I usually hate getting a pedicure. I hate thinking that people are talking about me in another language. I hate people who treat my feet and legs as a chore. Before gel, I hated paying this much money and having dinged up nails. Pros: Today, my technician smiled and didn't talk to the next person who was helping my daughter. She didn't speak much English but she asked for help when I asked for the hot towels to be removed from my legs because they were cold. She removed a ton of dead skin from my heals, gave a firm massage and my gel nails look great! Cons: We did sit on the chair for about 40 minutes waiting for our pedicures. They could have called and said they were running late. We enjoyed soaking our feet, chatting and getting a massage from the chair. Facts: we had a deluxe pedicure for $45 which included an 8 minute massage, paraffin wax, exfoliating massage, callus removal and polish. The gel was $12 extra. They want tips in cash. I would go again and I don't say that lightly. Try it out! read more

I don't recommend this salon. I needed a last minute pedicure they could fit me in and it was super dirty, my nail tech didn't wear any gloves, there were bugs flying around which he was trying to kill while doing my pedicure, polish is so sloppy definitely will never come back. read more

The male technician who attended to me appeared to be in a rush and seemed somewhat angry, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable.As a result, the quality of my nails are thick, uneven and my cuticles are torn up. Tina was completing my pedicure, and she dropped the cuticle scraper on the floor. Then, she picked it up and, before sanitizing it, began to try to use it on my foot. When I asked her to sanitize it, she seemed not to understand what I was saying until another employee explained it to her. Extremely disappointed. My husband and I said no several times to their pedicure upgrade ($47) but she insisted the package included everything. We just wanted to get the pedicure on already so agreed to the $47 package. I deeply regret it. Worst pedi I've ever received. My nails are cut so short they hurt!! I came in hoping to get a pink french tip with a bow design. The worker quoted me 65 dollars and when I said that I wasn't willing to pay that price she suggested a plain acrylic set that was 45 bucks. I agreed to it and began to sit down, but as she was walking away she told her coworker that I didn't have money. She said it in Vietnamese but me being Vietnamese could understand every word she said. Her coworker laughed at me. I got up to leave because they treated me very rudely and she once again told her coworker that I didn't have any money. I did not think that I would get treated the way I did. I went to this place in April on a slow weekday. I guess they had a discount deal so it was only $16 for my pedicure. It was definitely a $16 pedicure though... my heels were still very dry when I left but the man who did it was very kind and I don't think he meant to do that. I came back here and set an appointment for 2 pedicures. For my husband and I. They asked us which pedicure we would like and since I wanted a step up from last time and also some parrafin wax, that's what we opted for. The tech doing my nails started doing sugar scrub (you got to choose between sugar scrub and parrafin). I let him know and he told me it was too late to change my mind? I told him I didn't change my mind- I told him up front. The tech doing my husbands toes already had her parrafin wax ready for him. I tried explaining and he said he would do it for $5 more. No thanks. I opt out of sugar scrub because the fragrance tends to irritate my legs, but too bad for me I guess. I told him "Its okay" and he started explaining why I don't need parrafin. I thought I had an option, but apparently technician knows best. Oh well. It was still overall a good pedicure. Not the best, but my toes look nice and my husband enjoyed it too. read more

The facilities were nicely decorated and it was obvious they went to great lengths to protect clients and employees with distancing strategies and diligent disinfection practices. This could be the worst nail salon in the east valley. My mom and I went here today for pedi's and gel mani's. Both of us ended up bleeding, mine from my pinky finger and my mom from two toes. Three of my toes were smudged and I didn't notice until I was getting my my car. It had obviously happened when my flip flop was being put on. I was so annoyed that I just went to Ulta to buy a similar color to fix it myself. I'm confident that the rest will probably be chipping off soon enough anyway! The lady working me kept getting distracted and was throwing lotion on me. One of her distractions was when she slipped with that awful drill and it chewed up my poor finger. Keep in mind that I don't have acrylics or any reason to have a drill being used on my nails. We will never return here again! Update: it's been about 3 1/2 hours since my toes were painted and the whole big toe polish just rubbed right off. I paid $60 for both services and it was about $50 too much. The new guy, Kevin i told him I was not happy with my nails and even at the end said it again at check out but he still made me pay. I'm not the type to walk out on a service without paying (which I should've). I went and had another nail place fix my nails because THEY WOULD NOT (see below) & I called and they told me to come in. I took my 10 y/o here with her best friend yesterday who also just turned 10 and my other daughter who is 6 to get their nails painted. They were all so excited since it's their first time. They chose their nail polish which took them about 5-10mins to decide. After that, they were all given seats. I wished they had them all seat together tho but were separated so this was a bummer since they can't converse and enjoy each others company like what we would like if we were their to spend time with friends. That gave me a red flag already. Anyway, my 6y/o chose 3 colors to alternate each nail. The lady doing her nails wanted to charge me 3 extra dollars for choosing 3 colors . So I said UH NO THANKS. Her nails are so tiny and I don't understand why. So I made my daughter choose 2 from the 3 instead. She did and and the lady told me that that's extra $1 now. I was furious already cuz I know she was just making up numbers!! I didn't say anything else tho and just went with it cuz I didn't want to ruin that moment with my kids. She also refused to turn the tiny fan on her table for my kid to use. I mean hello, what is it's use for then?! I then checked on my 10y/o manicurist who was younger than this lady and so far so good. She was taking her time and trying to talk to my daughter. So that made me happy. We told her it was her bday request to get hair nails done and she greeted my daughter. Then I checked my daughters friend. I found her choosing a new color because the manicurist said that the color she chose was UGLY. I was shocked! I told her that if that's what she wants, then that's what she'll use. She looked sad and I felt bad for her. I went to the manicurist and told her looking at her eyes to let her customer decide. I mean hello, she's 10 and she's a paying customer. Oh my gosh. How rude, right?! My daughters friend ended up with a diff shade of the same color and I'm happy that she's still happy with her change of heart. It was her decision and that's what I like to see. Paying time was no different. The lady that did my 6y/o was the one to run my card. She asked for a tip which I wasn't planning on if somebody else was to run my card but she was there and I felt ashamed for not leaving a tip. I gave her $2 clenching my teeth as I do. and I hated myself for it . Anyway, I hated that trip to this salon for ruining our what's supposed to be a fun and enjoyable moment with my girls. My first time here will definitely be my last. I made an appointment since I was there with a group of 4, and they got us all right in. But they pressured us a ton to upgrade our pedicure package, and we had to say no several times. The basic pedicure is $32-a little pricey to begin with, and doesn't include callous removal. Then they add $12 (per person) for gel!?! The total for 4 mani pedis was $250(before tip)! And my gel pedicure looked great walking out but within 2 days half of the polish on one toe chipped off! I loved sitting in the massage chair while waiting for the others but overall was very disappointed with the experience. read more

This place is NOT SANITARY!! All of the tools she brought out were in a disgusting plastic bin and not in individual packaging, there were old nail clippings in the bins. The trimmers, Giles and everything is used for EVERYONE! When I asked for callous treatment she brought out a cheese grater that also was crusty and used looking I have never stopped a pedicure in my entire life but I didn't feel comfortable finishing here. Worst nail experience I have ever had. My fingers are very sore today around my cuticles where the nail technician ground on them for over an hour yesterday. I was bleeding when I left and today, even typing this is painful. Not to mention, almost all of the nails are "puckered" where she filed them too soon after adding the dip and the polish, and there are missed spots where she missed the top coat so the shine is uneven. I paid the full amount and even left over 20% tip, because I really wasn't fully aware how bad it was until I got home. But I am so sad that I am out $40 over this. I will not ever be back to this nail salon. I am worried, because of the pain, that I may have an infection that I can't see. read more
