An hour and 30 mins for a mediocre pedicure. Not busy at all. Several techs playing on their phones. Just kept getting up to do other things or talk to other guests. The man that painted my nails was kind but didn't talk to me at all. I always tip well and based on his treatment not the owners. The owner was rude. She kept talking about me in her language pointing at me and clearly annoyed with me. I asked kindly to sit in a pedicure massage chair to let my finger nails dry and enjoy a free massage. She tried to upsell me because I wanted a regular polish change because that is all I can afford. She told me to move my side table up when I'm ready to leave after only 5 min which is rude but ok, her tone was rude. Then, she spoke about me to her co-workers pointing at my body and feet. I'm not an idiot, I know you're talking about me. Three people were there no one was getting a pedicure, why do you care about me sitting there for 10 min?!? I feel like if the employees treated all customers with kindness there would be more business. It's sad how people that don't have allot of money to spend are treated differently. We went on mother's day because it was the only place open, me and my mom went together and her and my nail technician were so rude!! Been going here to get my brows waxed for years, the price is cheap so I go back but in recent years the waxing area has filthy, partially being used a storage room and doesn't seem very sanitary. I was thrilled to be able to get such a great review from a friend of mine to come and get my nails done, I like the dip powder and find that it lasts quite a long time. When booking my appointment, I only had two requests one was a mature manicurist that my hands and my feet color would match. I thought these were simple requests. As I found out, not so simple!! My technician was nice and courteous, but clearly mixed up the colors with another client and they're so close that until I got out into the natural light I didn't even notice that they were not even the same color. Disappointing I paid $71 to look like a rainbow. This will not be a shot. I come back to ever clearly they don't pay attention to detail.! This is the worst nail salon experience and awful customer service. I am very very disappointed. I came into get a manicure and have come in the past for pedicure and had good experience. The lady cut my cuticle roughly and cut a deep cut in my finger that started bleeding profusely. I asked her to be more gentle and if she could not cut so much because I did not want to get a finger infection. My finger did not stop bleeding and I didn't want to make it worse with nail polish. So I told them that I was not going to put polish on it and wanted to stop the manicure there. They still made me pay $25. I am not an advocate for salons that don't uphold high quality and won't take accountability for their mistakes. read more

Terrible experience! The ladies were extremely rude, and in a rush. The pedicure chairs were dirty! The place needs health inspection! The person who did the pedicure was rude and not interested in doing her job - literally no massage, no scrub massage, lotion. She put the scrub on my feet, no massage, and threw the container in the foot bath. When I complained, she removed the container and threw it in my daughter's foot bath. She started removing the scales from my feet but stopped and then just held onto my foot and NO massage. While the pedicure lady was holding my feet, the manicure lady started - she balanced the UV lamp on my body - this is a health hazard and absolutely no no! It was only 6.30 pm and salon closes at 7 pm so there was no need to do both at the same time and balance the UV lamp on my stomach facing my body for the manicure. When I complained she moved it in the other direction but still left it on my stomach. How about pregnant women? After forcing me to tip by asking do you want to tip by cash or credit card for a shoddy service costing $132, the entire experience was a nightmare. read more

I just got a fill done because my regular lady was really booked and I needed one done for this evening. I was seated immediately and done within half an hour. I had broke my middle finger nail so she had to replace it. As you can see from the picture it is totally crooked! I do NOT recommended this place at all. There is a nail tech named Mimi who does an excellent job but everything else is very poor. 2 of my daughters had seperate bad experiences here with their staff who were extremely rude and one had 2 different ladies work on her nails after sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes with an appointment and when the 3rd employee sat down to do her nails she walked out. My personal experience was when one of their obvious "new" employees cut all my nails VERY short. Today I attempted to give them one last chance because they are right next to my house and I made an appointment with the nail tech who does a great job, Mimi, and I was basically yelled at by one of the ladies there for being half an hour early for my appointment. Paid $55 for my daughters nails to be done after Thomas did them Mimi tried to fix them. They still don't look 100%. Nails went well previously, but their ability to handle the customers time is not respected. They CLOSE AT 6PM... KEEP THAT IN MIND. I had a pedicure appointment at 3pm. They called at 2:30 to reschedule for an hour later to 4pm. Okay, I told them. They called me to request to move me to 5pm at 3:40, I said okay, through their broken English. (I had a concert to attend at 6:30, so I would still be okay to drive down town when finished, I thought). I changed my schedule to suit them, and arrived at 5:07 in my concert gown. My gal, Susan, whom I was excited to do my 50 minute full Spa Pedi treatment for @ $45. had taken another person to get in before me at 5pm. I had to WAIT till 5:50pm when she started. It was hot in my dress waiting and I was very upset. I told her there would be no time for my treatment but only would have a pedicure now ($25.). She took only :20 minutes, was angry, saying it was NOT her fault that I arrived a little after 5pm. I told her she had my PHONE number, she could have called to know I was on my way, and she was huffy the entire time giving the pedicure. THEN, they charged me $29. (tips if you didn't know are charged by the govt. differently, so if it's added in the service they are paid differently on taxes)... I didn't authorize $29. But she said, I put in $25. and acted stupid like she doesn't know why it would charge the wrong amount. She said, "My boss, Kathy, will give you the $4." and they started to hand me, but far away, so that I would have to reach for it, and of course, she wanted it as her tip. Angrily, I said, "keep it". She DID NOT DESERVE ANY TIP AND SHE KNEW IT. IT WAS 6:30PM AND I WAS NOW LATE! Poor service, lack of regard for my time, she should have almost made it FREE and offered to do it right the next time or something better than what happened. I won't go back. read more

I came in around 10 and was immediately helped by Susan who spent so much time making sure I got what I wanted. My gel manicure was amazing as well my pedicure.
