I haven't had this bad of an experience in many yrs!! I was hurt so many times by both the pedi tech and the person that did my acrylic fill that I just want to warn ppl! The older woman that does pedis will continue to grind and not even apologize for hurting you. The nail tech ground/filed my fingers in so many places that I still have pain and abrasions after 3 days! I didn't get my polish done bcuz I simply wanted to leave! I visited Cindy's earlier this week for the first time and for a pedicure and was seated immediately and offered a cold beverage which was greatly appreciated. I requested the Classic Spa Pedicure. I was pleased with the service. My only complaint, and this will likely keep me from returning, was the technician did not use implements that had been sanitized. She simply picked up clippers, cuticle trimmers and other necessary tools from a basket she kept in her tray. I regret that I didn't speak up and question the behavior as I normally would in such a situation. read more

Came in today for a much needed acrylic fill and gel polish. As busy as they were they got me in within an hour because I didn't have an appointment. I know my bad!! Loved the option of complimentary sodas and snacks. I had a Diet Coke. The salon was crowded which is understood as it's a couple days before Christmas. My fill was great, nice gal, nice quality. I'm indifferent so far. The first time I went here Kathy did my nails and did a fantastic job. The next time I went I got someone else and I'm not impressed. I was watching do my nails and questioned what he was doing but I tried to trust his process hoping for the best. My nails are uneven and some thicker than others. He was either tired or didn't know what he was doing because his actions while doing my nails seemed either unsure or he was just done for the day. Definitely not a bad place to get your nails done but I just had a few things concerning the end result of my experience. I came here with my husband and requested for two pedicures and a manicure. Upon checking in, I noticed my appointment wasn't showing on their tablet. The owner was polite and told us not to worry as he remembered me calling in for the appointment. The pedicures started off fine but unfortunately my nail tech cut my toe. Once she applied the alcohol, it BURNED. Beauty is pain is an understatement haha. Anyways, I requested for a regular French pedicure. Although I might be super critical on this, I noticed after I got home that my nail tech failed to paint the line to the edge of the nail on my toe. Then I noticed a few inconsistencies on my manicure too. Overall it looks good from a distance but I do wish the nail tech took a little more time to focus on executing the end result properly. The vibe was very chill and welcoming. The owner was very nice and checked on his customers and employees during the time I was there. While I was there, it also got busy. So, call ahead to make reservations if you can. Pricing is average. Lots of colors to choose from. They do gel, acrylics, and even powder. Overall, I can say that I do recommend this place for the customer service and vibe. Quality of work may differ depending on which nail tech you get. I may come back and ask for Cindy or Tim as they're the ones that are mentioned in the other posts. Nevertheless, remember to support your local businesses! read more

This place has really changed. My mom and I visited on 4/11 right when they opened. We were booked for mani and pedi. Pedi was first- service was very ok. The first color I picked they didn't have and was instructed to pick another. So I picked a second color, they also didn't have. Instructed to pick another. So I picked a third color, they also didn't have. Most places would've brought out some options that they had that were similar to the colors I had been requesting from their color palette, not here apparently. The fourth color I picked she brought back and it was red whereas the color I chose was pink??? I told her that's not the color I picked and she rolled her eyes at me and looked at her friend and seemed so irritated? I don't feel like I was being difficult, I picked several colors from their color palette- it's not my fault they didn't have them. Then the FIFTH color I chose I still didn't like as it also did not match what I chose but I felt so uncomfortable that I just decided to go with it. Mani was awful, I picked a different color for my nails since I didn't like the one for my toes - she just started applying the color to my nails and didn't even ask if I liked it. It's also not very amusing to see two people at the front desk eating McDonalds. Horrible experience will never be back, there is so much nearby competition around they should try to be more professional. Such a shame as I've been coming here for over 10 years. read more

My appointment was at 11 and even though I was a little early, I got seated right away for my pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure that comes with sugar scrub, a mud mask, wax treatment, hot stone massage, and callous remover. It was a delightful experience! I also got my nails done with gel and I am very satisfied with the results. I got clear pink gel for my nails and mustard yellow on my toes. Everyone was super friendly and the technicians did a great job. I will totally be back. read more

Horrible experience from the min. I Made appointment . Separated us when specifically ask to sit together for daughters appointment it was her bday...Communicated myself type of nail an shape. Holly proceeded to do whatever she wanted! Started glueing stiletto shaped nails that curled up when specifically asked for curved ahead time... knew I really care for them as she was going along but gave her the benefit of making better. Decided I was really done after acrylic was done, wanted to leave with nothing more. She was rude an frankly, the whole vibe of that salon was pushy and unprofessional. Don't go here if you book a "take off". They will literally rip your nails off with a nail tip. Holly got a nail tip and dug under my acrylics and ripped my nail tips that had acrylic off causing one of my index nails to bleed. I expected a soak off as a take off, but no.. a take off to them is basically ripping your fake nails off with a nail tip. read more

I explained I had a confirmation text showing we were in fact early. She continued to argue and told us if we waited (no estimated on timeframe) they would fit us in. Everyone has their specialities and I'll never go anywhere else! Chloe is always my go-to for the best manicure and design and Kathy has been great when Chloe was out of town. Today I booked without a technician because it was pretty last minute and was paired with Tim. He was AMAZING! Full transparency, Chloe and Kathy give a more "perfect" manicure, but I still like my dip mani and polished toes. What really made today a home run was that I was just in to relax more than anything and Tim delivered. We've been busy, so I haven't been in for a couple months, meaning my cuticles and calluses were more unkept than usual. Tim has a stronger hand, so to some it may have been uncomfortable with the cuticle clean up, but he provided exactly what I asked for - including the BEST massage I've ever had - both for feet and hands! There are some one off reviews in here that skew the ratings, but I'm telling you - after being a client for a couple years, working with different techs, seeing the shift in management, bringing my friends and family -- this really is the place you want to be. read more

I have only ever had great experiences at Cindy's. I used to get acrylic sets and they were always strong and stayed for at least two weeks. I stopped getting my nails done for awhile but came back to get a pedicure and Kim was amazing. She was talkative and sweet and took amazing care. The whole place feels like it's been upgraded since the last time I came, they have complementary snacks and drinks and the receptionists walk around making sure everyone is having a good time. Ive frequented Cindy's for years, and today I had Emily and Kem (or Kim I didn't see her name I'm sorry) they were awesome:). Kim was very thorough and didn't rush doing my toes like other salons and they came out perfect! She communicated with me how I wanted the length and didn't file the bottom of my feet like I asked! Most techs just do it anyway when I say I don't want it. Emily did my finger nails and I threw her a difficult design, but she redid them until we both liked the outcome. I've been going to Cindy's Nails for over three years now. They are by far the best nail spa in the area. My go to Techs are Chloe, Cindy and Van. Chloe and Cindy do the dip on my nails and Van does my pedicures. They recently moved just two doors down from their old location. Their new spot is stunning. The ambience here is great and the employees are superb! Oh and I can't forget about Allen. He and Cindy own the spa and they are both wonderful! Allen always makes everyone laugh. Let me start by saying the staff is nice. I wanted to really like this place since it's by my house, but this is the second time coming here and experiencing the same issue. I got my nails done YESTERDAY, (gel manicure) and one day later my thumb is peeling. This happened last time after a few days but since the service was there and employees were nice I decided to give them another chance two weeks later. I want to start by saying that my nails look fantastic! My issue is not at all with the quality or the look or with how my technician did! I came in asking for a fill and needed 1 repair (my thumb nail was missing). After taking off the polish my nail tech noticed that a couple of my nails were lifting so he said he would need to remove them and do a fresh nail! I said that was fine and even said that he could take all of my nails off and do a fresh set since they were lifting but he said that wasn't necessary. That was fine by me! But when I went to pay it was $50, and I asked how much a full set was and she said $55... I wish he would've done a fresh full set and had me pay 5 extra rather than only replace 3 nails (and if others were lifting I will likely need a new set anyways..) I will be returning since I love the look of my nails! I just wish they had been upfront and clear about that because it felt like I basically paid for a full set and only got a fill... read more

Chloe did my nails and they came out amazing! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she made them look even better than the photo. I would highly recommend her for your nails! She is very nice, takes her time and really listens to what you want. I loved that she kept asking me to make sure I was happy with how they looked along the way.
