off it's completely ridiculous because you're paying for a service. I was told that she didn't know how to do the design I was asking for another lady took over design wasn't the problem. That's why I am very upset that I need to go somewhere else where they can do what I ask. I've come here twice in the last month and both times I have loved it. Always warmly welcomed in, not a long wait time, and the room is bright and happy. Each time I've gotten exactly what I wanted, medium stiletto with red high arches(I got a bunch of compliments on these), shorter grape colored almond shaped, and the pedicures have been great each time. She took her time cleaning up my cuticles and nails up which was very much needed as I haven't had a salon pedicure in a year. After painting my toes to perfection, she ACTUALLY massaged my legs for a FULL 10 minutes. Salons always claim this but don't actually do it. This is an awesome salon! I went to them 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and an acrylic set. The two ladies who worked on me were so nice (Lyn and Jessie (I hope I'm spelling your names right!)) Lyn worked on my nails for 2 hours and even did a design she was unsure she could pull off but she expressed her worries to me. She pulled it off! Finally, she was really kind and told me to come back in if I notice the nails are too long and I can't type. The ladies here were so friendly! I went to another place for years. Then they changed and absolutely destroyed my nails and skin. So it took a lot to trust another place now that I'm healing. I desperately needed a pedicure though. So I took a chance here because I liked the name and reviews seemed good. So glad I did! I was greeted by a sweet lady (so sorry I didn't get her name). I let her know I was allergic to gel. She explained she had some gels that were made without the chemical I'm probably allergic to. I was leery but decided to try it. After I was sat, the same nice lady came to show me the gel and we talked about my bad experiences prior and I showed her my healing nails and skin. She came back and put some stuff on my nails that helps them heal and grow. I didn't even ask for it. She was just sweet! My pedicure from Ann was so thorough and she was so kind. She even checked my big toenails and asked if they hurt (one sometimes does because it gets ingrown). No place has ever asked or checked it. She was so gentle! I got the callous removal and I'm super ticklish. Ann was so careful and I didn't flop around like a fish for once! My feet are so soft now. The scrub and massage were amazing! She even asked if I wanted the massage harder or softer. No one ever asks! Honestly everything was so fantastic here! My toes look great and my feet and legs are so soft. Also happy to report I haven't had a reaction to the gel! I'm definitely going back to this nail bar and I can't wait for my skin to finally heal on my fingers because I'd love a manicure from Vamp Nail Bar as well! read more
