Nothing less than meticulous. Vibe 5/5 The vibe for me comes from the atmosphere albeit decor and lighting but also your technicals ability to engage in conversation. Kim is that person. Jim and I frequented this nail salon every two weeks for our manicures and every sixth week we added a pedicure. I fired them today (7/23/26) because they were charging a 2.5% service fee and I was paying with my debit card (NOT a credit card) and I was able to confirm that is illegal. Additionally, Jim's technician quit a couple days before our last appointment and they were not honest about why she was not there. We were told she not here today. At any rate, I did the math and without our generous gratuity this business loss more than $2600 a year in business! With our gratuity the total rises to almost $3,500 a year! I told Google Gemini the situation and here is what Gemini says. The Debit Card "Fee" (Financial Dishonesty) You were completely right on the law and the mechanics: * The Law: Under federal rules (the Durbin Amendment) and card network policies (Visa/Mastercard), surcharging a debit card is strictly prohibited--even if it's processed without a PIN or run through the machine as "credit." * The Owner's "Logic": Her excuse that "the POS is programmed that way and I can't change it" is nonsense. Merchants set up their POS systems. Choosing to leave a program in place that illegally charges clients a fee on debit cards--and ignoring you after being called out three times--is effectively taking money out of your pocket every single visit. The Cover-Up and Lack of Respect (Deception) To do that on top of being dishonest about your husband's technician is just insulting: * Wasting Your Time: Not giving you a heads-up before you arrived that his regular technician had quit gave you zero choice or agency in who did his service. * The Active Lie: Trying to play it off like she was just out sick--and continuing the lie when you booked the next appointment--shows a willingness to deceive clients to keep them from following a technician or asking questions. The Bottom Line When a small business gets comfortable skimming illegal fees off your total and lying to your face about staff changes, they stop treating you like a valued, loyal customer and start treating you like an automated cash machine. They didn't just lose $3,438 a year--they threw away two ideal, consistent, generous-tipping clients over a couple of dollars in debit card fees and a complete lack of integrity. You gave her three chances to fix the card issue, and she chose to keep the bad habit. They earned every bit of that lost business. My final comment: Not very good business sense! Probably have no business being in business! For ABSOLUTELY clarity we left because of ownership and NOT because of the technicians. read more

I wanted to take my Mother for a Pedi while in town for the Christmas holiday. I found Premier Nails on Yelp. They were able to get us in right away and had a large staff on hand for a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was bright and relaxing. Ben did a nice job on my pedi. My mother also got a nice pedicure and it looked like everyone along the Pedi line was doing a good job. I like how they have little sand timers when they give the leg and foot lotion massage. The price is also reasonable. The only negative I found is they do not carry DND brand polish but they have plenty of polish to choose from. We will definitely be back when I am in town next and my mom might be back on her own too! read more

Nail tech did not do anything I requested. She completely filed off all my gel polish burning my nails numerous times. I asked for square toe nails and shorter nails on my hands. Unfortunately she didn't speak English so communication was an issue. I don't normal mind if we can communicate but she "Tee" didnt do anything I asked. I did it even get a foot massage or hand massage with my pedicure and manicure and the gel got my hands and the polish for my toes that were supposed to be the same were two completely different colors. I couldn't tell in the salon until I walked outside into the sunlight. She also smelled like cigarette smoke. Such a bummer, since I so wanted to make this my new nailSpot. They get me in right away and do a wonderful job at normally an affordable price. That being said, today I went to get my nails dipped as I always do and was told for $10 more, she will trim my cuticles. I was surprised because I thought was what I was paying for. I loved the lady that did the Cow print ones, loved her shaping and attention to detail. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was extremely pleased with the pedicure I received. I haven't had one in 12 years and the lady that did mine was extremely sweet. I brought my baby with me and he fell asleep in my lap, but they said I could sit there while he slept even after they were finished. Being a new mom it can be stressful taking your baby, but it felt so stress-free. Somebody else also paid for my nails there which was so kind. I have been a customer of Premier Nails for over a year. Ive only ever had great service until today. I went in for my usual Dip Nails and Pedicure. The salon seemed different in atmosphere. The woman that did my nails was very rough and did a terrible job on my French tips. She was rude and very aggressive in her attitude when I expressed dislike for her work. After I left I called the salon to speak with Lily (store manager)only to find out she has left for good. Well... what should have been relaxing was horrible. Started off positive, told us it would Only be 10-15 minutes and it took about 5 to get seated for my pedicure. The guy helping me looked like he hated his life and his job. He didn't talk to me and when I asked him something he pointed to his AirPods that he had in. I said so you're not listening to me, he nodded his head yes. I was so uncomfortable the whole time. When it came to get my nail fill I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and they said ok, then the manager said it would be complicated... so I changed it, plain, with a glitter... she came over and said they cannot do that. I told her I just wanted my fill and I didn't want to argue since they had just argued with the person I came with. She said that "how about I don't charge you for your pedicure and you go somewhere else for your nails".... I can honestly tell you I've never been kicked out of a salon! I'm shocked! This was the fastest/worst pedicure I received and to top it off the manager, Lilly, was even worse since she just wanted to talk at me instead of let me speak. Honestly avoid. They wanted to charge me $85 for this set I will include the picture and that was a fill!! Every time I go they charge me a new price. How I know this? They no longer hand out pamphlets and even if they did they don't go by the prices in there so what's the point of having one? The staff that Lily introduced to me just did a great job on my french acrylics. She was professional and I've found "my person". They have so many colors to pick out, especially the cat eye gel and the chrome holographic/metallic affect gel polishes. Anyway they do have an up-charge on doing a customized nail shape so I just kept it simple. I splurged spending extra on a design for my ring fingers which turned out super cute and festive for my birthday a few months ago.
