Delightful Nail and Spa is not the place you would like to go. I just want to share my experience so others are aware. My visit was extremely disappointing. While other customers were treated kindly and given attention, I felt completely ignored and left out--even though I was paying the same as everyone else. That kind of unequal treatment is not okay. The managers were unprofessional and came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse. On top of that, I later found out my daughter and her friends had a similar experience at the same place, which is very concerning. No one should spend their money and leave feeling disrespected. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. I came in to get my nails done, and the tech asked if I wanted a fill in. She mentioned there were three options because of my previous yellow color but said whichever I chose would look the same. Based on that, I trusted her recommendation and agreed to the fill in for $75. When she finished, I noticed the back side of my nails was still yellow. When I asked about it, she said there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could paint it red, and she said that would be an additional $20. As a professional, she should have clearly explained this before starting. She could have said, "If you do a fill, the back side will still show yellow. I recommend a new set because if you want the back painted to match, it'll be $20 more, so you might as well go with the new set." That's what honest customer service looks like. Instead, I was left with an upsell after the fact and nails that still show yellow underneath, even after paying $155 total with design and pedicure. The front looks decent, but the lack of transparency was disappointing. It's clear they cared more about money than customer satisfaction. After eight years of consistently great service with my nail tech out of state , this experience in Arizona was frustrating and unprofessional. The shapes are different on each nail, there is acrylic residue under the nails and the acrylic is too wide for my fingers. The polish is thicker on some sides of nails than others. I just moved out to chandler and this was the closest spot that I thought I'd make my regular... the reviews didn't seem too bad and the nail ladies seemed really nice. I tipped them every time. However the last time I got them done here I recently discovered I now have toe fungus on my big toe nails it is turning black and my toe nail has been detaching from the nail bed!! Worst nail shop I was ever at called made an appointment for two people got there with my handicap. Mother kept me waiting got me confused with somebody else that came in the shop after me that was not with me and the way they treat the other person was disgraceful, left my feet in the freezing, cold, dirty bowl of water, and then decided they did not want to do me and me and my mother had to leave. Worst service I have ever received in a long time. Three different ladies worked on my fill which turned into a full set because the First Lady was working so fast that she cut my nails uneven. Then when I addressed it she called someone over and told me I need a full set. I politely explained what happened, but they still didn't think twice about charging me for the mistake. I have debated all evening about updating this review... I have been going here about every 2 weeks since my last review. I switched to dip on the owner's recommendation and have not been upset. Kaylee is still my prefered nail tech. Here is the issue, I went in 3 days ago for a main/pedi. They did not have the color I wanted in dip so I chose gel. Mind you prior to dip I have had gel for yeeeaaars. This gel manicure was layered very thin. Didn't think much because I trusted. Well 2 days in it chipped and started peeling. Today, day 3, I went back in and advised what happened and chose a gel color. When I went to pay, I figured I would owe something but perhaps get a discount I was told no, full price. I was told, "it is like cooking the same meal. Use same ingredients but meal never turns out the same." What the actual??? Really? You provide a service and do not expect a quality result? Today I spent $84 at this nail salon, and I will never go back! The guy rudely told us when we walked in, "Pick color." I took my daughter and we got pedis that were supposed to come with "double exfoliation and massage". We were both in and out in 30 minutes! When the lady at checkout asked how it was, I was honest with her and also let her know my daughter's big toes weren't even and although she said they could fix it, she didn't offer any type of explanation as to why we got what seemed like the express pedi. This was at about 5 PM and it was not busy at all. After leaving, I was still upset and called and was told, "We always greet our guests, and that she could do nothing for me unless I wanted to come back." Took my mother & father here today as I've always had an amazing experience at this establishment prior & since they are visiting from the east coast we thought it might be fun to get mani/pedis together. I was mortified when the male nail tech while doing my pedi was chatting with his coworker about how awful & disgusting my toes were (I have a slight deformity on both big toenails that cause them to bruise/blacken easily). I'd planned on getting a gel pedi, but after hearing them I changed it to a simple clear polish pedi. If you're going to talk about a customer (which is very unprofessional to even begin with) you should be absolutely sure they don't speak the language. I will never go back to this salon again. I spent 3.5 hours at this salon for a pedicure and powder with tips. The 3.5 hours was all spent on my nails, not a minute spent waiting for a nail tech which was nice but 3.5 hours on nails that turned out bad? The pedicure was fine and the young man who did then was very sweet. However, my big toe chipped not even a day after the pedicure. Pedicure took about 30 minutes for $28. Now about the manicure that was $50. I wanted powder with tips as the salon recommended I get that instead of acrylics since it's less damaging as I am trying to grow my nails out. They told me it would only take 45 minutes as I needed to be somewhere after. Too bad I was late to my plans because it took them 3 hours to do my nails! In the photos you can see how thick the nails are. They are also patchy, grainy, and some have pieces of fuzz. I also had to scrap off a bunch of residue they left around my nails on my skin which I did before I took the photos. Lastly they also left residue under my nails as well. An older man did my nails and he was kind of rude whenever I told him the shape was off or that the tips were crooked. During the manicure I thought maybe they'd look good at the end and to trust the process. When he finished, the nails were extremely patchy and there was no gloss to them. Some of the tips were crooked and not smooth. When I went to pay, a tech named Jennie asked how my service was. I showed her my nails and she immediately wanted to fix them. I want to give one star just because Jennie did stay after closing to try and save my nails. She did make them look better but they are still pretty awful. Since the color was so patchy she had to put more coats on but it made the nail so thick. It looks like I just bought some from the store and glued them on myself. Don't ever come here if you want a manicure. The end results and amount of time it took them is 100% not worth you time or money. read more

This is a nice little shop, I came in for a pedi and my toesies look great! The owner is very nice and helpful, he was talkative when I came which was nice as a first timer. The shop is very modern looking with glow lights and decorative water pieces (you'll see if you come in.) I love it when shops have nice decor and this doesn't disappoint. The pedi chairs are upscale and comfy in addition to being well maintained. The lovely Van gave me my awesome pedi, she does a great massage as well, highly recommend her. They have gel and dip services, in case you need them. I get gel on my toes so the polish stays on, the price was $43 for the spa pedi and gel polish. I thought it was worth it. I'll definitely be back for more services, they offer all the usual personal amenities with a smile! read more

I've been coming to this salon for about a year now since I live in the area. I had a good first experience so decided to just keep going. I've had about 6 different people do my nails there and for the most part, I've left happy. Except - I've been cut there twice now. There's a lady there who has twice now cut my skin open and caused bleeding while trimming the skin around my nails. The first time it happened, yeah it hurt, but I made no deal about it because it's an accident and accidents happen. Well, today I got her again and when I was assigned to her I immediately thought, "oh that's the lady who cut me last time." This time when she cut me, I was less empathetic. Perhaps because it really hurts. And then you add acetone and then alcohol and all the other chemicals used during the process and it just stung the whole time. I just stayed quiet and decided I would actually say something this time. I told the manager up front when I went to pay that I've had her twice and both times she's caused pain and bleeding. So that's 100% of the time I get her, I'm going to get cut. I was disappointed with his response. Sure, he acted sorry for me but said "next time, tell me you don't want her." That puts me in an awkward position as I'm not that confrontational. And I don't want a resolution for next time, I want one for this time. But that's all he could say was that I should have said something before getting her today and to say something next time. So it's on me to make sure I don't get cut. So I've decided to not worry about putting it on me. I'm just not going to go back. read more

Got a mani/pedi a couple months ago and thre guy must have been new, my fingers were bloody and sore. He kept apologizing and I should have walked out but was with a friend. He did better on the pedicure, but not great at all. I thought that was perhaps a one-off really bad experience. Fast forward to today, a simple pedicure... regular polish. They're not busy at all...Vu is playing cards with one of the other guys. The guy that did the pedi was nice enough but did just a horrible job... uneven polish, scratchy nails... seriously like a little kid did them. I'm done with this place... I spent $50 FOR A FILL and two nails broke 3 days later. In addition the chrome polish is supposed to have a solid color underneath which was not done so now the polish is transparent which is not what I expected for the amount of money I paid! The second time i loved how they turned out but they started peeling up after like a day or two so i went back to get them fixed and the same thing happened. I told him I've gotten my nails done multiple times and this has never happened. I return bi-weekly for a gel manicure because the technicians are friendly, extremely careful, and show close attention to detail. The owner is very friendly, and attentive toward clientele. I wish I could take a picture of the design I got today. Ivy did my nails, and the design is fantastic. She took such good care of me, and gave me great advice on nail care at home.
