I recently came into this salon because my go to salon was was under construction at the time. I wouldn't say i'm an expert or very picky but I've been getting monthly pedicures for years, usually sticking to a basic pedicure, which always leaves me satisfied, until this visit. The basic pedicure comes with a sugar scrub, lotion massage and of course the basic heel scrub, nail cut, and cuticle care. While the staff was friendly, I felt that the service didn't quite meet the standard I'm used to. My "massage" felt more like she was just rubbing the lotion on me, my nails were not cut down enough (which is my fault I could've told her to go shorter), and I also felt like she didn't even try not one bit for my heel scrub. Also, usually my polish lasts for a good 3 weeks, sometimes even a month but I felt like I needed a touch up by week 1.5. Overall, I appreciate the effort and friendliness, and I think with a little more attention to detail, the experience could be even better. read more

TLDR- super thin acrylic fill, gel polish chipping in less than a week, not the shape I asked for, and too short. I will not be returning to this establishment. I wasn't going to leave a review, I was just going to take this as a lesson learned and not go back there. However, I went in last Thursday to get a fill and new gel color. It's now Wednesday and my nails are chipping. I typically can go 3 weeks and my nails don't chip but are ready to be filled again. When the nail tech here filled my nails, he then filed then down on the top so much that he took all the acrylic with it and they are super thin! The whole point of acrylic is to make them thicker and stronger, and also be a barrier when using the UV light on your natural nails. He made them round when I asked for square and went shorter than I asked him to. I am not one to complain, and I hate confrontation, so like I said this was just going to be a lesson learned... I am very frustrated that they are chipping after less than a week though. Complete waste of money and my time! read more

My friend and I came in for the first time today for a pedicure and full set. We were told Lee was phenomenal so we requested her to do our nails and let me tell you she did not disappoint. Hands down the best nails I've ever had done!! She was so sweet!!! We also got pedicures and the techs that did them were so good!!!! All the employees were so sweet and welcoming. The vibe was so chill and relaxing. Loved the decor. We will definitely be back. Definitely recommend this nail salon!!!! read more

I am able to get the nails at a fair price, typically with little wait time. I have come here over the past five years and my satisfaction with the nail technicians varies. Most do a good job but some rush their work. I have to examine my nails carefully to ensure they match and I'm satisfied. I'm not very picky but nails are expensive and you should be happy when you leave the salon. read more

I love Paris Nails! Getting special time with my daughter is very important. She is a beautiful teenager sweetheart with Down Syndrome. She is very physically sensitive and extremely shy. Going to Paris is her absolute favorite thing. When we are there I have an ear to ear grin because of the extra care they give her. Leaving today I asked her how she liked her manicure and pedicure. She said the nice lady made her feel beautiful. That meant the world to me. Not only do they always do a beautiful job but they are really great people. This is why I have gone to Paris for years. I went in for a full acrylic set, and walked out with an amazing set! Lee did my nails and the quality, look, and everything came out amazing! The front desk girl was awesome as well! Loved the conversation while I was waiting for my appointment. I would definitely recommend this place! The ambiance, and the vibe were very welcoming. They are family owned which I also love! And the list of services they offer is endless! I was referred to them! And I am glad that I was! I'll definitely be telling everyone about them! This place was worth the drive also! DO NOT GO HERE, YOU'LL GET INGROWN NAILS. If I could give no stars, I would. I paid for an expensive pedi plus gel (which was an additional $17!) and have had FOUR ingrown toenails. I've never had one in my life so the first two I thought maybe I stubbed my toe or something, but the third and fourth I knew it was an ingrown toenail. I called and they said "that happens when your nail grows out" ummmm I've been getting pedis for 28 years and never had a single one but go to your establishment and get FOUR. Not only are they gross, they are extremely painful and your entire toe swells and gets red. I also got a mani. I ended up getting two ingrown nails as well but they weren't nearly as bad as the ones on my toes. Honestly I don't like posting bad reviews but they didn't try to help me at all and I've had to buy topical pain relievers and soak my feet 3 times a day to find relief and try to get these to heal. I can't even work out not to mention putting a shoe on. Imagine 5 really big splinters in your toes all going in different directions and the slightest bump brings a tear to your eye. If they would of been willing to help me I wouldn't of made this review. But spending $200 plus tip for this and terrible customer service, I have to share and warn :( read more

I went in and got a pedicure, which was great, however, I brought my own gel polish and made it known. They still proceeded to charge me $17 which is absolutely absurd in itself considering you can buy 2 bottles of gel polish for that. If they wanted to charge $5 extra for using the lamp I'd have been ok, but nothing says good customer service like charging $17 to use your own polish. As a nail tech myself, I charge $5 extra for gel, period. read more

I love this Salon !!! I have been coming here for 3 years! I would NEVER go any where else. We travel a lot and I will Wait to come to Pairs Nails!!!! The staff is amazing. I really like going to Paris Nail Lounge monthly. All the employee are super friendly. The wait time is about 30 minutes or less and it's good a environment with jazz music on or the TV channel is always on food network or home builder channel but is good to watch while getting my manicure or pedicure done. I never made an appointment because I always abel to get in right away once I arrive. It's always pack on certain days of the week so I avoid that. The prices remain the same which I like not like other nail salon increase or add hidden fees upon check out. I would recommend this place to a friend or a new person in town of Queen Creek. read more

I've been here a couple times. They're nothing extraordinary. My friend and I were getting pedicures and the girl doing my friend's toes had earbuds in her ears and was watching a show on her phone. For the guy that did my toes, he did a decent job. I asked for the pineapple passionfruit scent but he brought the orange scent and seemed annoyed that I told him I wanted the pineapple passionfruit. read more

Okay, let's leave an honest review here from my experiences. First, I am someone who has had my nails done before, but I am not someone who goes often. My mother in law came here to try the SNS dip powder that is all the rage now. Her nails turned out nice and she wanted to treat me too. We set an appointment and went in on a busy Saturday. The service was good, the people were friendly. I had a pedicure first then went to SNS. The technicians did a good job. I was honestly happy now trying SNS and was hoping to regularly get it done. I even told my MIL I was happy with it, as I prefer short nails. 3 weeks after having these nails on... my thumb nail started coming off. Not my real nail, but the sns part. No big deal until IT CAME OFF AND MY NAIL WAS GREEN UNDER IT! I was really confused and started googling this. Apparently its a bacterial infection from unsanitary tools. I'm assuming because they dip your finger straight into the dip powder every else uses this is the cause. I am incredibly grossed out and upset. I am waiting for the doctor to come in and I am crossing my fingers I won't need medication for this. My friend told me this happened to her, it took a year to get rid of! Are you kidding me? Waiting for the doctors results and planning to call the salon tomorrow to let them know what's going on. I am going to stick with naked nails for now. On a positive note, the people are nice. I was excited to try this nail salon because of how close it is to my house. I've lived in this area for over two years and I still really haven't found my place. One of my biggest pet peeve's is when you make an appointment and still have to wait as if you were a walk in. That's exactly what happened to me here. I made an appointment ahead of time. I really am the easiest client as I get a regular manicure and pedicure with no polish. I do like to be able to get them both on at once, which is my only big ask. I understand that's up to the availability of the technicians. Although I arrived on time, I still had to wait 15 minutes. The place was busy, and the girl who greeted he was very kind and offered me water, however I have a baby at home and I really don't have a lot of time which is why I made an appointment. I wasn't happy with my manicure and pedicure either. The technician was super nice, but she kept yanking at a hangnail on my toenail. I told her to stop doing that because I've gotten infections from that before. She didn't listen and she kept yanking at it. Well, I ended up bleeding. Then she tried to put the stipple stuff on it which it will make an infection even worse, FYI. I told her not to put that on there. She felt really bad. It was really painful for over a week and I was nervous that there was an infection. I didn't think that their pedicure bays were very clean either. Overall, I won't be returning and I was disappointed from this experience as I was looking forward to potentially having a new, close place nearby. I've been here once before and it was okay. Today was just so disappointing, and really could've been avoided. I'm pregnant and can barely reach my own feet so I was really looking forward to a nice pedicure. First, the lady didnt cut my toenails and I honestly didn't even realize it till she was putting the polish on. She barely touched my cuticles. She didn't like the color I picked so she made me pick a different one last second. Which I'm not totally sure she even used the new color I had picked. She started putting polka dots all over my big toe without even asking and I had to stop her and have her wipe it off because it was so messy looking. Then she decided on a flower right in the center on my toe and it is just sloppy. Looking at the finished result I'm really not even sure she filed my nails, they're all so uneven. Even with an appointment, I waited 20+ minutes-this happened twice. Off color French, very raised and hurt to get filed on the sides for the oval shape. Ouch! Too expensive. I have been here several times and I am happy with the results every single time. I've been to multiple local nail spots and when I stray-I always regret it! Today I took my 11 year old daughter. I got the dipped nails and she got gel nails. They were able to match our colors so we could match ‍ And we were so pleased with the results! Yikes..... if you are a nail tech and your customer shows you a design they want..... DO NOT DO IT IF YOU'RE NOT COMFORTABLE DOING IT!!!!!! For a year I've been looking for a place to go to get my nails done. I've been to Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale. And I was never happy with the quality. I moved to San Tan Valley and came across Paris Nail Lounge. I went on a Saturday to get a fill and they were so busy, and unlike a lot of places... I was greeted by Anthony (I believe his name is) as soon as I came in the door and made me feel welcomed. And even though they were busy, he sat me right away at a station to look at gel colors and within 5 minutes or less a nail tech (Avery) came to start working on my nails. I was so glad they had such a variety of colors. And the nail tech that helped me Avery, was soooo sweet and nice! She did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and did it exactly how I wanted it! She's the best nail tech that's worked on my nails since i moved back to Arizona from California. After my fill, I got an eye brow wax. The lady who helped me did a great job as well. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience here from the time that I walked in the door to when I left. I would definitely recommend Paris Nail Lounge to anyone looking for great service and quality. read more

Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

It's our first time here and we were excited as it's my daughter's first time at the nail salon. I asked for a pedicure for myself ($58) and polish for my girl's hands ($12). The store wasn't busy- after all it's a Tuesday early afternoon. We were sat down promptly at the pedicure seats. Two ladies were assigned; one for me and one for my daughter. What happened next absolutely shocked me to my core. They were talking about us in Vietnamese!! One asked the other what my daughter was getting and they were complaining that I didn't add on for her toes - telling each other how cheap it is and dissing me for me not adding it. Last I checked $12 for 3 minutes of basic polish is pretty good business. That's a meal, or someone's hourly wage. I didn't say a thing. Just sat in shock. This is the first time that I've ever heard anything bad being spoken at ANY nail salon about ANYONE. I'm the only Asian client in here- what?!? Pretty risky IMO. If they're speaking about me, they're definitely speaking ill about you. The owner called to apologize but that was the extent of the process. I wont be back and will be sharing my story.

Ana -- She did an amazing job with my pedicure, and the massage?? Top tier. The kind that makes you forget bills exist. MVP: Sam -- Sam absolutely understood the assignment for my manicure. Not only did he listen, he EXECUTED. My design wasn't basic--this was a Pinterest-level, detailed, complex moment and he nailed it (literally). You could tell he was proud of his work... and honestly, he should be because my nails came out beautiful. Price I'm from LA, so my standards are high and my wallet has seen trauma. I am so happy to find a good nail spa where it's upscale, clean, they treat you with care, and the finished product looks professional. Well, I was recommended to go to Paris Nail Lounge in Queen Creek and am glad I did! It's well worth the drive. Nick did a fantastic job on gel manicure and Nancy did a tremendous job on pedicure. I can sit there, watch one of the many televisions (sound is off) and listen to relaxing music while they do my nails. What a great and peaceful experience. The place is spotless and I can always get an appointment when I call in advance. So, enjoy your spa experience! I give it a 'thumbs up'! Will definitely return soon. read more
