Incredible personalized service , my nails are always stunning , and never lift or come off even for over 3 weeks in between my fills ! Honestly, I went here because my normal nail salon has been super backed up, and I was in desperate need of a fill. I wish I would have just waited for the next available appointment at my main place. The seating was SUPER CRAMPED and uncomfortable. You are right on top of the person behind you, and the tables are narrow for your legs. No purse hook was available for my bag either, so it was set it on my lap, or the floor. I showed the tech what I wanted, and she didn't explain how it was done at all, she just did instructed me to pick out a color and that she would grab some silver glitter. The tech seemed very rushed, and I felt like I was nickel and dimed for everything. The end result was not like what I wanted, as shown in my attached photos. I have polish missing off of my tips, and the glitter starts too far down, so there's a weird polish gap at the top. The ombre overall doesn't even look good, either. It's chunky and doesn't blend well. I just wanted to get out of there, and it's a HARD pass for future business. You couldn't pay me to come back here. I don't even want to give them a chance to fix it, because it should not have to ever be fixed; It should be done right the first time. read more

My girlfriends and I were staying nearby and decided we all needed pedicures or manicures. We chose this place due to the mostly positive reviews (you can't please everyone right?) We walked in and were seated right away - 2 of us for pedicures and 1 for manicure. They were pretty busy for a rainy AZ morning. What I LOVED was the cleanliness of this place. They take sterilization seriously here. My guy opened a nice sterilized package of tools for my pedi. I got the aromatherapy pedicure as a splurge. It was wonderful with all the extra massaging and treatments. The staff was very friendly, particularly the owners husband who works in IT but helps/supports his wife and her salon. I would totally come here again if I ever was staying in the area. read more

Had to find a new nail salon because I was unhappy each time I left my old one. I am very particular as any unwanted lump, bump, slant or shape that is different on each finger, will drive me nuts. I am also very sensitive on my nail beds so the tech needs to be extra careful. Found this salon on Yelp with very good reviews. I only do dipped nails now as it is not painful to remove. This salon not only does the dipped nails that I need, this was the first tech I have had that paid attention to the shape I had and listened to everything I wanted! I am thrilled with my nails! I have been doing dip for my nails for several months now. She shapes them beautifully and can do anything! She is a sweetheart and very accommodating. I like my nails pretty simple, but I have seen her work on others - and she is a skilled artist! Ricky won me over on my first phone call to the shop. I was inquiring about the difference of dip and acrylic. He took time to explain in detail what the benefits of both were and also asked me how I had heard about the salon. Yuck, this place rushed through my parties pedicures and mine is so bad I actually still need one. If all I wanted was a polish change I would have asked for that. I wanted to support a local small business but I'll never go back and I'm disgusted that we gave them so much money today. UPDATE: the day after my pedicure the owner reached out after reading my review to make things right. He offered to fix what I felt was incomplete or wrong and fit me in that day. He also offered to do the same to anyone else in my party of 6 who was dissatisfied. He did additional training with the staff who was there using my feet as the example and assured there would be follow up with the staff member who did my feet the first day. I'm satisfied with his solution so I changed my stars from 1 to 4 to reflect his attention and efforts. read more

Called back and he told me to come in for pedicure. Took care of me right away, one woman did my spa portion and another painted my toes and did cute artwork. I was "cheating on" my usual nail salon to try out T Nail Lounge, of which I had read some good things about. As someone who relies on Yelp to point me to great places, I was most impressed by this: You can leave a message on Yelp asking for an appointment. The salon states that their typical response time is 10 minutes. Ricky (the owner) was on it! I think he replied instantaneously. Ricky also takes the time to introduce himself and ask how your service is going once you arrive. I found the salon to be clean and nice, with tub liners, complimentary water, etc. The owner states that all tools are sanitized as well. I bought the Chic Spa pedicure that was one step beyond the basic one. It included a sugar scrub, though the menu says it will be a sea salt scrub. (I was happy about that, because I prefer sugar scrubs.) I also received a hot stone/hot towel treatment which I believe Ricky said comes with all pedicures. Tommy was my tech and he did a great job. I usually prefer female techs because they aren't as rough with your feet, but Tommy impressed me. He gave an especially good scrub/leg massage/hot stone treatment. I love that he took the time to make sure my polish was done right. Overall, I was very pleased with T Nail Lounge, and may be tempted to switch over from my previous go-to spot! read more

Very nice service. I called in the morning to have a nail fill, a manicure, a child manicure, and a man's pedicure. I wanted an appointment because we were going to the movie in the afternoon and I didn't want to be late. They were able to accommodate us and were understanding about our time constraints. They did a really excellent job on the nails and the pedicure. They did cute Christmas designs on my nails and my granddaughters' nails. They were very kind and very nice. I went in yesterday for a gel manicure and left with a manicure that you could see my natural nail through! I had gotten a black polish with sparkles and 4 coats of it, I could see spots of transparency! I called not longer after I left to talk with the owner, Ricky! Ricky was extremely helpful and offered a free service to remove the gel and redo my manicure with a different color of my choice! I went in today and he delivered exactly what he promised! The nail tech removed my previous color and cleaned up my nails before going ahead with my new color! I'm so much happier with how this set went and I'm so glad Ricky was so kind to have them fixed for me! But make sure you pick a good color that won't be see through! I'll definitely come back here, I love how they turned out! read more

Update to yesterday's review: Ricky the owner contacted me right after I left this review and he offered to either redo my toes or a refund. He explained that the polish that was used yesterday was too thick. I opted to redo them. This time, the technician didn't paint all over my skin & was very attentive to detail. My toes look much better than yesterday! Thank you Ricky for reaching out to me to rectify the issue I had, you have earned yourself a new recurring client! Yesterday's review: A group of us went in today for manicures and pedicures and the customer service from the owner to the employees were top notch! The owner, Ricky, checked in on us and made sure we were all satisfied (which I haven't seen from other salons I've been to.) Giving a 4 star instead of 5 for a couple of reasons. 1) the polish on my toe smeared an hour after the pedicure and the lady who did my toes got the polish all over my skin. 2) I've seen that when using the same dip container for all clients instead of putting the dip powder in a separate container can spread nail infections. Seeing T's dipping the clients finger directly into the jar of dip powder steered me away from getting dip today. If the owner decides to change that, I'd be more than willing to get a dip set here over gel. read more

I have to admit that this place is one of the best places to get your nails done in my experience. They last so much longer than any of the other salons that I've been to. I can get the dipping powder and make it last for up to a month with no chipping at all. The only reason I need to get them done at all is because they've grown out too long. So I just got done with my second visit to T Nail. My first time in I only had a pedicure done. Although there was a very minor mishap, while paying at the counter the manager Ricky addressed the issue even though I didn't feel the need to complain, made sure I felt heard and expressed his need that I leave feeling satisfied. I felt 100% better after leaving and decided that I would definitely be back. Today I went in because I needed my eyebrows waxed and it couldn't have been more perfect. Tee was quick, efficient, and delicate. She asked me if I wanted them cleaned up or shaped, listened completely and my brows look exactly how I want them. There's so many things that could go wrong getting a wax somewhere you haven't been before, but now I don't want to go to anyone else but Tee. For $12 it was more than worth it. This was my first time here & I was very happy with all the work that was done. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set acrylic pink & white. The players: Ricky.....owner Kevin..... nails Nancy..... pedicure 1. I was greeted right away by Ricky & taken to kevin's station. I told him what time I needed to be out of there by & he had an immediate solution. 2. I chose what pedicure I wanted (#2) & Nancy started to get it ready. We decided that Kevin would work on my nails while Nancy was doing my feet. 3. I told Kevin I wanted short & square nails. He was the first nail tech EVER to not try to talk me into longer nails or rounded. He did exactly what I asked for. 4. The pedicure was GREAT. And the hot stones were the best feeling ever on sore feet. 5. The power ended up going out on the whole block, but Kevin just turned the flashlight on on his phone & continued to finish my nails. And asked me numerous times if I was happy with the look. Also, he's not a talker, which I personally like. Im not there to chat it up, I'm there to get my nails done.
