I wanted to take my Mother for a Pedi while in town for the Christmas holiday. I found Premier Nails on Yelp. They were able to get us in right away and had a large staff on hand for a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was bright and relaxing. Ben did a nice job on my pedi. My mother also got a nice pedicure and it looked like everyone along the Pedi line was doing a good job. I like how they have little sand timers when they give the leg and foot lotion massage. The price is also reasonable. The only negative I found is they do not carry DND brand polish but they have plenty of polish to choose from. We will definitely be back when I am in town next and my mom might be back on her own too!

Ask for Henry! He does an amazing job especially if you are someone with smaller nail beds he knows how to make sure they don't look stumpy or too bumpy/bulky. Always so happy when he does my nails!

Good service. Had Mike do my nails fill for my acrylic. They look very clean and I love a nail tech that can have conversation. He made a little joke and it made my day. This is officially my new nail salon. Thank you. Also had a pedicure by a sweet young lady who complimented the color I got and said that is the one she will do next. Awesome massage. I gave them both over 20% on tip. They deserve it.

They are under new ownership and their customer experience has drastically reduced. The energy is so off in this place. No one smiles and the front office person is very unfriendly. Last time I'm coming here. I have been coming here for 6 years it's very disappointing.

This is my 3rd time here.. and it's average. They'll get the job done.. the 2 photos are from 2 different nail techs. I loved the lady that did the Cow print ones, loved her shaping and attention to detail. The one on the left she was older which is fine, she is great friendly and I would recommend her as well for something easy.. I like someone who appreciates there work. I will say I loved the gel pedicures as well. I got the same Lady every-time I went and would go back for her pedis. She was very sanitized, pulled new tools from the plastic.. not just from her tool kit.. I got one of the higher upgraded packages gel color included was $50.

Henry done my acrylic nails, and Im so loving it. I already read reviews about him and Im so lucky he was the one whose available and done my nails coincidentally. Ask for him you will not regret it. he did my nails Just the way I like it. Ill sure be back soon..

I love it over there! They're great with my daughter, I've had the same nails with one fill since February, and I can always get right in with and without an appointment. I can't speak for othet services but this place is definitely my go to when I want my nails done. I originally went in because I moved to the area and tried looking around for a very nice pedicure and they have some awesome options! The vibe there is always nice and chill.

I love coming here .. Lily treats me like a VIP.. my schedule is very sporadic so I can't always have a specific tech or time, but it doesn't matter because everyone is great and Lily always makes sure I leave with a smile on my face :) I can't recommend them enough !

I am picky with my nails. This was my 2nd nail shop I came to and since I found it, I've been coming here. Great personality & very welcoming. They word with you. My 1st nail tech was Tommy he does amazing work,I always gave him a challenge and he conquered it.Tommy is highly busy. Maya does my nails now. She has been doing nails & feet flawless. I love this place so much. I am addicted to having fake nails and this place always does an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I can come in and ask the nail techs for any design and they always do a fantastic job and I trust them to make sure I look and feel good when I walk out of that salon. I have been to plenty of other places and I'm now driving 30-45 mins away from my house just to come get my nails done here. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves getting their nails done. read more

Not the color or shape I wanted. My nails are extremely bumpy. Service was VERY rushed. I repeatedly told her i didn't want gel and she still did even after telling her 4 times i did not want it and continued to get charged for it. There is nail polish on the sides of almost every finger. read more

I have been a long time customer of Premier Nails and I am always impressed by them! Lily truly cares about her customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone is satisfied! The salon is beautiful, spacious, and always clean! I have especially had great experiences with Vanessa, Kim, and Don! Each are particular with their work and do an awesome job! My nails are longer than ever thanks to the SNS dip powder! To top it off, I referred my entire work office here (about 12 people) for a fun team bonding evening and Lily took us all on at once ensuring she had enough technicians to help us all! They handled our party well and got us all done in an efficient manner! I've also referred bridal parties here who have had great experiences too! Thanks for being the best in town! I have been coming here for 11 years. I have tried other places here and there but nothing beats what Premier and their team has to offer. Although the shop has had its ups and downs, Lily has worked hard to make it what is has become. Jade, Ivy, and Elena are amazing for dip nails, and Ty gives the best pedicure! I've been to this salon on 4 or 5 different occasions and have never left satisfied. I'm giving an extra star because they were very nice about fixing my disastrous "SNS Dip" manicure today. However I still won't be back. My gel manicures have always been uneven, clumpy. Even my toenails get filed crooked. They picked a color to match what I had with the SNS and it's nothing what I had picked. I'm just overall extremely unhappy. read more

This place had a clean and peaceful atmosphere. I've been to multiple salons across the valley and this one has to be my favorite. I feel bad I don't know the techs name, but she took her time and really worked to give me what I wanted. The process what just about 2 hours for a pedicure and new acrylic set. They had lots of color options. I would recommend this place 100% read more

Kathy is the bessssst in Arizona, hands down! This salon is like a well oiled machine. I've never had to wait with an appointment and even when I haven't had an appointment and did wait I didn't wait long. I brought my mil here as a nice way to relax before her flight home. It was a horrible experience and we wont be going back. First we got in, went to the chairs sat down and there was no hot water available to soak our feet in. They filled the tub with a teapot. Idk it was a mess. My mil asked for french toes with a darker translucent pink polish. To which they said there was no such thing. Umm wrong, we went directly to Sally's and bought some. My girl put one coat of the polish I chose and left (as in left the building). The massages stink and we were in and out in 30 min. The price is comparable to a place that does a much longer/better pedi. read more

After waiting so long and going to this place for over a year in so upset how ugly my nails came out. Nothing like I pictured and she used color powder so there is nothing I can do at this point. Time to change places again. No this is not ombré this is powder on top of powder with a gap near my cutice that already looks like I need a fill what a waste of money and now time which with 5 kids I barely have. read more

Very rude customer service! Made me feel like shit because I didn't get Gel. Rude to me told me to stop talking to my friend! I accidentally bumped my nail and she yelled at me "this is why you get gel"! Never felt so low or shity like this at a nail salon I go to feel good but I left feeling like shit! read more

Made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I received an amazing fill/pedi! Danny was my nail tech and I had described I wanted an almond shape with a fall grey color. He kept asking me if the shape was right and it came out perfect! I got the luxury pedicure and it was so calming. My feet were massaged thoroughly and I felt ten times lighter afterwards. I have been going there for7 years and never had a bad experience. Until today Upon getting ready to pay I ask what pedicure I was being charged for. I was extremely tired as only slept 3 hours last night. I was verbally attacked by Lily. Stating her staff wouldn't charge for service not given. It was busy since being a Saturday and she accused me of trying not to pay for services I received. I know what a sugar scrub & hot stone massage feels like. She is reviewing her Video tape on her phone which you couldn't make out if scrub was being used or hot stones were used. She Insisted that because Ann got up she and did get stones and scrubs. You can only see her massaging my feet & legs not if a scrub was used also could not tell if hot stones were used either. I was in shock of her accusations. I have gone there once a month for past 7 years and spend at least a $100 a visit so over 7 years she has received a minimum of $8400.00 for services rendered that isn't including tip. She was speaking so loud everyone in there could hear her accusations it was completely humiliating. I was a business owner for 25yesrs so I know what it's like if someone doesn't pay in full and try's to get one over on you. I would never do that to any business small or big business. I was upset and disgusted with her customer service and accusations after being a loyal customer for 7 years . Needless to say I will never go back or spend another dine there. read more

Literally hate my nails. This is my first time here yet somehow I happened to get Tommy. He took over La Vie en nails so not sure how he ended up here. He rushed my entire experience it took him 30 minutes to do my full set with design he just wanted me in and out and you could tell! I have never ever been so rushed in an appointment. He did a pink powder underneath and it looks terrible with my pink toned polish that I chose and when I asked him why he did that powder all he stated was because it looked better rather than doing clear which is what I wanted and just makes sense with a pink color to not do a pink powder. My nails are completely uneven with the design, he didn't even give me a second coat, cut my cuticles and he cut me multiple times. I literally stopped going to the last place he worked at because of my terrible experience there and I will not be coming here again. read more

This is the usual place my fiancé and I go to get our nails down. The new location which is right next door to the old one is larger and much nicer inside. They have replaced the massage chairs and added mote of them and increased the number of spots to get a manicure. I normally get the standard pedicue and my fiancé gets the luxury pedicure and a manicure. Gentlemen getting a pedicure is pheomenal. Its soothing and feels great. Its amazing getting pampered like this. It makes me feel like a Roman Emperor all i need is a bunch of nubile scantily clad ladies to feed me grapes to complete the feeling. I'm pretty sure it was women who started the rumor that getting a pedicure and a manicure makes you gay to keep us out of here. I felt nervous getting my first pedicure and during it i was like holy i wish i had been getting these my whole life!! Great place I go every two weeks and am very indecisive but they always take care of me and make sure I'm happy I've been there for a year and have been mostly with taun Toni and Charlie they were amazing also love lily she recommends who's best and sees that I am satisfied which I always am they are great artist with the best customer service I've seen people get upset or have even read bad reviews and they have been overly ridiculous mostly want a free manicure or just tantrum throwers I 100% recommend this place read more

Don't ever get eyelash extensions... you'll end up with a terrible eye infection. They are not clean, they are disrespectful and terrible customer service. I got a full set of nails and they were lifting 3 days after. This place is a joke read more

My boyfriend's family treated me to get my nails done here while we were visiting for the weekend. I usually do my own nails but after my visit here I am hooked. I absolutely love how my fingernails and toes came out. I think the girl who did them was Anna and she did an awesome job. I never felt so pampered. read more

I wanted to like this place because the staff was friendly and the shop is beautiful but after two days of getting chrome gel nails done.. 2 nails completely peeled off... I called and Lily the owner asked me to come back within a week to have them redone... I went back and chose non chrome gel color hoping they would last better the second time... the nail tech did not even paint all the way down to the start of my nail... leaving the salon it looked like I had had them for a week already, they were not done well again the second time. Don't think I will return to this shop. read more

I have had several levels of the pedicure service from the basic to the fullest service and all were awesome. The products used were first class and the outcome is well worth the modest price. As the photos show, they always have the salon tastefully decorated for upcoming holidays. They typically have soft ambient music playing to complement the relaxed atmosphere. My wife gets the gel polish manicure. My wife has very sensitive fingers, and Holly does a great job of being gentle.

After my most recent experience, I will never return. My original review described how Escape helped after I badly injured a nail while moving. They declined payment, but I tipped because I appreciated their kindness. Before my wedding, a friend gave me handmade wedding nails that did not fit. Glue was stuck to my fingers and causing pain. Escape cleaned up the glue and saved my wedding nails. Again, the technician declined payment, but I gave her cash anyway. On September 13, I returned for a manicure and pedicure. I was grieving my stepmother and having an extremely difficult week. I simply wanted to treat myself. I spent approximately $100 and tipped each technician $20, adding $40, or roughly 40%, in tips. During my manicure, I repeatedly explained my design and provided a reference photo. The technician argued about the colors even though I had selected colors matching my reference. The pedicure technician put my shoes on before the polish dried while moving me to the acrylic desk. One toe smudged badly. Her "fix" was layering more polish over it. At home, at home I later noticed it was super lumpy and uneven, so I added clear coat to make it less noticeable. Ok but not great for $145 M/P. I did not fully notice how bad my nails looked until a day or two later too. Several were so far from the cuticle that they already looked like they needed a fill, while others were closer. Multiple nails had gaps along both sides, as if the artificial nails were not wide enough. They were crooked, inconsistently shaped, rounded, and very thick. Some looked like lima beans. Several were already lifting near the cuticle. It's been a rough week, I planned on coming into the shop earlier but my week took a turn with getting food poisoning. Finally feeling better on Sat, September 19, exactly six days after the appointment, I returned to ask about correcting my fingernails and lumpy toe. I never demanded an immediate correction and would gladly have returned another day. All I needed to hear was, "No worries. We can fix that." Instead, I felt accused of lying or trying to scam them. I quietly approached a woman technician because I did not want to embarrass the man who had done my nails. She immediately called him over and argued that the nails were older than a week or had grown that much. I tried showing her timestamped photos from the appointment day, but she initially would not look. The pictures proved it had been six days. I was told the gaps resulted from unusually fast nail growth. That doesn't explain the inconsistent gaps or natural nail visible along the sides of several fingers. I also noticed my cuticles had not been pushed back or cleaned up. I was told cuticle work costs another $10 and must be requested. This surprised me because it had previously been done at the same price, and no one explained the extra charge. I offered to pay the $10 and asked them to do the cuticle work and fix my nails. I was then scolded for not returning sooner. When I explained I had been sick, that became another argument. I mentioned becoming ill after eating McDonald's chicken nuggets. The technician said she had eaten them all week without getting sick and told me it was my body reacting to food, not food poisoning. I stopped talking because everything became an argument. They eventually agreed to make corrections. The technician sanded and repainted the nails closer to my cuticles. It took approximately eight minutes, but she complained and argued throughout. When I pointed out remaining problems, she became angry and said another client was waiting and it was unfair to that customer. I would have scheduled another time. I only wanted them corrected because they were visibly flawed and lifting after six days. The corrected areas are still bumpy, but I accepted them. After being ridiculed throughout the correction, I told her to forget about fixing my toe. Then, in front of other customers, I was called a "freeloader," accused of "freeloading on a small business," and told never to return. I was humiliated. I was not asking for free services. I was requesting corrections to work I had paid approximately $100 for six days earlier after tipping another $40. I even offered to pay the additional $10 for cuticle work. I have always paid when charged and tipped generously, including twice when they declined payment. Mistakes happen, and I could have forgiven imperfect work. I cannot overlook being treated as though I were lying, publicly humiliated, and called a freeloader. I walked in hoping they would stand behind their work. I walked out in tears. They told me never to return, and I will respect that request. They did not lose a freeloader. They lost a grateful, generous, loyal customer who would have continued supporting them for years.

My coworkers recommended I try this place out after countless bad experiences at other local nail salons and I was hesitant at first as a result of said bad experiences but I figured I would give it a shot. I wanted somewhere that I felt comfortable, that I could bring in a photo and show them what I wanted and get something resembling what I wanted, and that had a variety of polishes and finishes ie. scattered and linear holo, multichrome, cat eye gel polish, etc. and I found all of that and more here. I've never felt more welcome and at ease than I do when I come in for my now regular fill. I go to Elaine and she is absolutely wonderful and with her recommendation of SNS dip powder for my once brittle and breaking lil stubs, I now have long, thick nails that I never thought would be possible beforehand. No joke folks, I tried it all, vitamins, cuticle oils, even did my own gel nails for months and nothing, nada, but now I have actual nails and not just a weird little nail bed. Not to mention the designs she does are absolutely breathtaking. If I could give more than five stars I would because I love this salon and the amazing folks who work there read more

I have been going here for almost 7 yrs. I drive over 30 miles. This is how satisfied I am with the services. Not once, seriously, have I been unsatisfied. I have had several nail services with 100% satisfactory results, but I go there for my lashes every 3 to 4 weeks! My lashes are amazing EVERY single appt. Lily, the owner, uses the best products out there! I get so many compliments! Her work is absolutely professional and I am not exaggerating when I say this. Lily is one of the original Lashista in not only Mesa but the phoenix metropolitan areas. She has so much experience. Lily and her staff's Customer services are great. I've been getting my nails done here for 7 years. Lily and her team have high standards of service and always deliver. I get in quickly as a walk in and appointments are honored also. They're creative, do a fantastic job and if there is something you don't like, just mention it and it'll be taken care of right away. Lily remembers her regular clients by name and her whole team is friendly, polite and professional. I've been going to the salon for over six years now and I'm always impressed with my experience. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I've gotten my nails and lashes done here and I always do fun/long acrylics. Don has been helping me for the past few years and I always appreciate his work. I know these guys have had their share of "news media", but I have been going to them for a long time. I know the owner and she cares about her customers and her business. They are clean, attentive and I would highly recommend them. Their bowls are lined for pedicures to ensure sanitary. They do such a great job and best part my nails stay on for 3 weeks - most they didn't stay on longer than a week. Its about quality with them! You won't be disappointed. read more

The staff is wonderful, the service is amazing and the salon is immaculate. I get compliments on my nails on a daily basis. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.
