I've had the absolute pleasure of developing a great client and artist relationship with Jessica. She is so bubbly and friendly and an amazing artist. I am truly impressed with her talent and work. The salon is very clean and welcoming. As soon as you arrive you're greeted and the checkout is seamless and quick. The music is nice and the selection of colors is great! I've been seeing my nail tech, Jessica, for just over a year now as you can see from my previous review. I've always been happy with her work and my experiences at the salon. I usually DM the salon via IG to book my appointments, but this time I called and spoke with someone directly. I requested a gel pedicure and a new structured gel manicure, with the previous structured gel removed. Unfortunately, there was some kind of miscommunication, because when Jessica started my nails, she began cutting them very short. I stopped her quickly and explained I wanted to keep my length and just have new structured gel. She told me she had been told I wanted a new set with tips. At that point, my nails on one hand were already cut much shorter than I wanted, so I told her to just cut the rest to match. She apologized and offered to fix it by adding tips, but I declined because I haven't had tips in a long time and preferred my natural nails. I told her several times it was okay and I understood it was a miscommunication. She removed the removal fee from my service, which I appreciated, and I still tipped her and told her I'd see her again in a few weeks. Despite the mistake, I actually still enjoyed my nails! Unfortunately, when I went to book my next appointment this past week, I received a message from the salon telling me they would no longer service me. They didn't offer to have another nail tech take me on. I was simply told good luck finding a new salon, and then my messages were left on read. I have been replaying my last appointment in my head and thought maybe if were a brand-new client, I could maybe understand the decision. But after being a client for over a year, always walking away enjoying my nails, knowing the staff, and having referred 5+ close friends and family members to the salon, this was honestly pretty upsetting. There are a lot of things I'll miss about this salon. It's close to home, I've found nail techs I really like for both manicures and pedicures, and my boyfriend even likes taking me there for our pedicure dates. He's able to make the appointments easy since the salon knows us well, Most importantly, I really had thought I found a nail salon I could stick with. I'm not going to give a low star rating just because I'm upset with the situation because despite everything, I still walked away happy with the actual service I received that day. But I am disappointed in how the situation was handled by the salon and especially in how quickly a year-long client relationship was dismissed over what started as a simple misunderstanding. I almost wonder if I rebooked that same day if they would have declined my request then or not. Anyone who is particular about their nails knows how hard it is to find a good nail tech, so I guess I am officially on the hunt for a new salon... hope no one else has a similar experience!

I was a walk in, I got in right before a bunch of people were told 45- an hour wait time because 5…read moreemployees called out sick. I was moved to the pedi chair and station, with the same supplies used for me as the woman before me who had just left. I was only given the gel colors. I asked if these were extra, the lady who was doing my nails said yes. I asked to see other colors and she may not have heard me but I didn't press it. The rest of the pedicure went well. The big problem was the manicure, I had put in at check in that I wanted gel polish. During the manicure I was pressed to do a red French tip because the color I had chosen was "too dark for a wedding". I was uninformed that this would be an extra charge and it turned out lumpy and patchy. My total was $103. I will not be returning.

While I walked in with no appointment I was able to check myself in on their kiosk and get sat in a massaging pedicure chair within 5 minutes. My nail tech Billy came over and helped me for the next 5-8 minutes confirming heat was okay, which pedicure I wanted from their menu, the color of my choice and topped. Once this process finished a drink menu was sent my way. My Pinot Grigio ordered and headphones in, the next 50 minutes spent in heaven.

I've been avoiding nail salons lately because I've had bad experiences in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. The massage chair worked perfectly, and the massage on my legs and feet was exactly what I needed. I usually do a backfill of acrylic on my nails, but I'm over that and wanted something less maintenance-intensive. So, I decided to transition to natural nails by going with a gel overlay and a gel polish. I'm happy with the results. The nails are shaped well, and I like the overall look. The pricing for the gel overlay was a bit high, it's not like it's a full set of acrylics but the price was as if it was. I'm not thrilled about that, but everything else went great.
