needed a good pedicure and this was close by so I popped in and was seen very quickly. The place is well lit and very clean. I went with the deluxe pedicure and got a nice leg and foot massage, which also included a salt scrub and hot stones. In and out in an hour and my toes look beautiful! I come here to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The environment is so very peaceful. It's my favorite appointment to attend. I always book my appointments online. It's so convenient. I'm always taken back immediately. Trina does such an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is the sweetest and most professional gal. I just love her. I'm never rushed and she always does a great job. The service was quick and professional. They have a wide variety of colors. I like that they are open late, have enough staffing and their pricing is reasonable. I did take one star because I think there was a language barrier and I ultimately did not get what I asked for. I wanted nude and showed a picture where the nails have your natural skin color and clear polish on it/ nude and fade to a soft white color at the tips which is the color of the tip that's added on. My friend really loved the holographic color on her accent nails. read more

This was my first time at Trina's and I won't be returning. My gel manicure came out okay but not amazing. My cuticles were painted over and the shape of some of my nails were uneven. I had high hopes with all the great reviews. Maybe I was unlucky with my nail tech, Selena. She initiated a 15 minute phone call to a doctors office while doing my nails, not a relaxing experience. She paused multiple times to get her insurance card out and press numbers on the phone. I also paid for a deluxe manicure that is said to include "a neck and shoulder message while experiencing our warm lotion treatment." No neck/shoulder massage given, just an awful hand massage. I'm very dissapointed as I feel like I'm easy to please when it comes to my fingernails. If your looking for a relaxing and detail-oriented nail salon avoid Trina's. read more

Worsted pedicure ever. I took two friends there today since I was in the area. They cut up all my toes and still proceeded to try and file them more after I stated that she had cut me. She kept smacking my toe to try and show it was no big deal. Pick somewhere else to go. I've attached a photo. read more

Nails look ok. Service was not good. The lady wasn't talking to me at all. Messed up with the idea that I wanted. And then got mad at me for it. I sat quiet and said it was ok. She finished my nails quickly and then told me " you are done". I tipped her over 20% because I tip well. I've gone to two nail salons now close by my home (this is one of them) and the two I've been to the ladies are very rude. Not coming here again. When someone gets their nails done it's a TREAT. I shouldn't feel worse than when I came in. People need to understand the importance of being friendly at a business. read more

The services are quick, professional and clean. They have a wide variety of services. I like that they are open late, have enough staffing and their pricing is reasonable. I love that my nails hold up and rarely do I ever have issues. Lilly is my nail gal and love how she does my nails! Ben and Selena are very good as well. Tony and Tina have done my pedicures and like I said rarely have issues. Just make sure that they know what you want. I shouldn't be sharing as it's hard to get it sometimes lol but worth the wait! read more

Mom, my husband and I went for pedicures today. We were greeted when we walked in. The ladies were ready for us even tho we were 10 minutes early. Tina, Cynthia, and Selena worked on us! They did a fabulous job. Cynthia was gentle with mom's 82 year old feet and helped her put her shoes and socks on after her toes had dried. Selena was very gentle with my husband and didn't try to scrub his callouses away all at once! Tina did a great job on my feet as well! The salon was cool and clean. The clientele was a mixture of older and younger folks! I liked that you could book online and didn't have to wait to be seen! Wonderful experience at Trina's! read more

I don't ever write reviews but seeing how well the reviews are on here is really confusing based on how my nails were just done today. I was excited to try this place based on the reviews and I was extremely disappointed. Everyone was very nice and friendly; the issue were my nails. I asked for a simple black lined tip with almond shaped nails. I've gotten this at several other places and they always turned out pretty similar. When I went here my nail shape was wrong and I had to correct them but they still came out way to wide for an almond shape, my black lines are bulky and big which looks extremely unflattering, the lines aren't at all even, and my nail bed was done close to a white shimmer color than the actual color of my nail bed. I still paid for my service even tipped because again they were nice and I understand they have to put a lot of time into doing these services. But I am going somewhere to get my nails fixed because I have an event to go to this week and I cannot have my nails looking like they do right now. Again I never have made a review before. I also know mistakes happen and I've had my nails not exactly how I wanted them but close enough to where they still looked nice. For this place to have a 4.0 review I'm making my review because this is the exact opposite of what these reviews have said. Great customer service but unless you are wanting a solid color nail and a wide shaped nail at that I wouldn't come here for anything but that. It could have maybe just been the nail tech, but I did have a picture reference and three different techs looked at it and told me this tech could do it. I am medium on this review- I stopped in to Trina Nail and Spa this week for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. My pedicure is great- exactly what you would expect from similar salons, hot stone massage, etc. The polish looks good. My dip however, is not so great. The filing is very uneven and choppy. My nail artist did not do any nail maintenance before jumping into color either- (soaking, trimming, lotion, etc.) we just went right into color. There was powder all over my hands at the end- polish on my fingers, and color stain around my nails. Debating going back to have it fixed :/ A little on the pricey side too. read more

This was my first time going to Trina's nails and spa friendly people a lot of regulars good connection the only reason why I didn't give a 5 star was because I payed for a classic pedicure and the lady didn't clean inside my toe nails left the dirt I work construction and could get rough feet for 30 dollars poor job read more

We are visiting family and my husband and I decided to get Pedicures. This was his first one and the experience was totally enjoyable. I booked the appointment online and we got right in on schedule. Tony was awesome and very accommodating. There was a liner in the foot tub that was changed after our pedicures were done and the tubs cleansed. Went in at 1pm on Saturday for a basic dip manicure. They told me they did not have time for the rest of the afternoon to do the manicure. I called them again on Tuesday asking if I could come in for the manicure and they also told me they did not have time all day.. I saw good reviews but I did not think they were very friendly when turning me down both times and they did not even suggest other times I could come in. I would not walk in if you wanted to go here as they will probably turn you down read more

I love my nails, this is one of the only places that I've been where they haven't absolutely jacked up my nails. not only was the application good but the shaping and the look of them are also incredible. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Or at least don't get the dip nails. I have never had my nails messed up so bad before. My nails are crooked, not smooth, and not even close to what I wanted. I asked for my nails long too and he cut them short, like very short. I thought I could deal with it but the worst part was he was sanding down after he finished the color!!! So all my nails have scratch marks and have patches or no color! I honestly think it was his first time doing the SNS Nails and it will be the last time I ever go here. read more

I have to be honest when I pulled this place up I was shocked to see such a high rating! I came here years ago and because of the distance I haven't been here in 5 or so years.... I was in the area and thought I would run in for a pedi. Upon opening the door strange smell... Not a huge deal but yuck! I needed to use the restroom before getting started so I had to pass by the lunch and utility room on my way. GROSS!!! If it wouldn't be obvious I would have stopped for a picture. State Board owes this place a visit. Mirrors haven't even been cleaned in a while... Just overall grimy and is need of a good scrubbing and even a remodel. Hasn't changed since the last time I was here. I only proceeded because I noticed they don't reuse files and the utensils were packaged like they were sanitized. I gave it one star because of that and the lady that gave me a pedi a decent job. I won't be back! read more

I was in desperate need of some nails TLC because of my friend's wedding in 2 days. I reached for my trusty Yelp app and Trina Nails was only 12 minutes from my place so I took a leap of faith. Background story: the last time I was at a nails salon in California, I had an awful experience because I overheard and understood all the nails ladies side conversation and saw how disrespectful they were to their clients. I honestly was afraid of facing the same situation again. Trina Nail and Spa recovered my trust in the Nails services! Parking: sufficient private lot as part of the strip mall Facility: the salon looks new, clean and is not filled with chemical smells! Fresh towels for customers to dry their hands. Service: awesome! I walked in without an appointment and Trina was able to squeeze me in, so thankful! (But I do recommend booking appointments ahead of time, they're very good and quick at answering the phone!) Trina Nail seems like a family run business. All the technicians are nice, friendly, respectful to the customers. My UV gel nails finished in about 25 minutes after a wait of about 15-20 minutes, not bad at all! My nails looks awesome! Overall: I had a very nice experience. Their prices seem very reasonable. I don't get my nails done very often, but the next time I do, I will definitely head to Trina. There is a .99 cents surge charge on credits and debit card! I recommend bring cash to tip because the employees will get their tip quicker that way ;) read more

I went here for a simple Mickey outline with gel and they couldn't figure out the design so I left with just plain nails. Within 24 hours one chipped and in under a week 2 nails were half chipped away. I won't be visiting again. read more

First time visit, we were very pleased. I feel like the price was REALLY high. The staff was wonderful and my nails / pedi turned out great. $180 for 2 pedis a mani and an ombré nail set. But not from AZ so maybe prices are high Lee here than what I am used to. Will definitely go back, but sparingly at that price. read more

I wear my nails all natural and was looking to get them buffed up in preparation for my engagement…read more If you're getting acrylics this place is probably great, but despite bringing a reference photo and coming with my nails long so that they could be shaped into anything, the technician essentially butchered my nails -- fingers and toes. She didn't buff the ridges off like I asked her to multiple times and her idea of shaping was literally just cutting off the entirety of the whites on my toenails. For my fingernails, she chopped almost all of the whites off claiming she was "making them even" then cut the sides into a truncated coffin shape (coffin only looks good on long nails, and my reference photo was not a coffin shape!). She left them Jagged and Uneven, even after I asked multiple times for them to be filed down or corrected because of how insanely sharp they were. I work with children and nails that sharp could cause injuries. I could have done a way better job at home and should have saved myself the money, but I was really hoping they'd be able to do something extra perfect for my big day. Instead, my nails look like I asked an 11-year-old to just chop real quick -- anything but professional. Also: Fragments of the edges of my toenails that didn't cut cleanly were left shoved under the left and right edges of my nail bed after she tried to cut up the sides and I told her not to because that's one of the fastest ways to cause in-grown nails! Basic stuff any professional should know. I'm deeply disappointed. TL;DR: The technician I had was friendly but not professional at all. Don't come here if you want them to shape your real, human fingernails without adding acrylics or anything like that -- they'll chop them like you chop your preschooler's nails when you're rushing out the door to daycare. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience.
