Medium sized; bright , tasteful modern contemporary with a sheik LED spiral chandelier at the counter. Service 5/5+ Today my manicure/pedicure was done by Hanna. I selected menu #2 which included exfoliation, salt scrub, hot stone oils, pressure point releasing and message after the pedicure. I consider this essential care for my feet. I drove a distance to go here because it had good reviews. After only two days, my toe nail had chipped and one of my fingers had chipped. After 10 days, paint chipped off of two other nails. I'm now on day 13, all of my nail beds are way out and there is a huge space between the paint and the cuticles. And this happened days ago! I spent good money and gave her a $15 tip for nothing. I left on a trip 2 days after I got my nails done and my toe and one finger had already chipped. I had to take the polish completely off my nail. Also, I had to ask for a water. When other customers came in and were offered them. I'm not a Karen, I'm a very nice person. And I rarely complain. But this is just beyond. read more

I love love love how my nails always turn out but unfortunately the last three times I have been in I have to wait 25-30 sometimes 40 min today they missed my fill and color change after I called and made a appointment. The last time my chrome nails started to peel and did it again right after I had them done. My mom wanted to treat my sister and I to a pedicure for my sister's birthday. This place was conveniently located for them. It was going to be a girls day, which was definitely very needed. My sister booked three pedicures for 10:30 AM. We had to wait a few minutes past our appointment before they seated us in the pedicure chairs. Not a big deal. They first started working on my sister around 10:40 then they started working on my mom at 11:10. After waiting almost an hour. I had plenty of time to assess my surroundings. I noticed very dirty employee caddies, someone else's toenail clippings around the base of my pedicure chair and other chairs and what looks to be dirt or mildew buildup around the spray nozzle connected to each pedicure station. After these observations I decided not to get a pedicure. On a sidenote, I thought it was very interesting that on the one TV they were playing SportsCenter and on the other TV was a guy eating a lot of food over and over again. Went with a group of 4 (after calling in about 3 hours ahead) and we had no wait! The inside is clean and neat. We got basic pedicures and I got the gel. The hot stones and massage were awesome! The staff was friendly and upfront that the gel would be $15 extra when I chose it. Overall a great experience and we would all return there! read more

So I'm always honest about my reviews , first time I came here my mother recommended this location back in March had a better experience! Now yesterday June 27th not so great ! So keep a long story short I'm pregnant and due in 3 days I decided to come to this nail shop which is almost 2 hrs from my house ! Bad ideal I hate to say it but being black service was not the same as the rest ! For starters it wasn't very welcoming ! I noticed how they greeted all there other skin tone customers compared to me! My pedicure was 120 with tip ! I wouldn't recommend this location if you're black ! You most likely won't be greeted and treated the same! Felt rushed ! My feet are swollen due to my pregnancy and they were talking a different language and laughing I hate to assume but it was pretty obvious I was the joke ! Secondly I didn't get to choose which flavor of scent I wanted for my pedicure however two white ladies were offered a choice for the same pedicure as me ! We were sitting right next to each other ! My pedicure felt rushed water was cold and they kept stopping to help people at the front like my money wasn't good enough ! I really just wanted to relax and get a great spa treatment smh what a waste of my gas time and money ! I will not be back and unfortunately you shouldn't judge a book by its cover ! I happen to own multiple businesses in Phoenix and bad customer service something I don't tolerate! All I can say about this location if your black take your money elsewhere , unless your ok with being treated like your not welcome ! My toes aren't the best either had to keep pointing out noticeable fixes !!! YOU ALL SHOULD TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME! If I wanted too I could have paid for everyone getting service yesterday ! I booked an appointment via phone for two deluxe manicures. Upon arrival we received a less than friendly welcome greeting and were told to go sit!! Someone gave us the colour swatches without speaking. 15-20 minutes later another employee said follow me and directed us to the area for pedicures. When I told him we were there for manicures he was confused and told us to "go sit" at the front again. 10-15 later the same young man took us to a table for our manicures and we sat for another 10 minutes. When I booked the manicures I had gone to their website and decided on the nail technicians who we could book with, and was told they were, indeed, available. Both were females. The young man told me he would be doing mine first. When I informed him that we had booked specific technicians, once again he was confused. One we had booked was Helen, to do my mom's nails. When I asked where Helen was, once again, he looked at me puzzled and I told him she had been booked and I asked where she was. This was now over a half hour after our arrival. Off he went and came back again. He put our hands in bowls to soak and left again. There was so much unexplained confusion. I asked if Helen was even in the salon and was told she was in her way. He left again. My mom and I wondered what was going on and finally we got up and left. At the front counter I expressed my disappointment and the manager did not even have the decency to apologize! The young man, who was caught in the middle of terrible management did apologize, but the manager said nothing!!!! I've never seen such poor handling of a customer at a nail salon in my life!!! I used to come here all the time but last time I went in a new lady who I've never seen before did my pedicure and it was absolutely awful. She kept telling me I looked like a man because I don't wax my face or neck. Said I needed to do that to make my husband happy. So gross. I reluctantly had her do my eyebrows because they needed to be done and she said she would do my neck for me. Never once mentioned the extra price or an upgraded price. Next thing I know I have a $140 bill for two pedicures (one being a kids) and a full face wax! WTF!!! I felt so taken advantage of and embarrassed and did not want to make a scene in front of my young daughter so I paid the bill and didn't leave a tip. I won't be back. My mom & I have been going here for years for our pedicures. We have never had any issues. We love the pedicures we always do the $50 VIP one bc of the extras the hot rocks and the massage. Tina is always nice when we go in talks to us asks about my kids & work always very pleasant. Today will be my last time ever going, and that's sad bc this has been one of my favorite places to go. I'm a busy mom of 2 and I don't get to go often anymore my husband sent me to go get a pedicure today and treat myself & instead of that I left mad and shaking. There was a gentleman getting a pedicure done when I had arrived. I did the VIP pedicure as normal, the guy doing my pedicure puts the sugar scrub on my leg with his fingers like always rubs it down my leg once and washes it off (so basically did nothing) then puts the wax stuff on my feet and the hot towels on my legs, walks away. He comes back takes them off grabs the lotion (I was hopeful at this point he's actually massage my legs like they do) he did a quick massage got the lotion on just my legs (does nothing to my feet) he grabs the got rocks, put them on one leg and just does one fast pass down my leg, puts them to the side never touches my other leg then proceeds to go into painting my toes. I should have got up and left after the sugar scrub but like I said I've been going here awhile wanted to give them the benefit of that. The gentleman that had already started his pedicure way before I walked in was still finish his when I was already done ( which is freakin wild bc normally I'm there for at least an hour getting my pedicure not 25 minutes) I go to pay and tell the guy that was the worst pedicure I've ever had there and I'm basically paying $50 just for him to paint my nails. He says he's sorryI offered me $10 off and told me 'next time when you call just let me know you don't want him to do it' I don't think that in anyway rectified the situation at all. I still over paid for basically just my toes to be painted. I wanted to talk to Tina but she wasn't up front when I was leaving and I was shaking so much I wanted out of there. I'm beyond disappointed in the services provided today that I paid for & the fact my treat to myself was ruined. read more

They pushed gel on me and my mom multiple times even though we said "no thank you" then didn't have many other choices in color. Our nail techs took maybe 15 min max to do the whole process so not very relaxing. We paid for a "lower leg and foot massage with warm towel treatment" that was not provided.
