Honestly just leaving a review because I don't know how else to get ahold of the owner…read more Tonight I called to schedule an apt for me and my young daughter to get a pedicure and I was asked to hold while JJ got on the phone and started to tell me that I am not allowed to come in for services anymore. I'm absolutely shocked. Apparently my account is flagged because the last pedicure I got (also had a head spa apt) the girl didn't paint all my toes and I didn't notice till the day after. I work full time and have 2 littles and it is very hard for me to be able to schedule a time to do something for myself. So when I had tried 3 separate times to come get my toe painted every time I was told they didn't have room. Which is totally fine! I understand being busy! But I asked for a partial refund so I could walk into another salon and get it done. Which I did. I was not rude. I just couldn't make it work to come back for an apt in a timely manner so I simply asked a question and JJ gave me that partial refund with no explanation that I would be not allowed to come back. My problem is that I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS. I bring friends and family and my kids here! I love greenfield nails! I would have never asked for a partial refund if I understood I wasn't allowed to come back? I come because I truly think greenfield nails is the best. JJ claims she told me this and she was very rude on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and when I asked for the owner or when the owner would be in she told me she didn't know and that they were out of town and didn't know when they'd be back. What I would like is to be able to have a conversation with the owner. JJ did not communicate with me about not being able to come back and she handled me trying to make an appointment very unpleasantly. I do not think that what I did warrants the way she has treated me or not being able to come back. I paid for an expensive pedi that was not completed I got told they didn't have time on many occasions and so I was given a partial refund for the trouble. And now I'm not allowed to come back? Please reach out to me because I would very much like to be able to come back.

This place has lost its "touch" since opening…read more I used to come here when it 1st opened for a luxury experience. Great service, great design skills, excellent pedicures. But, unfortunately, this place is beginning to lose its "zest". What once made the stand a part from the everyday nail shop, now has this place feeling like everywhere else. Messy stations, dusty floors, slow technicians, and over promised designs. Not to mention it took me 2 hrs to get a full set, before the design. The technician rushed my shape and as not friendly after I mentioned it. Felt an eerie feeling of discrimination upon paying when I voiced my concerns. Witnessed multiple customers receive better tone of voice and accommodations when displeased. Mgr "accommodated" by taking off $5. Only bonus they still have going for them is the drink station.

We about 10 minutes into the service we got a menu for complimentary drinks. The drink options were mocktails, sodas, water, and mixed drinks with champagne. I personally got a mocktail called the sunrise Morrison which was DELICIOUS! My mom and daughter upgraded to the mint lemon pedicure which includes lots of upgrades, they pour milk on the legs to nourish, do callus removal, a mint sugar scrub on the legs, lemons squeezed on the feet and legs, and cucumbers. Helen was my pedicurist, she was nice quick and payed attention to detail, Queen did my daughter pedicure and was so sweet and thorough. Tom took care of my grandma who suffers from neuropathy and arthritis in her feet and she didn't complain or have to correct him once (which is rare because she is very vocal if something hurts or is not feeling right and seems like everywhere else gets some critique from her but not this time) the nail salon was not too loud, we could all talk to each other and hear each other but there is music on it's just at the right volume

I've been going to LUX NAILS since having moved to Arizona a few months ago. Their staff is nice,…read morethey do a great job no matter what you're getting done and they have two of the cutest little salon mascots -- adorable little fluff ball Pomeranians. I mean, talk about a combination of animal and beauty therapy. The salon is spacious, comfortable and they play some of the best music. That said, there is one disappointment here and for me, it's hard to say if this is a normal thing being that I'm new to Arizona and still adjusting or if it's something that only this salon does. The issue is this: when you get a pedicure you're presented with different spa treatments to choose from. The prices listed on these treatments breakdown what is included, or what is supposed to be included in the price. However, when you go to pay for services, the prices increases and you are told that the extra charge is because one opted for gel polish over standard. It's happened twice to me and it doesn't make sense at all. If the spa treatment you choose automatically states that one gets gel polish, scrub, massage, and a paraffin wax dip for $55 as an example, it should be $55 in cost before any tip is added. However, at the counter the price increases, which is closer to $100. This is frustrating because what you see if not necessarily what you get per se, so you have to really pay attention to the spa treatment options and make sure you ask about any extra charges post service.

The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.
