So fast-forward to today, I thought I would give them another shot as I was next-door buying groceries anyway. I couldn't believe it, I ended up getting the mother again as my so-called technician. She still doesn't have a clue what she's doing, pulled up a very messy unorganized cart that she couldn't find anything she was looking for, not interested at all doing a good job, and constantly looked up every time a customer walked in, was more interested in the conversation around us than she was in doing my mini pedi. She haphazardly trimmed my nails, did minimal filling, did not trim my cuticles, and spent less than 10 seconds on each heel scrub. Got a wet rag, (not even heated), wiped my feet and said " your the special right" . I nodded yes and she said "your done" The owner was doing a pedicure on a customer in the next chair, so he has to be aware of the mother's limitations, but still chooses to let her work on customers. This is very unhealthy and unsafe. Most states require nail technicians to be licensed.

I tried three different electrology clinics before coming to Kim. I first started to visit Kim about 16 years ago and she really helped to get my facial hair under control. Other technicians did not seem to be able to remove a good amount in one appointment. And, at the other places, it seemed like my skin had a hard time healing from treatments, like maybe they had not used the correct setting. Luckily, I was able to get a lot of hair removed during each appointment with Kim. I did not have full sideburns, but the hairs I did have were thick and persistent. Now, I go a few times a year for touching up. More recently I have taken my two daughters to see Kim so she has literally helped my entire family get rid of their facial hair. Her prices were definitely cheaper than the other people I saw before her. More importantly, I cannot put a price on the service I have received over the years.
