Christina always ask what I need to work on and also makes suggestions based on what she finds needs work. At the same time she educates on how to get the most out of the massage benefits. The facials are amazing and I always feel that we are addressing immediate needs while looking to future benefits- my skin looks amazing. She was honest with the reaction questions I had but made me feel comfortable. The area was clean and followed COVID guidelines, which I appreciated. My eyes were closed most of the time so the music inside helped. The chemicals reminded me to when my mom used to perm her hair. I guess it was the same process but a different process with the lashes. The process took about 40 mins. I absolutely loved the way it came out! I'd definitely go back and get them again. I have to admit, at first I wasn't sure about this back waxing thing. I mean, its not exactly a massage... Luckily, I found Lindsey and Expressions Wax Spa. Her warm, friendly and professional demeanor put me at ease, and made the experience less painful. Its several years later now and although that girlfriend is gone, I still enjoy visiting Lindsey every 8 weeks or so. I've followed Lindsey as she's moved locations and built her business. Her newest studio is as warm and inviting as ever. I've also referred others - she's that good. Guys - if your wife/gf is complaing about that sweater on your back, go see Lindsey. I had to wait to get on the spa table as the break is broken. She joked about not wanting it to fly into the wall. I purchased the lash lift & tint thur Groupon for $56. Ali asked if I've had lifts before and I let her know yes, years ago. She stated she's had trouble with the lifts taking on customers. I should've read all the reviews as it seems to be a lot of customers. I'm use to the person cleaning off lashes, and taping bottom lashes. Then measuring the rod to see which fit. We went with a small and she said she had to tape my lashes as my lashes didn't fit on the rod. I'm not sure what she is using but getting lash lifts for 6 years never had an issue. So she tapes my lashes and applied the solution. She puts a timer on for 9 minutes. After she puts the tint on and asked if it burns. Which it didn't. I asked about brow lamination/tint and she said we could do it for $50 as she charges more on her site. Then she did a brow/lip wax. After she showed me my results and they seemed off. She must have seen my facial expression because she said oh we can't brush or get them went for 24-72 hours. Later on in the day my lashes started to burn and not even look like a lift. Then the brown lamination/tint was clumped and didn't take as well. $76 gone for services that didn't take. Wax was good but everything else is disappointing. I sent her email about my lashes and got no response.
