Great experience, It's New Years Eve Dec 2022 and I'm visiting from California. I got up early and went to get my nails done based off of Yelp and what was close to where I'm staying. Also spoke with a few people who live in the area over the last few days and the reviews on yelp are pretty accurate. I had not appointment and they said wait time would be about 20 min i only waited more like 10min they were super busy. My lady was CeCe and she did exactly what a wanted and shaped perfectly. I will say they are way more expensive then california I got simple nude acrylics with gel gloss and just a little gold on tip of ring finger and it was $80 with tip. My nails were bare I took my own nails off before I got there. I was treated very nice when I got there by the man and lady that helped me. I have been coming here for the past 5 years. When I moved here I tried multiple locations and was never satisfied I am not fussy, or that picky either. I then found Premier Nails, and haven't been anywhere else since. Lily is the owner, and is beyond amazing. All the employees are fabulous. I love that they get to know you, and when I arrive I get hello's from most of them. I have never had an issue with my nails, except once, and they immediately fixed it! I work in the retail industry and always receive multiple compliments regarding my nails. I will tell everyone to go there! I don't use just one tech, as I feel Lily cares about her customers and wouldn't hire anyone who didn't care about their clients. Amazing! Lori is one of the best. Highly recommend getting a pedicure with gel. She went above and beyond.

We have been using their services for over a year now but after this last visit never again. My daughter and I went in 2 weeks ago for pedi and dip. She had a new full set put on 3 weeks prior by there team. This time she had 2 broken nails and instead of just fixing those 2 broken nails they put another complete set on her. Lucy who was her tech cut her in like 3 different spots as well. I specifically asked her to make hers a little thick because her hands are always in water and guess what they started cracking and breaking in 48 hours. I've brought a lot of business to them over the year as all my friends and neighbors have started going too. Not anymore after talking to everyone they haven't been satisfied with there quality of work lately. read more

the salon i usually go to was booked so i decided to come here. i had acrylic nails that were overgrown so i made an appt. for the removal and for dip. i sat down and the person who was doing my nails began to do a fill instead. i wasn't sure if she was going to put dip on top or what was really happening so i went along with it. i had picked a sample that was a white nail with flecks of glitter in it. she then began to do gel on top. when i saw this i spoke up and asked if the nail was going to be like the sample and that it was white, not just glitter. she then told me it was just the glitter. i responded by telling her i wanted white and she just continued to paint them and write up my ticket to pay. i understand they were busy, but i felt like what i asked for and made my appointment for wasn't listened to and when i spoke up, i was just brushed aside. read more

I don't understand why I would make an appt if I had time to wait around....as I see my nail tech barely starting a pedicure on someone else... I can't guarantee I'll return. Our go to for pedicures and manicures in Mesa. All of the employees are super friendly, and do a great job. The owner is super nice as well. We always bring a young girl (6 years old now) with us, and have been bringing her for years, they are so nice with her for her pedicure/manicure. It is a busy place. Have to wait a little bit sometimes, but never too long, and if you're in that of a rush to do something, why would you be going for a pedicure/manicure anyways ? read more

I've been here a couple of times before and the service was meh. Didn't feel compelled to write a review since it was just fine overall, not great, not bad. Made an appt for a 3:30 gel polish change on my toes. Got there a few minutes early,Was told to wait for a bit. Not too long after, a girl walks in and asks if she can get a pedicure, no appointment. She ended up getting helped a good 10 minutes before me...wtf? So I would have been better off not making an appt? Absolute BS. Also, my pedicure started at 4 pm. 30 mins after my appt time, which is ridiculous. I shared my displeasure over this and none of the workers seemed to care. This place is trash. Giving a 4 star only bc they worked sooo much with me to get me and my friend in about the time i needed. But more like a 3. Tried to get nails, every lil thing was extra. Convinced us to get a dip bc it has good vitamins for the nails. Sounds good! We dont get a manicure go straight to the dip. (Had no idea this doesnt happen, wasnt asked but looked at "menu" b4 i left and it was extra!!) go figure. No cleaning hands of anything... i picked a purpleish color cuz i love purple and pinks. Turned into a red-raspberry color my friend said. Disappointed in color for sure. Girl was supper nice, talkative which was great. Friend also did a dip. She wanted hardly anything bc she doesnt like much color but was getting married and the girl convinced her itd last and stuff. So she did it. She wanted a nude/pale pink color. Turned into hot pink. Had a 12:30 appointment - didn't get us in until 1:00. Then said they were charging me extra since my 12 year olds NaTURAL nails were long for a dip manicure. They said the price in the menu is only for short nails at end of nail bed. She is 12, they aren't that long! (Again 12 year olds don't even have e grown up fingers) And after waiting 30 minutes they want to charge me more for something they never have before or anyone else does. Never going back. Powder dip stiletto manicure was 55. And she cut my nail super short where the place I went to in New York let me grow my real nail out until I was only using that. They probably have a reason but I like powder dips when they are my nail. I was mildly horrified she insisted on cutting them. And I was mildly horrified at the price. I've been coming here for a long time and my last 3 visits have been absolutely awful. I had an appointment with someone very talented and they ignored that and sat me down with done random person. Why make an appointment if they don't care? This time I was a walk in. Whoever just did my nails should not be allowed to touch people. Ever. If this is now the standard, I'll find somewhere else. Its powder DIP not powder DUMP. Guess what happens when you dump instead of dip? You get lumps. And you cant just use your grinder to even it out. He seemed to be in a huge hurry like I was an inconvenience. Now I have shitty nails and a whole bunch of red sparkles all over my hands. I didn't even get red. U got mint green. So he was using a dirty towel. A towel I had to ask him to go get. He started working with my hands on the empty counter top and let the acetone run down my arms. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere and I have had some BAD manicures. This takes the cake. They get one extra star only because I have had positive experiences in the past. Normally I would give 5 stars. But no social distancing done today and they easily could. Using every other pedicure seat and every other station would give 6 feet between clients. But not done here. Nail techs had masks and some had "raincoats " No cleaning of stations between clients. Hand sanitizer available. Will not be back soon....I'm sad. read more

My 16 year old daughter works and saved up her money to get eyelash extensions $100. She came home and a day later her eyes began swelling up. She went back to have them removed because she was obviously having an unexpected reaction. She's had them done once before without issue. We asked for compensation to at least give back something of her wasted money, a manicure or pedicure anything and the owner refused to even consider it. Extremely unhappy. This is the second time I've had my nails done by Don. First time I was quite happy except for one uneven nail. Today I went back and wanted a French tip with flowers on ring and middle finger. After 3 attempts, he finally got a semi decent looking flower that I was ok with on my ring finger. I could deal with that, but the 5 fingers that are butchered and bleeding.... ive been going to this salon on an off for the last few years i decided to go back to the salon after hearing all my friends and mother tell me how great they are. unfortunately that was not the case this time when I left the salon I was overall happy with how my nails turned out. the lady that did them kind of rushed through them (she told me she needed to get to a personal appointment) and made me feel bad about having to soak off the previous set. but they looked alright and I paid my $80. I am now maybe 5 days into my new set and the acrylic is cracking, the design on them is flaking off, my pinky nails is staring to lift as well. I understand wear and tear completely but it hasn't even been a week since I got them done. i've had designs done before and never has this issue im super disappointed. because I know they've done better but unfortunately I don't think i'll be going back for awhile if ever $80 for nails that look like they should be 2 weeks old isn't something i'm willing to pay again. read more

I want to offer a great review but I can't. They got me in with a short wait, even without an appointment and my pedicure was superb! The customer service was excellent. I was treated well and I loved what left with... BUT...my gel polish didn't cure on my hands so when I washed my hair this morning my thumb peeled back and was still wet and then another finger and then I lost it and picked it all off! I didn't go back to get it fixed. I didn't have the time before weekend events so I did not give them the chance to try and fix it though I suspect they would have handled it great. read more
