    Bumpy gel nail polish, sloppy

I came in for a pedicure and made an appointment for 9:00, my pedicure didn't last more than 15 minutes. Nail polish application was horrible!

Don't recommend! I only do my nails on special occasions this weekend is my husband's birthday and we are headed out of town tomorrow to celebrate with family after pay 110.00 I left the place with what clearly looks like cracked nails! A few of the nail techs where looking at my nails and speaking their language but seemed to not care no apology nothing especially the guy sitting at register had a i don't care attitude told me yeah it's 110.00 Word of mouth is the best marketing tool to advertise your business and I will make sure to not recommend this place.

Been going here to get my brows waxed for years, the price is cheap so I go back but in recent years the waxing area has filthy, partially being used a storage room and doesn't seem very sanitary. This was my last visit, the woman doing the waxing was terrible, never spoke to me, just forcefully jerked my head around and wound up burning me. I have no comment on their manicures and pedicures but I would advise you NEVER get waxed here!

I don't like this place I only went here because a friend brought me here but I avoid this place. The lady who did my nails told me she did my nail crooked because my finger is broken wtf my finger isn't broken. They have no prices on wall they keep adding stuff to the price. Just go somewhere else these ladies ain't friendly at all and are always in a rush.

Got my nails done here for the first time. Great customer service! The girls are super sweet! Highly recommended. I think the Girl l that did my nails name is Lanie I think.

After pedicure! Can you believe this!

Terrible experience! The ladies were extremely rude, and in a rush. The pedicure chairs were dirty! The place needs health inspection! The person who did the pedicure was rude and not interested in doing her job - literally no massage, no scrub massage, lotion. She put the scrub on my feet, no massage, and threw the container in the foot bath. When I complained, she removed the container and threw it in my daughter's foot bath. She started removing the scales from my feet but stopped and then just held onto my foot and NO massage. While the pedicure lady was holding my feet, the manicure lady started - she balanced the UV lamp on my body - this is a health hazard and absolutely no no! It was only 6.30 pm and salon closes at 7 pm so there was no need to do both at the same time and balance the UV lamp on my stomach facing my body for the manicure. When I complained she moved it in the other direction but still left it on my stomach. How about pregnant women? After forcing me to tip by asking do you want to tip by cash or credit card for a shoddy service costing $132, the entire experience was a nightmare.

I got charged 55 dollars for just a set of nails and they were so crocked and glue everywhere. I went back to get them fixed and they didn't really fix them. I've been going for years and Mimi is the only person that's really good. Just save your money and go somewhere else.

Crooked nail she put on. Looks horrible.

I just got a fill done because my regular lady was really booked and I needed one done for this evening. I was seated immediately and done within half an hour. I had broke my middle finger nail so she had to replace it. As you can see from the picture it is totally crooked! The edges are still razor sharp, therefore I will have to go home and file them myself. She acted as if she was in such a hurry and had to get me in and out. I'm not impressed at all.

Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed, and I don't think I'll be returning. The manicure was okay. It was pretty quick, but the polish was applied evenly and I was happy with it. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. The pedicure, however, was a completely different experience. The technician was an older lady, and from the beginning I could tell she was having some difficulty with the polish. Her hands seemed noticeably shaky, and although she was trying, the application on several of my toes was not clean. **Two of my toenails in particular looked really bad after the first application. The polish was uneven and messy, the edges weren't clean, and it looked like the nails had not been properly finished. There was polish where it shouldn't have been, and the overall application looked sloppy rather than like a finished professional pedicure.** I was sitting there looking at my toes thinking, *There is no way I'm supposed to walk out of here with my toes looking like this.* I was also concerned because she didn't use toe separators. Since I specifically chose regular polish rather than gel, I knew the polish would need time to dry, and without separators I was worried that my toes would touch each other and mess up the polish. Thankfully, they didn't end up rubbing together. The technician did end up having to redo the problem areas on my toes. That helped, but the fact that they needed to be redone in the first place was frustrating, especially after already sitting through the service. I'll be posting pictures of **the first attempt and what I was apparently expected to leave the salon with**, because honestly, the pictures tell the story better than I can. If I hadn't said anything, I would have been walking out with two toes that looked noticeably unfinished and poorly painted. The massage itself was fine, and I don't want to say the entire pedicure was terrible because there were parts that were perfectly fine. But for a professional salon service, I expect the polish application to look clean and finished, especially when I'm paying full price. And then came the payment situation. While I was sitting in the chair waiting for my regular polish to dry, I was asked if I wanted to pay. I said sure. I was then told they only accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. I chose Zelle because I have it and have used it to pay businesses before. However, when I entered the phone number they gave me, the recipient came up as **"Ricky" instead of the business name**. I specifically said, "It says Ricky, not T Nails." I was told, essentially, that yes, that was correct. That really threw me off. I've paid businesses through Zelle before, and the payment information has been connected to the business. Having the payment come up under what appeared to be a personal name made me uncomfortable. Then I was told the total was **$65 for the manicure and pedicure**. At that point, I was honestly pretty frustrated. I had already been there close to two hours, the pedicure had to be corrected because two of the toenails were poorly done initially, and I was still charged the full $65 without any sort of courtesy adjustment. I wasn't expecting the entire service to be free. But given that there was a noticeable problem with the pedicure and I had to have part of the service redone, I expected at least a small discount -- even $5 would have shown some acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I've been to other salons where, if there was even a slight problem with a service, they would remove the affected service from the bill or offer some kind of adjustment. So I was surprised that there was no attempt to do anything here. The salon itself was clean, but very plain, and there were only two people there during my visit. The actual service was okay overall, but it was not spectacular, and the problems with the pedicure combined with the payment situation really left a bad impression. **The biggest issue for me wasn't that the service wasn't perfect. It was that I was presented with a visibly poor first attempt on two of my toenails, had to have them redone, waited nearly two hours for the entire appointment, was charged the full $65, and was then asked to send the payment through Zelle to someone named "Ricky" rather than the business.** I'll post the pictures of my toes from the first attempt so people can see exactly what I mean. **Look at the photos and judge for yourself whether that is how a paying customer should be expected to leave a salon.** Just be forewarned.

Honestly where do I start I'm updating my review because I'm very disappointed in the service I…read morereceived. I do not like calling people out but when they don't seem to like their job or want to rush a job that requires ( care, patience, and quality) it's disappointing. I have gone to Dip a nail every time I did want to get a " good " pedicure because normally my experiences were good. Yesterday my son went and got a manicure and in got a pedicure, I had a male set up and seated pretty quickly. Unfortunately I noticed that he didn't put anything in the water to soak my feet like they normally did, I figured they stopped doing that part maybe! So as he began he was just so quick didn't even let me soak! Being quick is is not a problem but but be accurate and quick! Not just quick especially with a service that is supposed to feel like a treat to the customer. Not just quick where it feels like I'm an inconvenience on your day when this is what you do for a living. He began taking my polish off and squeezes the nail polish remover with all my red nail polish into the water, which was a little bit weird! But OK... He gave me the book to pick out which pedicure I wanted. I picked one he grabbed his drill to take the rest of my normal polish off and cut the top and sides of about 6 toes, barely filed and cleaned up a bit of the cuticle. He did the foot file for less then 15 seconds on each foot I had to come home and do that after because it didn't even feel like I got anything done. He didn't clean under my nails he honestly didn't seem to want to touch my feet! Like he did not want to do that at all. And mind you I keep my feet up pretty good but still do your job! So he went on to do the scrub, rinsed and then started cleaning up the tub! I was like ok never had that done before I was done with the service. He rubbed from the top from my ankle half way up my knee never once did he touch my feet to massage! Honestly that's the main reason I wanted a a pedicure! I can do my own toes better at home with filing and shaping but I wanted the experience! In wanted to relax on a day off and I was so disappointed. He tried to upsale me on gel polish but like I said I don't go in enough for that I just really wanted the massage. I stand on my feel all day, I own my own hair studio so I know customer service is key and I know I needed a good massage and relaxing day!! Never got that. He painted my toes told me to sit for a moment came back snapped his fingers after 2 min at the most, put my shoes on me and told me I'm done... the lady sitting next to me getting a pedi who was there way before me just looked at me kind of shocked. I was done with the whole experience in 20 min at the most no soak, no file, no feet massage It was honestly a waste of money and time. but I do love the color I picked! They took 5 $ off because I told them he didn't massage my feet I didn't even want to tell them the rest, I just wanted to leave.. I will not be going back.

And they were texting back and forth while she was trying to do my nails. I wrote a review at the time and at that time was told by the owner to come in and he would make it right. I declined. So fast-forward to today, I thought I would give them another shot as I was next-door buying groceries anyway. I couldn't believe it, I ended up getting the mother again as my so-called technician. She still doesn't have a clue what she's doing, pulled up a very messy unorganized cart that she couldn't find anything she was looking for, not interested at all doing a good job, and constantly looked up every time a customer walked in, was more interested in the conversation around us than she was in doing my mini pedi. She haphazardly trimmed my nails, did minimal filling, did not trim my cuticles, and spent less than 10 seconds on each heel scrub. Got a wet rag, (not even heated), wiped my feet and said " your the special right" . I nodded yes and she said "your done" The owner was doing a pedicure on a customer in the next chair, so he has to be aware of the mother's limitations, but still chooses to let her work on customers. This is very unhealthy and unsafe. Most states require nail technicians to be licensed.
